Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $60/day $300/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

3 Bedroom 3 Bath Condo Ground Floor. Never take an elevator or stairs your entire stay!

This resort sits on the quiet end of Thomas Dr within walking distance to St. Andrews State Park. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath is conveniently located on the ground floor which gives you easy access to the pool or beach without waiting for elevators. Tile floors throughout, large bedrooms two which feature king size beds, and one with two queens. The gulf front living room offers a flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa.

Both of the 2 ocean front master bedrooms have king size beds and have private bathrooms.

The third bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a shared bath with the living room.

Living room has a queen sleeper sofa large flat screen tv and balcony access with direct walkway to the pool and beach.

Amenities include large seasonally heated pool, kiddie pool, picnic area, shuffleboard/basketball courts. Gated resort with onsite security guard.

*There is a $40 (Plus Tax) Resort Registration Fee added to each reservation. This fee is mandated by the resort and includes parking for up to 2 vehicles.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

The condo was nicely furnished but the furniture and rugs could use a deep cleaning, plus the rugs all seem to be curling up causing trip hazards. There were 6 of us and half thought the mattresses were too hard, but the other 3 were ok, so guess it depends on your sleeping preference. The complex is very strict & the security guard seemed to be a little aggressive with some guests, plus they closed the pool a few times due to weather, when the skies were blue, but great quiet location with beautiful white sand & the bluest waters. The condo offers complimentary beach chairs, but the rental guy was kind of a jerk, but a nice perk of renting the condo. The condo in walking distance to a couple of places to eat/drink, highly recommend Patches which is right outside the condo.

We loved staying on the ground floor. There is still a great view of the Gulf from the ground floor. The pool is within a few steps. A great time was had by all. We will rent this unit again if it is available when we are.
