This 11th floor Tower 3 BEACH FRONT unit has a terrific view, with a wrap around balcony. It has 3 bedrooms and is directly on the water.
This Unit Is Directly On The Beach And Overlooks The Beautiful Blue Water Of The Gulf Of Mexico.
EDGEWATER BEACH RESORT, voted one of the 100 resorts in the country. Edgewater Resort is the most luxurious preferred lodging facility in Panama City Beach. It is a beautiful, upscale, premier resort.
Edgewater Resort charges a $50 registration fee which includes one parking pass. You may resgister another vehicle for an additional $30 via the registration site. The link to register will be provided once the reservation is paid in full.

This was our 2nd year in a row staying at Edgewater Resort & we LOVE the complex. This complex has the best pool & view around. This unit we stayed in was perfect for us, the cost was far less than anywhere else in the surrounding area. This unit is definitely in need of some updates, but it worked for us. We had a few issues during our stay, but all were handled in a timely manner by the staff. We definitely recommend this complex to anyone thinking about staying here, we Loved staying here & will definitely return.

The room was very spacious the floors had not been sweep or mopped. Management had to be contacted 4 times to get housekeeping ack in to clean the floors they showed up the next morning and did a very good job cleaning. Walls were beat up pretty bad. Will not say there again.

Beautiful views and beautiful rooms!<br/>We spent most of our time at the giant pool or the smaller salt water pool because we had four kids 3 and under, the views and the pool is what will have us coming back.<br/>When we arrived at the room the cleaning crew had just left and the room was still very dirty, our feet were black within minutes. We had no towels or rags. The previous renters had left stuff under the beds and the cleaning crew hadn't removed them. There was a pile of rusted and broken chairs thrown in the far corner of the balcony, but once we called they came and removed them within 2 hours of the call. The wifi kept going out. The front bedroom door wouldn't shut unless you picked up on it but that wasn't a problem. The toilets took forever to flush and some sinks and tubs dripped constantly. None of these issues were big issues though, except the room not being cleaned properly. We will certainly be back and had a great family vacation!!

The view is beautiful in the condo with spacious. The unit needs a lot of TLC. The sink does not have a garbage disposal so you have to stick your hand down the sink and turn a knob in order for food or water to go down. The outlets on the wall hardly hold a plug so hard to charge your phone or plug in anything. Many other touch ups needed. With the price of the unit you would think everything would be top notch as many people have said the same thing about the unit needing TLC for months now. Would stay again if some repairs were made.

Overall, beautiful apartment and amazing views as promised. LOVE the decor and the colors!!! Very serene and &#x201C;beachy&#x201D;&#x2764;&#xFE0F; Location is ideal. You&#x2019;re within 5 miles of anything you&#x2019;ll need. We used less than 1/2 a tank of gas the whole week! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable, plenty of furniture for the 7 of us. <br/>Things that could be improved upon: <br/>When we arrived at 4:05 (check in is at 4) we had to wait another 20-30 minutes for them to finish cleaning. (With a 2 year old who just got out of hours and hours of a long drive lol) The kitchen table was dirty, the microwave was dirty, the sink, there was alot put away with cooked eggs in it, the bathtub in the back master was dirty. (In the cleaning crews&#x2019; defense, they were trying to hurry so we could get in. So, it is what it is. They were very nice) There were plenty of extra pillows but no pillowcases. Could&#x2019;ve used some extra blankets. Good thing we didn&#x2019;t need to use the pull out sofa. There were 2 spoons and 5 forks so we had to buy plastic for the week. And no blender (which isn&#x2019;t huge but the first time there wasn&#x2019;t one available at a place we&#x2019;ve rented &#xD83D;&#xDE09;). And I use a blender every morning &#xD83E;&#xDD37;&#xD83C;&#xDFFC;&#x200D;&#x2640;&#xFE0F;&#xD83D;&#xDE01;. Maybe include a list of what is and isn&#x2019;t available so renters know what they should bring with them. &#xD83D;&#xDC4D;&#xD83C;&#xDFFB; <br/>Also, it stated that check out instructions would be in the apartment but there wasn&#x2019;t anything. Maybe it&#x2019;s been removed at some point by cleaners?. And we had to ask another resident where to take the trash. <br/><br/>Again, OVERALL A WONDERFUL, BEAUTIFUL STAY THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND! This is the first time in over 10 years that I told my husband we might come back to the same place next year! <br/>Thank you for opening your home to strangers that ca

We had a great time staying at Edgewater. 1101 is an end unit with a wrap around balcony and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The owners are doing some updating to their condo, which is making the unit very nice. We had plenty of room and everyone we dealt with was very nice and extremely helpful. We hope that we can stay there again next year.
