Emerald Beach is a True Vacation Resort, not just a condominium complex. Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, walk to nearby restaurants and shopping. The Best Amenities In PCB. Featuring multiple pools. One pool area is very family oriented no alcohol allowed and has 2 pools and hot tubs. 1 is zero edge walk in pool with a Kids Splash Zone and a snack bar located between the other pool. There is a large Tiki Bar located by the huge beach side pool and hot tubs for adults to enjoy their favorite cocktail by the beach and poolside.

15th floor 1 BR + Bunk Area 1 bath unit! Sleeps 6 king bed in aster, bunk area 2 twin beds and a pullout queen size sofa sleeper bed.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:

We had an amazing time! The condo was great… minor thing of the ice machine not working was really the only inconvenience in the condo itself. The condo was clean and perfect for our young family of four. We loved every minute! One set of elevators did not work and the escalators were down at the resort for majority of the time but we found ways to get around it and we had to wait a few more minutes for an elevator. Totally worth being oceanfront with all the amenities. We will definitely stay again! Thank you for such an amazing stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay! We had excellent communication with our property manager throughout the process. Had one minor issue with the A/C and it was addressed immediately after I reached out. I thought the description of items to think about bringing to the condo was so helpful. I was completely prepared and only made one trip to the grocery. Everything was clean on arrival and the views were exactly what we wanted. It was a perfect space for my husband and me and our two boys. They enjoyed the ice cream parlor, Starbucks, the gift shop and the pools. We loved having restaurants to walk to each day/night. A couple of other conveniences to mention were the elevators and trash chute. They are located right by this unit. Completely recommend!! We can’t wait to visit again!

My daughter and two teen grandkids found this to be the perfect spring break spot during Covid. There is an empty lot to the left which made it very easy to find your own space on the beach. There are several outdoor eating places within walking distance. The condo was clean and was big enough for what we needed. There are not many skillets, pots and pans. The air conditioner was not very cool. The condo temperature never got below 74. We would sit on the deck in the evening if we needed to cool off.

First time staying at this property. Our first time staying in a 1BR Condo in PCB. We were a little nervous about that. We're a family of 5. Our 3 kids are in elementary school. The room was much bigger than we expected and it fit us fine. The room is clean. Its carpeted which we found a little odd. There is a dehumidifier in the room you'll have to empty frequently. Kitchen has everything you'll need. The can openers will give you **** and make you work for it;). Gas BBQ pits on property. U have to schedule a time to grill at the desk. The lay out of the Resort is weird. Be patient when u arrive and are trying to figure out the elevator sit up. There's a beach floor, a lobby, and the sky bridge is floor 3. Some elevators don't go to the beach floor. Be prepared to say a few bad words while figuring this all out. We were on the 15th floor and elevator wait time wasn't bad. Restaurants within walking distance. Time for the 'but'... I/we have been to PCB 15ish times. Stayed at many places. I would pick any of those before this one. There is nothing wrong with this place. Would I recommend it? Sure. Its a nice place. Just like the others better. We were there Aug 15-22 2020. PS They don't like you bringing your coolers on the pool deck, sometimes. I was asked to leave it outside the gate a couple times( I could go back and forth getting beverages out) and other times no one said anything about my cooler. It was a small cooler. The pool on top of the parking garage was not open. Hope this helps and is informative. Enjoy your stay in PCB.

Nice little unit. Only a couple of minor inconveniences. The ice maker works, but the ice gets stuck so it won't dispense out through the door. You have to open the door to get it. A light bulb in the kitchen was out. Due to COVID-19, hot tubs and exercise room were closed. :/

We loved staying here! The location and amenities were perfect. My only disappointment was that the kitchen wasn’t stocked with a few basic items (like salt and pepper) as we ate in the unit for most meals. Other than that, the trip was excellent from check in to check out. We will definitely be coming again!

We loved our stay at 1526! We were slightly confused upon arrival on how to get luggage to our room but even with multiple elevators to get there it certainly beats walking across Front Beach Road. The condo was very nice! My only complaint (which isnt even a deterrent to stay again) would be they patron furntiure was in pretty rough shape. The condo was cleaned pretty well but the carpet was a little gross if you are like me with a one year old who finds EVERYTHING! But other than that it was great! You could walk to restaurants and there was a DELICIOUS donut shop right down the road! We would definitely stay again!!! The views are like no other!!!!

We loved our stay in EB 1526! The condo is clean and fully furnished. All you need is your groceries and swim suit! The resort offers plenty as well. Food, coffee, ice cream.. you name it! Everyone was so friendly!
