Enjoy the view and sound of waves from the gulf front master bedroom! Freshly updated property with stunning sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico. Dunes of Panama has 1,500 feet of family friendly private beachfront with three oceanfront pools, one heated, and a poolside tiki bar. Amenities also include tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, volleyball, fitness center. Close to St. Andrews State Park, shopping, golfing, restaurants and attractions

This condo comes complete with a gulf front master bedroom with a KING size bed, attached private bathroom with a shower. A 2nd bedroom has one QUEEN size bed and a bonus twin bed and trundle bed underneath it. The 2nd bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a great meal in your home away from home!

The gulf front living room has a large flatscreen TV, plenty of seating and a sleeper sofa.

The private balcony offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and seating so you can watch the beautiful sunsets!
Pets under 35 lbs will be considered for a fee of $150.

*The remaining final payment balance is due in our office 30 days prior to your arrival date. Or within 7 days if the check in date is between 14-30 days from booking date.
When paying there is a 3% convenience fee when using a credit card. We also have a no cost option of sending a check.*

Have been staying at the Dunes property for around 20 years now. Always love my vacations there. So much to offer. Not too crowded. Lots of family memories have been made here.

It’s a nice place . Has security. We were under the impression our room was directly on the beach and couldn’t tell in the pictures that it’s located over a parking lot and you have to walk onto a porch and down stairs to get to the pool and then the beach . It was however ocean view just not beach front like we thought. It’s a very pretty place and we enjoyed our time . The description also said it had a hot tub and it doesn’t unless it was at one of the other buildings but we asked around and nobody there knew where one was. We will go back though . It was affordable and nice overall
