Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is an all-encompassing beach resort with the some of the best vacation rental experiences. If cooking for yourself isn't’ part of your vacation plans, there are plenty of dining options on the resort. There are three beachfront restaurants where you can enjoy breathtaking Gulf views while you enjoy a fabulous culinary experience. For a more elegant, upscale and delectable meal, join us at Oceans Bar and Grill. Dine inside or outside. We're open for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with a full-service bar. For a more casual dining experience, the Bimini Sand Bar offers Fat Tuesday frozen drinks and snacks, while an on-property Pizza Hut® delivers to your room or beach chair if desired.

The large entryway welcomes you and gives you all the space you need to park your clubs, flip-flops and beach toys The décor makes a very clear statement that your going to enjoy this resort. As soon as you walk in you can't help but be awestruck by the beautiful views of the blue water and white sand you will see through the floor to the ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that lead you to the expansive balcony. There is truly not a better view available in Panama City Beach. The afternoon sun and breathtaking sunsets are the perfect end to an exciting day - - - or the beginning of an enchanting evening.

The LIVING ROOM features a comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper. The entertainment armoire contains an flat screen TV that is equipped with a cable television package that allows you to access dozens of channels, or if you like, surf the web on the high speed internet that’s available. If you want to truly enjoy the beach experience wander out to the balcony through your floor to ceiling sliding doors enjoy the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green Gulf waters.

The MASTER BEDROOM features king sized bed and private bath. The room is beautifully decorated for your relaxation and enjoyment. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious closets. Your entertainment armoire offers a large TV with dozens of clear channels. You even have high speed internet access that’s easily accessed from the MASTER BEDROOM. You’ll also enjoy the tiled bath with shower and garden tub where you might can relax and re energize after a day full of beach activities. There is a registration fee of $50, which includes one parking pass. You may resgister another vehicle for an additional $30 via the registration site. The link to register will be provided once the reservation is paid in full.

Condo was very nice for the price, we had a good stay. Had a couple issues with a leak in the ceiling while the dryer was running, but otherwise no issues. Very good place for a college spring break.

A beautiful condo with excellent views. There were a couple areas of leaking water in condo but we knew that going in for other reviews. They were working on the roof while we were there so maybe to fix that problem. Would definitely stay again.

No comforters, just sheets. Ac leaks as well as toilet. Was sent wrong keypad code, was able to get the correct one after hours without much effort. Other than that as advertised. Edgewater is always a great stay. Will be back but more than likely a different unit. Booking agents did a great job would recommend emerald coast destinations!

Great rental to really stretch out and relax but still have personal space! Highly recommend. My family and I have stayed at Edgewater for the past and will continue our yearly vacations there as well! Would stay in same room again!<br/><br/>Overall a very great stay only negatives were lack of pillows in loft area as well as thing bedding up there, it also needed a deep clean with exhaust in the bathroom and door where the AC had dust on the exterior that we cleaned as well.

Nice unit but beds were in poor shape, not comfy need new mattresses. There was no baking dishes or sheet/pizza pans and the unit could use more lighting. The bulbs were out in some of the lamps. There were very few towels for baths and only 4 washrags, no pot holders or dish towels in the kitchen either. The master bath toilet was loose as well. However, the amenities, pool bar and view were awesome! The above is just an FYI so you will know what is needed, we still loved our time at the beach.
