Emerald Beach is a Ocean-Front Complex located 1 mile west of Pier Park. This condo is a 3 Bedrooms (2 with King Size and 1 with 2 Queen Size Beds) + bunk area 2 twin beds, 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom with a Commercial Grade Queen Sofa Sleeper. There are TWO balconies with gorgeous views from this 16th floor unit.

A True Vacation Resort not just a condominium complex located in the heart of Panama City Beach, walk to restaurants and shopping. There are 4 pools one is a family oriented Kids Splash Zone pool with a snack bar, there is a large Tiki Bar by the large Beach side heated pool. All pools have hot tubs next to them. Be our guests in this comfortable and family friendly unit.

There is a Starbucks Coffee Shop and Deli, The Sky Bar Cocktail Lounge in the walkover above the street from the 2 very large parking garages. Hot Tubs, sauna, and steam room are on site that you don't find in other complexes.

Overall the unit was fabulous - great view, great location and excellent value for money. There were a few things that could be done to update the unit - a few towel bars / TP holders were broken, the front door needs a new paint job, etc. small things overall, but could go a long way to update the unit. The unit was clean and tidy but how dirt our feet got walking in the unit makes one question of the floors were washed properly before our arrival. Overall would return and recommend!

This place was a great location with lovely view of the beach! The bedrooms are big and beds comfortable. The patio furniture needed a wipe down, and the sofas were pretty worn and dirty and the tile floors could be cleaner as our feet would get black walking on them so I wore socks., but everything else was clean and the place had what we needed for a great vacation!!!!

We stayed from Sept7-14th We loved the room, it was prefect. Had the best vocation, ECDI was soo helpful, easy to get up with if we had any issues. Only issue we had was we didn’t know to fill out a parking permit and the security guy wasn’t going to let us part in the garage without one …but it got taken care of. We had trouble with the living room T.V remote and within an hour they was there to fix it. We will definitely go through ECDI again

Wonderful room with anything and everything you’ll need for a great vacation. Honestly this is one of the nicest rooms we’ve stayed in. Any issue I had all I had to do was call and any issue was resolved. The tv remote stopped working and was replaced in no time. Everyone with ECDI were so great to work with and we will book thru them again. The room was superior! It was clean and slept all 10 of us very comfortably. The kids loved the bunk beds.

The property description is accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities. The condo itself was perfect for our large group. <br/>The property clean and well-maintained. The pool and hot tub area is located right by the beach overlooking the ocean. The manager provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives. The shopping at Pier Park is awesome and only a 5 minute drive away. There are activities and attractions there as well and fun for both kids and adults. We enjoyed the restaurant next door to our resort (walking distance) called Runaway Island. Olive Garden is always a favourite as well and only a 5 minute drive away. Starbucks is just downstairs in the resort, which is a bonus and the sky bar in the resort is perfect for an evening drink. The snack bar is great for pizza/hotdogs/fries/ice cream. Overall we loved everything about our stay. It felt like home to us and we were sad to leave. We absolutely want to rent again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Beach Resort. It was a bummer that the oceanfront pool was being worked on so it wasn&#x2019;t open but with the other pools it wasn&#x2019;t a huge deal. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It was within walking distance of a lot of things to do. My only complaint about the condo itself is that the sliding doors going out to the balconies are in need of being fixed or replaced. They are really hard to open, especially the one in the main living area. Other than that we had a great time staying here and would stay again!

The room was very big and spacious! The view on the balancing was spectacular. Very clean when we arrived. My only complaint about the room was the beds were old and very uncomfortable. Lastly, they closed the main beach pool the sec d day we got there for 8 weeks due to renovations and didn&#x2019;t tell anyone till that day. So the resort only had one pool with a hot tub and then the hot tub broke on that pool and wasn&#x2019;t fixed by the time our week stay was up. Resort should have notified guests of this change especially with us coming with 4 kids.

Loved the unit. Beautiful sunsets everyday. Only complaint was not being able to get into room with the code given but one call and it was reset for us.

This was a beautiful condo that met all of our wants and needs on our vacation. It was clean and the amenities of the resort were fantastic. We will definitely be staying here again.

Location is great, beach is beautiful, room needs some upgrades!

We loved the location and our stay. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and we enjoyed Starbucks and Hershey&#x2019;s in the building. The beach was beautiful, but the rooms need some upgrades. The bedding was far from current or comfortable. Cheap lines and rough comforters. There were no extra pillows or blankets, which I thought was strange. The mattresses in the double bedroom were very uncomfortable even to young backs. Thankfully, we ate out at each meal because the kitchen didn&#x2019;t have much to work with as far as mixing bowls, containers fur storage, or many utensils. We had issues that we found and reported as soon as we arrived but were not fixed until our 3rd, 5th and 6th day, and one never. (Closet doors off hinge, sliding door to balcony had no handle -broken, tub in front master backed up snd smelled awful- like a port-a-potty, toilet in double bedroom would not flush. The worst issue we had was the drain in the master bathtub/shower. The water backed up while you showered and if it had to be used by multiple people within an hours time, it could be up to your calves. Eventually, it was backing up on its own as well, without being used which we would find black floating debris in the tub and it would have a sewage- putrid smell. The night before we left, while dining out, apparently maintenance came by to finally fix it. (They came by on night 4 but did not fix the issue). They however left a mess on the floor and in the tub. We lived with the problems but it sure would of made our stay better had we not had to deal with them daily. My husband either called or emailed the property management almost daily snd their response was that they would put in a work order. Probably need to improve the timeliness of fixing concerns if you expect people to pay for luxury accommodations and almost $4,500 for a week&#x2019;s stay! Wish it had been different! Minus the concerns, maintenance ineffectiveness, and bedding issues, we would stay here again. <br
