This condo is a 3 Bedroom (all with King Size Beds) + bunk area 2 twin beds, 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom with 2 Commercial Grade Queen Sofa Sleepers. There are TWO balconies with gorgeous views from this 20th floor unit.

A True Vacation Resort and not just a condominium complex located 1 mile west of Pier Park in the heart of Panama City Beach, walk to restaurants and shopping. There are 4 pools one is a family oriented Kids Splash Zone pool with a snack bar, there is a large Tiki Bar by the large Beach side heated pool. All pools have hot tubs next to them.

There is a Starbucks Coffee Shop and Deli, The Sky Bar Cocktail Lounge in the walkover above the street from the 2 large parking garages. Hot Tubs, sauna, and steam room are on site that you don't find in other complexes.

Keyless entry provides our guest with added security and CONTACTLESS CHECK IN: No Front Desk Registration FREE parking passes and pool bands are in the condo.

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Beach, the condo was as described. Everyone was comfortable and the view was spectacular. We were able to enjoy the Airshow practice session occurring right in front of the condo, over the gulf. The pool area next to the parking garage was nice, just wish it had a beach view. Having a Starbucks, ice cream shop, and gift shop was an added bonus. Even though we were on the 20th floor, the elevators were magnificent, super fast, and conveniently located. The best elevators we have ever experienced. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous view. Fantastic location. Convenient parking. Beautiful complex with numerous amenities. Plenty of towels. Condo needs updates and maintenance. Carpet filthy, stained, and snagged. Layers of dust and dirt on wall hangings and floor boards. Food imbedded in stove/oven vents. Only one bathroom door locks (out of 4). Pots and pans need replaced (non-stick coat peeling/almost non-existent). Appliances fairly new and in great working order. Condo obviously has not had a "deep cleaning" in a very long time. With some real cleaning and updates this place would be perfect. We made the best of it and had a great time.

The unit is very large with 3.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms a bunk area and plenty of room for our large family. The location is great with lots of onsite amenities. It was clean and we only ahd one small maintenance issue and the property manager took care of it the first day. We enjoyed the private master bedroom balcony and the main balcony off of the living room. The resort has 3 very nice pools, a Starbucks and a Sky bar. Thanks Bob, we will be back and stay here again next year.

It was a huge space and couldn’t beat that. The condo could have been cleaned better. The doors had handprints and dirt all over them. The floors were gross. Like feet turn black gross. Kitchen was stocked well other than no big sheet pan or scissors. I cook a ton so we brought it own if those. The furniture in living room could be updated. We enjoyed the amenities of the resort. Loved how close we were to walking distance to everything. Loved having beach chairs included. Over I would rate a 4 out of 5 and we would stay again. Oh fix the dishwasher! Positive the ice maker worked!!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It had plenty of room for our 6 adults & 3 kids. Very easy parking and elevators. The only thing I think this condo could use would be new living room furniture.

We have been vacationing in the Panama City Beach area the last four years and this place takes the cake. We had a wonderful two weeks at this place and would highly recommend it to everyone. Hope we can book this same place for next year. Until then have a great year.

We loved our vacation! The condo was comfortable and fit 11 of us very nicely. We had to stay in a few days due to bad weather on the beach, and we were very happy with all of the nice amenities offered by the resort (pool, gym, game room, bar, daily activities, etc.). Overall, this is a great place go stay with family or friends.

The condo contains amazing views from the two balconies that overlook the beach, plenty of space in all the rooms and the property is close enough to most shopping areas. <br/><br/>The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is due to some minor issues. One of the bathroom sink handles was broken and there was a crack on the outside of one of the tubs. Carpet was visibly worn out as well but these were all minor issues that didn't take away from our experience. We will certainly look at coming back to this property in the future.

We had a wonderful trip- great weather - good location- everyone had there own bathroom - our kids are grown so that&#x2019;s nice for all to have privacy. The carpet is really bad it needs replaced bad - I would stay here again if it was changed but I will not recommend it to my friends like it is

It was a nice sized condo, and the resort was very clean and friendly. There was a lot of broken things when we got to the condo, but it didn't really affect our stay. Also when we got there it smelled like burnt food, but we bought air freshener and within a day and a half it went away. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

This rental was amazing! It had everything we needed and more. You will get a beautiful view of the beach and have access to so many great amenities. Such a great price for an outstanding resort, I will definitely be returning.

This is a great condo. It's nice & roomy. All 3 bedrooms are a good size as well as all 3 full baths. Having a half bath in the hallway was a treat. The resort is west side of PCB, so a little bit of a drive to the bridge into St Andrews and the east end of PCB. The resort's pools are in great shape, and having covered parking was real nice. The balcony's have spectacular views of the Gulf and sunsets. Now, the beds. Yikes. If you could bring your own bed, I would, but that not the most practical. For sure, bring your own pillow. OR plan a pillow shopping trip to Target. The ones provided are...well, they are just not good. All the other furniture was fine & comfy.<br/><br/>All in all, this is a great place to stay and it will be our first look when coming back to Panama City Beach.
