Description

Emerald Beach is a True Vacation Resort, not just a condominium complex. It has the Best Amenities In PCB. Featuring multiple pools. One pool area is very family oriented with 2 pools and hot tubs. 1 pool is a walk in pool with a Kids Splash Zone and a snack bar located between the 2 pools. There is a large Tiki Bar by the large Beach side pool and hot tubs. Starbucks & The Sky Bar are great for adults.

Spacious one bedroom two bath 23rd floor unit! Sleeps 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the master, bunk area with 2 twin beds in the hallway and a pullout queen size sofa sleeper bed.

Come sit on the balcony and take in the ocean front view of the beautiful emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico, 700 feet of sugar white beachfront and breathtaking sunsets.

Emerald Beach is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, walk to restaurants and shopping. The resort is very family oriented. Be our guests in this comfortable family friendly unit.

There is a Starbucks Coffee Shop and Deli, The Sky Bar Cocktail Lounge in the walkover above the street from the 2 very large parking garages. Hot Tubs, sauna, and steam room are on site that you don't find in other complexes.

*The remaining final payment balance is due in our office 30 days prior to your arrival date. Or within 7 days if the check in date is between 14-30 days from booking date.
When paying there is a 3% convenience fee when using a credit card. We also have a no cost option of sending a check.*

Our overall stay was very nice. The condo was nicely equipped. A suggestion for the bathroom is some sort of grab bar because the are both very High to step over. A other suggestion would been addition information on parking garage and to navigate to the condo more easily. Would recommend to stay here to others. Thanks

everything was great except the check in instructions were written by a five year old there was no mention that the parking area was a garage or that it was across the street the whole set of instructions were terrible i know its a little thing but when u arrive at a place u have never been before in your life and its dark the instructions they gave u were terrible our code didnt work in parking garage luckily another vacationer gave me the code and gave a run down which helped tremendously the elevator outside the room is noisy but we got used to it other than that we had a great stay and would go there again the rental was very nice and clean and the view and sounds of the gulf were amazing the beach is so close and the sand so white being from pa its was beautiful

Patio cushions outside on deck were dirty. We laid a blanket over the lounge chair cushion. The room was clean. Nice view and nice location in PCB. Elevators were horribly slow and several broke down while we were there. Being on the 23rd floor meant no stairs for us. Good place to stay overall.

Originally, I picked this apartment for the view and the beautiful decor. It def was exactly as pictured. We very much enjoyed sitting on the balcony at least twice a day. We do want you to know that the bedroom is on the side of the elevators and though it did not keep us awake at night you can hear clunking 24/7. So be aware of this before you reserve this room.

Rental experience was great. Easy parking, easy access, all kitchen tools and appliance fine.<br/>Only negative was being immediately adjacent the elevators. That said, for a 25 story building, almost no waits for elevators.
