Note: Calypso HOA charges a $60 per vehicle parking pass fee for up to 2 vehicles obtained online in advance. You will be sent a link to register your vehicles. Parking is as convenient as it gets in a large secure gated and lighted parking garage across the street.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be automatically sent via email on the same day. Please check your spam folder.

We have stayed in the area before at the same time of year. This condo in particular was way nicer/bigger and the location to the beach, shopping and even getting in and out of town was incredible. The kitchen was spacious which we cook most of our meals, everything is new and works well. I hope to be able to come back to the same place in years to come!

This condo was central to everything we wanted during our stay. It’s beautifully furnished with ample supplies. We very much enjoyed the oversized balcony for breakfast and watching the sunset over the beach. Pool at the tower is fabulous.

We had a wonderful time staying at Calypso! The condo was beautiful and had a great view. The only real downside was there was the lack of kitchen cookware and the master bed was extremely low to the ground and had a really wide bed frame. The condo did have some board games and a lot of beach equipment which was really nice.

Rental was nice, only problem was the floor was not clean at all. The place smelled clean, but walking around for just a few min without shoes and my feet were black.

This is a very welll-appointed condo with fantastic sunset views. We have stayed in Calypso Towers before in Tower One and we preferred Tower Three. The balconies are larger and we love to sit outside. <br/>The beds in this condo are very comfortable. That is something we have noticed as a downside in other VRBOs we have rented. <br/>Overall this was a great stay and a wonderful trip.

Our rental still had not been cleaned at 5:00 pm. When we finally got in we were So disappointed in how this beautiful condo is being taken care of. The showers is moldy the baseboards and trim are thick with dust. The floors were nasty!! The mirrors and tv screens had not been cleaned. The cleaning company needs to be help accountable!!No dustpan, hangers or iron. The owners need to find a better company to maintain this property. It&#x2019;s such a nice beautiful place, but it is being neglected!!

The unit was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We had a great view of pier park and the ocean. <br/>My only complaints would be that the kitchen only had one cookie sheet, one dish cloth and dish towel and no hot pads/oven mitts. <br/>There were also some small damages upon arrival (toilet paper holder off the wall, handle off dresser, and broken light switch) so I notified the property management company and they offered to send maintenance. I said yes if they could notify us before coming but they did not notify us and came while I was gone getting groceries.

The location was perfect! It was close to everything so we could walk. The rental unit was clean and very nice. However it was missing an iron and a few Kitchen items. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

we loved the rental! it smelled amazing and clean right when we walked through the door..and it was cool when we walked in not hot which we appreciated so much! definitely recommend staying here!

BEST VACATION *****!!! -----&amp;gt; The property is brand new and amazing! Every outdoor entrance was secured and required a code to get in which helped us feel safer staying somewhere we had never been before. The balcony and room had the prettiest gulf views, and it was a lot more spacious than I had originally thought from looking at the pictures. It was very clean upon our arrival, and all of the staff we interacted with were very nice! We especially enjoyed the hot tubs and huge pool and tiki bar set up by the pool :) I would definitely stay here again!
