Includes FREE beach service 2 padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $40/day $240/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

The Celadon Beach Resort is an upscale resort on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach and is located directly on the beach. Celadon is a family-friendly resort and provides the ultimate beach vacation experience. This resort offers one indoor/outdoor heated pool with a hot tub on the club side and another partially covered pool with a hot tub on the beachside. Other CBR amenities include free WIFI, covered parking, fitness center, tennis court, grills, and on-site rental Jet skis and other water activities.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.

Celadon Beach Resort is a smoke free environment.

No pets are allowed per HOA.

This amazing Gulf Front Unit is located on the 14th floor. It is one of the largest floor plans in the building. It has a massive wrap around balcony that wraps around the entire unit providing breathtaking sunset views down the coast. Windows with water views everywhere, wake up to the grandest view PCB offers. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a door leading out to the balcony directly overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The Master bathroom is spacious with separate shower and tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a large window overlooking the water. Enjoy the spectacular sunset in panoramic view. The third bedroom is spacious with 2 twin beds and tropical decor. The living room opens onto the balcony and has 3 large picture windows on the west end of the building that allows a beautiful panoramic view of the Panama City Beach coastline from the entire living room, dining room, and kitchen area. Sit anywhere in the main living area and view the most beautiful sunsets in the world. The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee machine. The laundry room with a large washer and dryer is located across from the twin bedroom.

2 parking spots are available per stay. One is a numbered space underneath the building and the other is first come first serve. A one time charge payable to the on site office upon check in is required for parking passes.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be automatically sent via email on the same day. Please check your spam folder.

We had a wonderful stay. We vacation at The Celadon every year and always enjoy our stay. This is the first time we have stayed in condo#1409 and overall it accommodated us. But a few concerns is, we had our young grandchildren with us and the sliding door to the balcony wouldn't lock and the children could slide it open, including our 18 month old granddaughter. So that was very worrisome. Also we were constantly tracking in sand and had nothing, (that worked) to clean it up except a vacuum cleaner that wouldn't suck, a Dustbuster that wouldn't suck and a broom/dustpan that was made for a toddler, (too short for an adult). Overall the place was neat, orderly and spacious and we enjoyed it. Thank you for allowing us to use your condo for Brown Family vacation 2024. Sincerely, Rhonda and Willie

One of the BEST and relaxing vacations in a SUPERB location. We watched dolphins playing, stingrays, manatees in the ocean from our balcony! The management company quickly responded to any needs. The elevators are faster than any other place I've stayed at PCB. Loved having the icemaker in fridge and the extra hand and bath soaps for the unit. We had everything and more. Everything was very clean upon arrival. The decor is simply beautiful with extra linens for our family of 8. The grands loved the pool areas.

Pros-Great view, comfortable, fast elevators, pictures are accurate.<br/>Cons- pots and pans need replaced very poor condition, large sliding door, lock is broken, Kurig -broken, vase on entertainment center- broken and pushed against wall. Sent email about issues, no response from management. Master bed, very noisy .All easy fixes, however there shouldn&#x2019;t have been any at this price point. Overall, I would stay here again if they would maintain it a little better.

Our family of 8 adults enjoyed our stay at Celadon Beach 1409. The public property areas are well maintained, and we were satisfied overall with the unit. We appreciated the assigned parking spot and beach chairs. The pros of the unit were the balcony, ample linens and tasteful decor. The cons were the mattresses and the small appliances. All of the mattresses need to be replaced and a new toaster and coffee pot would be in order. We would rent 1409 again as it is superior to the average rental, but a few changes would make it a solid 5 star!

We have stayed at Celadon several times in the past because we love the location.<br/><br/>My main complaint is with the management company, not the unit itself. The unit was nice, with nice furnishings, and had plenty of room for our family of 4.<br/><br/>The floors were not clean when we checked in even though the cleaning crew had just left. The rugs (living room & hall bedroom) had not been vacuumed or shaken out and had food crumbs and sand on them. Before we settled in, I had to sweep. The vacuum in the unit was broken (it sprayed the sand back out).<br/><br/>The check-in info provided prior to arrival provided the wrong code for the one parking space under the condo. There was no one at the front desk. I called the management co. and was told that someone would call me back with the proper code. I never received a call.<br/><br/>The management company also failed to provide the code for the pool. We had to obtain this information from the security guard at the pool.<br/><br/>The blinds in the living/dining area are broken, so we were not able to pull them down in the afternoons when the sun is very bright and warm.<br/><br/>The TVs in the bedrooms did not work well. They would glitch and/or turn off after being on for a while.<br/><br/>I emailed the management company during our stay, but never received a response.<br/><br/>Overall, the unit was nice and we enjoyed our stay. The beach chair service was a plus and the unit came equipped with extra chairs and umbrellas. I wish we would have known this prior to arrival because we would have left ours at home. I did ask the management company, prior to arrival, if extra chairs/toys were in the unit, and was told that they did not know. For those traveling with family, needing cargo space, this kind of information is nice to know.<br/><br/>Wish the management company would have provided correct and thorough information and would have returned my call about the garage code. This condo is even more beautiful than the pictures show. Plenty of space and furnished with everything you might need. The only issue is there are only 3 elevators for the whole building and they are super slow. But this was a great place to stay overall. Our family loved it!
