*There is a $40 (Plus Tax) Resort Registration Fee added to each reservation. This fee is mandated by the resort and includes parking for up to 2 vehicles.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

Our family had an extended vacation and we loved the unit at the commodore! The guards at the commodore are the absolute best. The condo is in a peaceful part is Thomas drive very close to the state park. The beach was not crowded with spring breakers, maybe a few snowbirds and families. The condo is close to shopping but out of the busy traffic. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the condo. The unit had plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and enjoy the breath taking views. The room was clean and inviting. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Overall it is a terrific place to stay.<br/>

We&#x2019;ve stayed many times at the Commodore in Panama Beach in Florida & always enjoyed Florida & the location!! The Commodore is great but we have stayed in nicer rooms there than this time.
