Sleeps 9 Oceanfront Penthouse End Unit, which makes it one of the quietest units in the building. It sleeps 9 with King Size Beds in both bedrooms, a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living room, and 3 Twin size beds in the bunk area. There are 2 Full Bathrooms and a large balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico that offers incredible views.

This recently renovated condo features updated bathrooms and bedrooms. Both bathrooms repainted and have new vanity cabinets, sinks and faucet fixtures. Master ensuite bath has a new slipper soaker tub. There is new vinyl plank laminate flooring in both bathrooms and both bedrooms. Both bedrooms were also repainted. There is a new sofa sleeper and loveseat in the living room. Updated pictures will be posted soon.

Guests are treated to a fully stocked kitchen so that cooking and serving are a (beach) breeze. You don't need to bring your beach chairs as the owner has stocked the closet with chairs and an umbrella.

Located just 1 mile west of Pier Park, it is an Ocean-Front Complex that has the Best Amenities of any Resort in PCB. There are two pools on-site, one being a walk-in pool that includes a kids Splash Zone and a snack bar. The other pool has a Large Tiki Bar right next to it. All pools have hot tubs next to them.

It doesn’t stop there! The complex has a Starbucks Coffee Shop and Deli, there is an indoor snack bar that has food and serves Eddy’s ice cream. The Sky Bar Cocktail Lounge spans over Front Street, connecting the complex to the parking garage, and offers the perfect opportunity to drink while singing Karaoke and people-watch. On-site, there are Hot Tubs, a sauna, a steam room, an arcade, and an outdoor game area that you don't find in other complexes. To top it off, a Bellman Service makes it a True Vacation Resort, not just a condominium complex.

We have a keyless entry system that allows you to reserve at the last minute. It also provides you, our guest, with added security.

We had a great time at the Emerald Beach Resort! The condo was a great size and was plenty of room for our crew. We had some maintenance problems with one of the bathrooms and the refrigerator, but the maintenance team and property managers were quick to help provide a solution.

I never review places I've stayed at but this one was great! The place is beautiful, clean and has everything you need if you're vacationing with children. The only downside was the elevators. 99% of the time we were there, the elevators were broken down. There were no more than 2 elevators working at a time most days which caused A LOT of backup and wait trying to get up to the 25th floor. Other than that, great place!

Oh where to begin. This condo was everything and more than it stated. In march everything was updated beautifully. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Manatee sightings every morning. The pool and the Tiki bar were amazing as well. I would definitely recommend this place anytime,anyday. Definitely pleased with our entire stay. Weather was beautiful.

The location of resort and amenities were amazing. We feel like this might be our new favorite place to stay, and we’ve stayed at probably 10 different places.. however this exact unit #2525 could use some small fixes. The master tub wall plate is completely off, the 2nd bath shower curtain you could tell has been broken for a while. Kitchen microwave has a top plate cover on vent that’s off, and outside on deck has an electric cover that’s broke. We reported these but didn’t request maintenance to come out because it didn’t interfere with our trip. The views from 25th balcony are beautiful. You will hear elevators all night long especially from 2nd bedroom, but you’d have that in every condo. We will definitely be back though.

We loved our time at Emerald Beach! Despite our visit overlapping with college spring breaks, the area of the beach where Emerald is located was extremely calm and never super busy. Staying right on the beach is a game changer, and this is the best place to stay at the best price!

My wife and I arrived at this property on January 3rd. We had booked the property back in September of 2021. We began to become concerned about what kind of shape the property was going to be in upon our arrival, after reading the last two reviews.<br/><br/>I will address those concerns about this property. Understand, my wife and I are both borderline OCD! To begin with, everywhere you go businesses are suffering from the lack of help. So the cleaning staff for Emerald Resort is no exception. They clean the best they can with the time allotted! We (the renters, want to get in as early as we can). That said, the condo needed some deep cleaning. We got busy that Tuesday and started cleaning house. This was our first time to spend a month in Florida., so just like being home, we clean! <br/><br/>The jacuzzi tub had the water turned off, because of an issue with a leak. Bob, the property manager gave us a call on Tuesday afternoon, and asked about sending a plumber to check out the issue. It turned out not to be a leak from the tub, but the shower head tube was leaking. With that replaced, they turned the water for the tub on and my wife used the tub the entire month.<br/><br/>Bob called or texted several times that week to make sure everything was okay with the property! He was very polite and caring and earns a &#x2B50;&#xFE0F; &#x2B50;&#xFE0F; &#x2B50;&#xFE0F; &#x2B50;&#xFE0F; &#x2B50;&#xFE0F; for his service! <br/>

With having little ones, this condo was perfect with the easy access to the beach and the splash pad kid friendly pool across the street. The property manager was great with a helpful quick response in regards to a simple question we had in regards to parking. We had a great stay and the view of the ocean was incredible from the condo!

The condo was clean and inviting. I loved all the decor and how spacious it was. Location was right in the middle of all the action. My kids walked across the street and enjoyed Alvins Island and some golf. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit, the offerings of the property were great, my kids spent tons of time in the heated pool and the game room, I enjoyed Starbucks and the convenience of being a few minute drive from everything. Getting to the unit from the garage is a bit of a pain when unloaded and loading your luggage as you have to use 3 separate elevators to get to your room but they are fast. The room was nice, it definitely could have been cleaner but the beds were comfy and the view was amazing.

The condo is perfectly located with easy access to everything you could need or want. The beach is just outside the resort, literally. Perfect easy access to the beach for a family with small children. Parking wasn&#x2019;t ideal since we had a storage container on top of our van and it wouldn&#x2019;t fit in the parking garage, but it was still free parking at least. The staff at the resort were friendly and helpful. <br/>The condo itself was perfect for our family of 6. My teen daughter got her own room while the you get boys got the triple bunk. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. The living space was very comfortable and fit us great. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked almost every meal we had while there and the kitchen had every tool/pan I needed. Having a washer and dryer right in the room was priceless. The 25th floor is very high up though and we were a little nervous about kids on the balcony. Luckily, it&#x2019;s a deep balcony, so they just had to stay away from the railing. Beds were comfy with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Loved having plenty of extra towels and washcloths, too. Also, lots of chairs and other pool/sand gear available in the condo.

We stayed in this condo for 8 nights. We had an issue on our 2nd day with the washer overflowing, but by day 3 we had a brand new unit installed so that was nice. Overall the condo was very nice and comfy. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. There was hair in tubs and showers and the jets were pretty gross in the second bath. But aside from that we were very comfortable here. I would recommend this unit. The view is spectacular. We saw sea turtles, dolphins, schools of fish and endless stingrays. I was worried being so high would make it to where we couldn't see what was swimming around, but it was quite the opposite. We got to see so many things we couldn't have if we had been low like we usually prefer.

We had a wonderful condo, super clean and very comfortable. We shopped at a store called Florida Linen and quickly realized everything our condo was furnished with came from this high end store. The bedding was cotton super soft and cuddly. Everything was just beautiful and clean. Everything in the condo worked perfectly we never had a reason to ask for anything.
