***Must have a member of your group at least 25 years old staying the whole time.***

Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $65/day $300/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

***10th floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo at the beautiful Coral Reef!*** Recently Completely redone with all brand new furniture throughout.

This condo was sold in May of 2023 and the new owner has completely upgraded the entire condo. Nearly every single piece of furniture has been purchased new for the Summer 2023. New pictures will be up soon.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk-in closet and two separate vanity areas. Master bath has a newly renovated walk in shower with dual shower heads. The guest room is spacious with two queen beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room has a large closet.

The living room has a large flat screen smart TV and sleeper sofa. You will feel like you are in a private home when you stay here!

All amenities and parking are on-site. There are two beautiful pools (one heated seasonally) and a large beachfront gazebo where you can relax and enjoy the beach. There is beach volleyball and a fitness center for your use. Beach Service Rentals for chairs, banana boat rides, jet skis and parasailing are available on the beach for a fee.

Thank you for choosing to stay with Emerald Coast Destinations Inc. Please review the payment terms for your reservation below:

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be automatically sent via email on the same day. Please check your spam folder.

This a great condo on the beach, in one of the best condominium complexes in Panama City Beach. I’m familiar with Coral Reef; it’s well kept and very quiet! The staff at ECD were great to deal with. I received a phone call from one of the staff members, letting me know what Coral Reef was doing to prepare for Hurricane Helene. My only suggestion - and it’s minor - bath mats for the showers and vanities. We had plenty of towels so it wasn’t an issue.

sink in master bathroom clogged up never worked.<br/>There were small towels under sink with blood stains and they were never replaced after I sent an email.

This condo was by far the nicest we have ever stayed in. As soon as you walk in the view is noticeable from every angle. Condo was clean and very well kept. Beds were all comfortable, master bath was huge with 2 shower heads-kids loved that. Balcony was large with plenty of seating. Only minimal issues were beach code didn't work and the floors were hard to keep clean. we were diligent with keeping shoes by the door but the sand made its way in, with no rugs anywhere i felt like my feet were always dirty. They also provided us with website to sign up for beach flag alerts. please do this ahead of time so you know what to expect on arrival!

Unit was ready earlier than we expected and was cleaner than any unit we have ever rented in PCB in the last 15 years and we come down every year. Cleaning crew needs a raise! Was disappointed that the large recliner pictured was replaced by a much smaller less comfortable recliner (husband likes to sleep in a big comfy recliner. Was surprised with the Kuerig that wasn&#x2019;t listed. Never saw the grills or picnic tables that are also pictured. Also no hot tubs on property that we could find that. Only major issue we had was the beach access code we were given didn&#x2019;t work and had to make several phone calls to get a good code. My son in law works for a fire alarm company and checked all the fire alarms in the unit when we first arrived and none of them work, sprinklers on the other had looked good he said. <br/>All in all the unit was very nice, clean, quiet and family friendly. We had a wonderful trip.

We had a very nice stay here. The weather was great, the water was beautiful and the room was very nice. We liked the two beds in the second bedroom(so did the kids). The room was comfortable and tidy.

The condo was very nice and clean and furnished well. My only complaint is that the master bath has no shower so it was difficult using 1 shower for 6 people. Taking a bath after a day at the beach is a no-go! Lol.

Our 10 day stay was amazing! Best weather, crystal clear water and the condo was in a great location and was nice. Although remods were happening, they were not very intrusive to our vacation. HOWEVER, the cleaning staff should be fired! The master bath jacuzzi jets were so full of mold, I had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean it before it was usable! Molded coffee was in the coffeemaker, bloody bandaid was stuck to the side of the couch, filty under the couch cushions, sand/food/pills/trash was under everything and the balcony was a nasty wreck when we arrived. I spend the first evening we were there dealing with cleaning it all. The onsite staff was not responsible for the cleaners, so they couldn't help. Otherwise the staff was good and having the beach chairs as an extra was great. The chair guy Zach was AWESOME taking care of us on the beach!

We had a wonderful stay right on the beach! Very quite area and not too crowded. Our condo was very nice and clean. A few things need to be updated but nothing major. We enjoyed our time here. ECDI is always very helpful with any questions or problems.
