Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is a golfer's haven. Just a short distance from the property, the Hombre Golf Club offers tees ranging from 5,275 to nearly 7,000 yards, allowing golfers to choose their level of difficulty. Nestled amidst wetlands, marshes, lakes and preserves, the course offers 27 holes in a natural woodland setting and is meticulously manicured to tournament conditions. Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort also offers an on-property 9-hole executive course, scattered with sand traps and water lagoons.

For a more casual dining experience, the Bimini Sand Bar offers Fat Tuesday frozen drinks and snacks, while an on-property Pizza Hut® delivers to your room or beach chair if desired.

Edgewater Resort charges a $50 registration fee which includes one parking pass. You may register another vehicle for an additional $30 via the registration site. The link to register will be provided once the reservation is paid in full.

Well equipped, beautiful condo in a great location! Beautifully decorated inside! Upon arrival it was “clean” however we did find random shoes under the beds and a onesie in a basket??? Coffee pot was missing the filter basket-a new pot was delivered within hours!

The condo was great. There are a few little things that need fixing. The doors going to the balcony need attention, they are hard to open. Also the coffee pot was missing a piece. And the outdoor furniture was very uncomfortable. Would definitely stay here again. The space was great, views were beautiful.

Loved the condo and the resort. This is probably the best place we have stayed so far on the Gulf Coast. I wish there was more fun restaurants in walking distance. We had to get in our vehicle and travel to most places. <br/><br/>The other issue we had was that the cleaning service did not do a great job cleaning before we arrived. There was chewed gum stuck to the outside of the garbage can lid and garbage in the bottom of the can. There was a coffee pod still in the coffee machine. We found hair and crushed chips on the floor in the living room. A dirty qtip in the queen bedroom next to the bathroom. <br/><br/>Cleaning service definitely needs to be doing a better job.

We had the best time staying in this unit!<br/>It was close to the elevators but also quiet.<br/>And while we were there in the middle of July, we never had to wait in the elevator and had plenty of space on the beach. <br/>The unit was perfect and exactly what we needed and was very clean! Can&#x2019;t wait to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Edgewater in this newly updated condo! We were a family of 6 adults and 1 child and had plenty of room to be comfortable. Everything was very clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen is minimally stocked. We could&#x2019;ve used another large pot and a crockpot to cook things on our beach days. We were traveling for a baseball tournament and Edgewater provided a place for all families to find something in their price range. The kids had a blast at the beach, in the pools, and feeding the turtles in the ponds. We never felt like we had to leave the resort.

This was our second time in this unit and our experience was just as good as the first. Would be nice to have some sort of vacuum in the unit to deal with sand, but not a huge deal. Plan to book this again next year.

We rented this unit for our family during a baseball trip. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and the Unit was perfect size for us. The location was perfect and the view was the best we have had in all our years visiting PCB. The kitchen was full of everything you would need and then some. The only issues we had that were very minimal were the Ice Machine in the Freezer was not working, the couch could use a good cleaning and under the couch was full of sand (like it was just swept under the couch). Other than that everything about our stay was perfect. We would highly recommend this unit.

The condo was nice with a great view! The only issues we had were with the leaking dishwasher which was fixed quicky. The balcony didn&#x2019;t lock but the door was heavy so the kids couldn&#x2019;t open it without assistance. It was an overall great trip!

Great vacation! Condo was beautiful. The ocean was so clear and clean. The location of the condo is so convenient to walk across the street and shop, eat, go bowling, skating, play games or get some delicious ice cream. The washing machine broke two days into our vacation and management had a brand new one delivered within two days. That is amazing service.

Grab some friends and take a girls trip to this condo. It&#039;s the perfect place for making friends and enjoying the existing ones you have! There is plenty of seating in the kitchen and living room and balcony for everyone to enjoy. The pool and beach are easily accessible. I would definitely stay here again! The owner is amazing and super friendly!

This was probably our 7th stay at Edgewater and it was wonderful as usual. This room was in a great location. The owner was very nice as there was a slight hiccup but it didn't take away from our trip at all. We will definitely be back at Edgewater.

When we arrived to the room everything was as expected except we could not get the room to cool, a closet door had a broken handle in the first bedroom on the right when you walk in and the living room did not look like it had been touched (pillows were not tidied to make it even look like it had been clean, a game was out and had parts in different places of the living room) but overall our stay was great, none of that was a big enough issue for any complaints, we all enjoyed our stay and it was in a good area along the beach and close to a lot of places we wanted to eat, shop and things to do.
