This property was in a great location. We were within walking distance of 2 good restaurants runaway Island and Sharkey's, Alvin's Island for shopping and Hidden Lagoon mini golf. <br/><br/>The property was as clean as a beach property can get. Sand is to be expected. <br/><br/>There were a few lights that didn't work.<br/><br/> The bunk beds in the guest room are not fastened together. We didn't use it, but discovered it by accident.<br/><br/>All in all, it was a great place to stay.<br/>

It was a nice property. We had a few glitches at first but if you call maintenance they get right on it. They even came out on Sunday. I noticed some people had said the dryer didn&#x2019;t work. And it didn&#x2019;t. I washed clothes to discover it. Called maintenance and they came out and they had to replace the whole thing. It took a few days. The stick sweeper didn&#x2019;t work well but if you clean the filter with soapy water after it works just fine. Very roomy. Beautiful view. Skybar staff was amazing and had things almost every evening. We stayed a month and really enjoyed it. Some eateries you can walk to and outdoor bars.

The rental company was quick to reply and very helpful with questions before renting.<br/>Upon arrival, the unit was very clean and right on the gulf. <br/>Everyone had a great time on the trip, and we'd stay there again.

We had a very good time. I didn't think we would like being on the 24th floor but it was great. You could see everything in the water. We saw sharks and turtles. My family loved it. We would gladly stay here again.

There were 8 of us on a family vacation and I would so come back again. Lots of activities to do for the kids and us adults. Everyone was extremely friendly!! Would definitely book here again!!!

Location was great, unit has a million dollar view. The condo could use a couple up grades like cushions on balcony chairs(what was out there was pretty gross) but over all I loved the place.

Walked in and loved all the room. Could use some updated decor.Loved you are immediately off the elevator. Lots of bathrooms which is great. Lg TV's nice. Kitchen mostly supplied what we needed. Cushions on balcony were very old, dirty and flat. Sadly door in master does not slide open. Response to needs was HORRIBLE. We checked in Saturday and immediately emailed that the bathroom sink would not turn off. So you could hear water running. Then emailed 2 more times regarding the remote for fan/light in LR was missing, bulb missing in lamp since fan light no remote, shower light out and almost all the towels were left wet in dryer and in washer. Dryer took 3 hrs to dry. Then Tuesday night all our water was shut off while we were cooking and my young kids had to go to lobby to use bathroom. After multiple emails and voicemails I called and talked to a person finally on Wednesday (we cked in Sat). They did send a bag of fresh towels and changed the bulb in the lamp and master shower. Never got the remote for the LR light and was told as far as the dryer that took 3 hrs--just dry 2-3 towels at a time. FOR A CONDO FOR 10--come on. Could use a dresser in bedroom with 2 beds. They did have a lot of hangers which was nice. Condo again little outdated in decor but lots of space. Bring extra TP, dish soap, papertowel and trash bags etc. We mainly stayed on the beach but did go to the pool one day and it was nice. Location nice between good restaurants and about a mile from Pier Park.
