Description

Master bedroom on the water has a king bed, balcony access and nicely redone master bath with a tile shower.

2nd Master bedroom also has a king bed and nicely redone tile shower.

3rd bedroom contains 2 queen beds, a flat screen TV on the wall and a guest bath with a tub and tile shower.

Upstairs 4th bedroom right on the Gulf has a pullout queen sleeper sofa and a new tile shower.

THIS UNIT DIRECTLY OVERLOOKS THE BEAUTIFUL BLUE WATER OF THE GULF OF MEXICO.

EDGEWATER BEACH RESORT, voted one of the 100 resorts in the country. Edgewater Resort is the most luxurious preferred lodging facility in Panama City Beach. It is a beautiful, upscale, premier resort.

There are many family amenities, such as controlled entrance, 24-hour security, 11,500 foot lagoon style swimming pool (and many smaller swimming pools scattered across the property) landscaped with waterfalls, palms, exotic plants, flowers, whirlpools, golf, tennis courts (approximately 20), two restaurants on water, jet-ski rental, parasailing, sailing, exercise room, convention center, gift shop, beauty salon, etc.
Edgewater Resort charges a $50 registration fee which includes one parking pass. You may resgister another vehicle for an additional $30 via the registration site. The link to register will be provided once the reservation is paid in full.

Arrived early and was able to get settled early. We decided to stay and extra day and the property manager made it easy to add an extra day to our stay. My kids said it was their favorite vacation spot.

My family had an amazing experience in PCB! <br/>Pros: The location is absolutely perfect, the atmosphere of the resort was wonderful! The kids loved the lagoon pool during the day, and the heated pool for the night swims. The hot tubs were initially not hot, but maintenance worked quickly and had them up to temp within a day. We will definitely be back! The beach is right there and the showers at the exit were perfect! The condo was perfect and spacious! Very clean and well stocked kitchen. <br/><br/>Cons: the only con we had was the light fixture over the table seemed to have some sort of short in it, it flickered a lot. So we just didn&#x2019;t use it.

The Edgewater resort was amazing. The pool and main patio area was so great I never felt the need to explore the many other pools, some of my party did they expressed if you wanted a more peaceful quiet swim they were great but I loved the DJ and music and felt the pool was so large it never really felt full. My unit was sufficient, that's what I'll say about ECDI. It meets our needs and this year the beds all seemed comfortable and soft enough which has been an issue in the past. The top deck wasn't really useful, it was too hot and there is no table or furniture up there as the picture shows, we also found a loose bolt and at that point told the kids to stay off the deck. The covered patio was well enough. <br/>If you run hot as I do don't bother with the master suite take the room on the inside wall. I kept the fans running all week and couldn't even open the curtains because of how much heat the windows let in. It was still too warm in there although it was in the 90s all week. My sister however took the other master and froze her tail off in there. I wish I'd known if have given it too her. Bring a tablecloth or buy a cheap one you won't regret it. I've stayed with ECDI for a few years now, I probably save some money and I don't have to worry constantly about someone breaking or staining stuff so it's peaceful enough for me. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat I'd just make a few changes. The restaurants and stores were convenient. Edgies had a place to inflate our floats, the chicken quesadilla at oceans was too die for, all the kids loved it. We had an awesome week in PCB thanks.

The unit was great and had all the amenities we needed. We have rented other units in this resort and some did offer more things like beachs toys, cleaning items like a small bottle of dish soap and at least 1 dishwasher pod, but this unit didn't have that, which was fine for us...but others may expect it. The company had great communication from booking and throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we had to leave early and never requested or expected a refund for the early departure, but I did email and call the company just to let them know so they can have the unit ready early for the next guest and I inquired about they needed us to do for leaving the unit (take out trash, launder towels, etc???) and it was crickets. No one has responded yet. I was a bit disappointed in the lack of communication at the end. All in all, it was still a great experience and great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. I began the week with my husband and 2 sons, and mid week they went home and several girl friends met me for the remainder of the week. This condo fits for any type of gathering. It is close to everything and the beach view is gorgeous. Thanks for the stay!

Great week long stay, emerald coast great to work with. 4 bedroom 4 bath condo was a a nice place to stay. Mattresses in all but master were somewhat uncomfortable. Kitchen was lacking a few essential items for preparing meals. No sheet pan, no large mixing bowl to name a few. Nothing we couldn&#x2019;t get by without. Definitely needs a deep cleaning but was clean enough. Cupboards could use some extra wiping down. Overall everything was acceptable. The condo is furnished And decorated nicely. Elevator service was quick. Pool was well maintained and clean. Beach absolutely beautiful. Our view from the rooftop deck was amazing. We definitely would return.

The property itself is really Nice - we had everything we needed - some furniture could use updating and the beds are very uncomfortable. I know its a rental but the beds should be comfortable as we went away to rest and came home tired and sore from the uncomfortable beds - My issues were more with management company than unit - We had booked at another location and were moved to Edgewater last minute as the rental company apparently over booked - We had another party walk into our unit on our 3rd day there- they spoke to management company right before arriving yet they didn't tell them the unit was not available - we were supposed to have chairs and umbrellas included with our stay - the management company never took care of the chairs & umbrella like they said they would - they did give us an extra night at no charge for all the mess ups - Not the property we booked but we did enjoy our trip and will look for another unit at edgewater in future -

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. There were a few little minor situations but overall good. The air conditioner went out the last night we were there. Called and reported the day we left. Otherwise we never spoke to anyone with the management company.<br/>We had a great view and it suited our family with bedrooms etc.
