Description

Grand Panama Beach Resort is one of the premier condo complexes in all of Panama City Beach! Complimentary Beach Chairs included.

This beautiful unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit comes stocked with newly updated stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom.

The master bedroom comes equipped with a king size bed and a 40 inch flat screen TV. The master bathroom has dual vanities, a walk in shower, and a separate tub.

The second bedroom comes with a Queen size bed and a TV in it. The second bathroom has a shower and tub combo in it.

An extra queen size bunk bed is in the hallway. Each bunk has a private TV! There is a bonus twin size trundle bed under the bunks.

Enjoy the beautiful beaches and breathtaking sunsets from the large balcony.

ABOUT Grand Panama:

Property features two pools, two hot tubs, on-site tiki bars, on-site dining and shopping, exercise room, kiddie pool, coffee and ice cream shop, business center, meeting room, covered parking, WiFi hot spots.

From our upscale condo, you can walk right out onto our pristine snow-white beachfront. Lay out and swim in the crystal clear emerald waters of the gulf.

Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (one is heated), kiddy pool, Jacuzzis, and fitness center.

Guest Registration is completed online prior to arrival. There is a $50 flat resort fee, which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle as applicable and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $30. Motorcycle parking passes will remain at $15.

Overall, we had a good stay. Upon arrival, there were several dishes that were put away in the cabinets that were dirty and needed rewashed. Condo also had an odd smell (kind of musty) and we realized the air filter looked like it had not been changed in a while. There were new filters in the closet, we replaced it and the smell improved. We LOVE that this condo is on the second floor because you don’t have to wait forever for the elevators.

The location was perfect right on the beach and overlooking the pool. The building maintenance crew were incredible. They were constantly mopping, cleaning and taking care of maintenance. I have never experienced such a well maintained condo complex. The bbqs were cleaned daily and nearly spotless. The unit itself wasn&#x2019;t very clean when we arrived, but we did our own deep cleaning and maintained it very tidy as we always do. We found receipts that were over 2 years old under one bed and a lot of dirt and construction trash behind the refrigerator. I also repaired one of the two sliding glass doors since it wouldn&#x2019;t open and precious guests complained about that. We are somewhat eccentric about cleanliness. I actually washed the couch cushions and the chair cushions as well as the deck. I also bought new chairs for the Deck as the chairs that were there were in mismatched and in poor condition. I left the new chairs there for the next guests to enjoy. The main pool was heated but still a bit cold. The hot tub was clean and very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved 206 tower 1 . Unit was perfect for our family ! Loved the location . The unit was very clean and kitchen was well stocked . Management was excellent to work with we would highly recommend this unit the view was amazing!

This was such a perfect spot for us to enjoy on our vacation. It was a pleasant surprise that it was on the second floor! We never used the elevators and were able to walk one floor up and down from the condo to the beach in just minutes! The staff at Emerald Coast were more than helpful and we couldn&#x2019;t beat the amount of space we had for the price! 10/10!

By my measure almost all was very good. The condo and owner were great. The complex has a great deal of issues that are associated with the facility management. Parking is terrible (especially the handicapped access). Day after day the pool guys came and cleaned the pools for no reason because the pool temp kept them unused.

We had a great stay at the Grand Panama and will definitely be back. The property was perfect with a good balance of activities to keep kids entertained and parents looking for a moment of serenity. The property was super clean and the condo was perfect for my family of five. The unit had every amenity we needed for our two week stay.

the view is unbeatable. the bulding and the amenties were great- very clean. Our unit was absolutely filthy when we arrived. However, we asked that at least the shower be cleaned which they did right away and checked back with us to ensure that it had been cleaned. This seems to be an ongoing issue according to past reviews. there is no excuse for the level of filth we encountered. During covid one would think that that cleanliness would be a priority. it was clearly not.

Overall I would recommend the condo. We had a lot of ants during our stay that would get into our food, but the management sent someone out after a couple days to help take care of them. Cleanliness could definitely be improved, but over all a good place to stay. Location is great.

advertised having a heated pool, the heater was broken and they did not fix. Construction was going on below us, woke us up early. We will not be going back.<br/>
