Calypso East Tower 15th floor Great Ocean Front Views 2 Recliners in Living Room 3 BR 2 BA condo is directly on the beach 1/2 Block East of Pier Park. The closest resort to Frank Brown Park. Enjoy breathtaking Ocean-Front views providing memories for a lifetime.

2 master bedrooms have king-sized beds 1 is Ocean Front direct access to the balcony. The 3rd bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. It sleeps 8 guests comfortably including a Queen Sofa Sleeper. All 3 bedrooms and living room have flat-screen TV’s.

Recently remodeled completely repainted top to bottom, 2 New recliners, New tile floors there is no carpet in this unit! This condo is upgraded and pristine! It does not have the wear and tear most other Calypso condos have. It has many upgrades that other Calypso condos do not have.

A large balcony straight out Ocean Front View overlooking 700 feet of sugar white beaches and emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. Gorgeous Panoramic Views down the beach to the East and to the West is the City Fishing Pier. .

A Tiki bar is between the two pools for a refreshing drink. A cardio-fitness facility and a secure gated parking garage for your use during your stay.

Kitchen granite counter tops / breakfast bar and an adjoining dining area, tile floors throughout the entire condo, custom cabinets, and appliances. This beautiful, upscale condo includes many other upgrades not found in other Calypso Condos including superior bathroom upgrades.

Large laundry room with Full-sized washer and dryer.

All rooms have cable TV. Handicapped accessible (NOT ADA Compliant)

Note: Calypso HOA charges a $50 per vehicle parking pass fee for up to 2 vehicles obtained online in advance. You will be sent a link to register your vehicles. Parking is as convenient as it gets in a large secure gated and lighted parking garage across the street

Enjoyed our stay at the Calypso. Condo was very nice and roomy. Quick response time and communication with the owner. Only complaints would be mattress in main was not comfy, mattress seemed old and worn gullies that suck you into the middle of the mattress, the shower in master had no seal on a swinging door with a gap underneath the door that would lead to soaked floors after every shower. Knobs missing on washing machine made it difficult to wash clothes until you figure it out. Broken chair on balcony. <br/>Kitchen was nicely stocked with all things needed for cooking Views were amazing ! We never had an issue with waiting times on the elevator. Loved that we were so close to Pier Park that we could walk over. Definitely recommend walking over to get Masons Lobster Rolls !

What a breeze for the Seabreeze Jazz festival. Great location and view from the balcony. In walking distance to the site and other festivities. The place was as described. It was clean and welcoming. Would gladly stay again. Did not have a broom or dustpan to clean up sand from the beach.

We love the location of Calypso towers being so close to Pier Park. The unit we were in was in need of some updates, the bed frame was held up by 2x4's and the mattress was not very good. The chairs in the living room had springs sticking through the back of the chairs, and the sliding door in the living room is fogged up between the glass that makes the window look dirty.<br/>The property overall needs some attentionl.

I loved having the balcony door off of our bedroom and waking up to the sound of the waves. Although we were on the 15th floor it only took a minute to get to the beach. We stayed in Panama City Beach September 9-16. The room was located next to pier park which was nice and also came with beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The room was as expected with all the amenities needed to enjoy our stay. The sink in the hallway bath did run continuously but nothing major. Would book this room again.

The view was spectacular! However, the floors in the master were completely filthy. As if they haven&#x2019;t been mopped in weeks. When unpacking in the master bedroom and bathroom my feet were completely black. I tried emailing and calling but no one would respond. Very disappointed in that. We would have to rinse my feet off multiple times a day because they were so filthy from the floor. The paint on the bathroom cabinets were peeling off. Our fridge did not get very cold at all. And we only had hot water for 2 people to take showers. We had 6 adults total. Was disappointed in management by ignoring my requests.

We found the condo exactly as advertised. The fan in the masterbedroom was dirty but they came and cleaned it upon request. That fan should be replaced because of its style and how hard it is to clean. AC was not working but fixed promptly upon request.

This unit was very easy to rent with great communication from seller. Had a minor housekeeping issue that was resolved very quickly. Had a maintenance issue (constantly running toilet, difficult to flush at times) that we reported. However, no one came to fix that. It wasn&#x2019;t an issue for us. We just wanted to report it.

Property was as advertised. I took my two grown daughters with me and we had a girl only vacation. It was on the beach. The ocean was beautiful from our patio on the 15th floor. Everything was close by. Shops,Restaurants etc. We had a wonderful time! I highly recommend staying at the Calypso Resort.

We stayed in 1-1504 for 6 nights at it was great! It was me, my boyfriend, my sister and brother in law that stayed in the condo and PLENTY of room. It was exactly as described. Two big bedrooms and the third one was a little small, really only for sleeping, can't move around much in there but we just used it for our suitcases on the bed. Living room couch could be updated but the big plush chairs were great for lounging. The view is amazing where you can see both pools and the ocean (you can even see the ocean from laying in the master bed! BONUS!) and has 8 chairs on the patio. There are 6 dining room table chairs and three bar top chairs. Definitely could use felt pads on the legs because they are noisy when moving around on the tile. Perfect walking distance to and from pier park, walked it almost every day. The only con is that the lights in one of the bedrooms wouldn't turn on and I called a maintenance number when we first arrived and they never came by to fix it. But the lamp in the room worked so it wasn't that big of an issue for us. You will need to go buy trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap if staying for about a week.

2 Things you could improve is dusting and the dryer doesn't work well, I have a feeling no one has told the owners. I would diffenly stay here again.

1-1504 at calypso overall is a nice rental. It is a great location near a lot of things to do. The condo itself is nice. When we arrived the condo was not very clean. It was very dusty, crumbs everywhere, spilt stuff in the refrigerator, etc.. some of the furniture is broken. The dresser drawers are missing pieces and almost fall out on you every time you open them. The fact it has 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas was amazing! We would consider renting this condo again hoping things get fixed and cleaned properly. I just think they might need to hire new cleaners or someone to come in every so often to do a good clean on it. I know the people renting it pay a lot of money for the cleaning fee and I feel that the cleaners do a bad job. When we got to the condo we called 2 times and left 2 messages to call us back about the cleaning and no one ever called back.

Overall the condo was in good clean condition. The two recliners in the living room were a nice bonus. The bedding in all 3 BR's just okay. Water dripping from the faucet in main bath the day we got there. Thinking the cleaning people should have noticed that. You don't really feel like calling for service the first day or week you get there, especially during the Holiday week. When we did call, it took 2 days for them to get there, then another day to fix it, during that time we had to shut the water off, the drip became worse after the first service call. I did question about a newer TV in the master BR, one that had an HDMI for a roku or firestick and the picture is just so so. Was told they don't replace a functional TV and hadn't had any previous complaints regarding that TV. TV's are so cheap it is hard to believe they still have old style TV's in this rental. Had another issue with the master bath sink drain and lever. Took a day to get service and thought it was a clogged drain. So then another service man had to come out another day. He came out Valentine's Day, Friday at 4:00 as we are getting ready to go to dinner. Told him he would have to come back in 45 minutes. He had dinner plans. So another day. Thank goodness these were not major issues. Clearly this is just a rental condo. We have a lot of friends that stay at Calypso. All are charged a monthly fee and not charged extra for the Holiday week as we were. If you are staying for a long period of time and can find an owner to book through, you can usually find a much better deal. This is a nice condo, but there are a lot of them here for a better rate.

Beautiful place. Very clean but the toilet in the main bathroom did not work our entire trip. Sink dripped all the time.

I am very sorry you had the issue with the toilet but a little surprised that you rated Services from Rental Manage "n/a" since we made special arrangements for you to have 2 extra parking passes beyond the normal amount allowed? We inspected the condo prior to your arrival and both toilets were working. We did not receive a call from you to our local maintenace & housekeeping number about this during your stay but we did find the problem the day you checked out and our maintenace man repaired the flush valve.

Rental was as described. It wasn't quite as clean as we expected...sand on the floors. The location is great if you like being in the middle is the action of PCB...walking distance to Pier Park. We will definitely consider staying get again.

The housekeeper said the floor was like a beach when they checked out. The unit has all tile floors and sometimes the sand gets trapped in the grout joints during seeping and moping and when the floor dries some sand residue remains. Please come back and visit us again! Overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back! The Calypso resort is in a great location and is close to everything. It was very nice having the beach chair rentals included with the stay, we were in them almost everyday! We hardly had to wait for the elevators the whole week and we were on the 15th floor. Parking was super easy as well. <br/><br/>The only negative things we had with the stay was the floor seemed to not have been cleaned very well. May have been a one time deal so not super concerned about it. We cooked a lot of meals at the condo and noticed that there were no hot pads or a pizza cutter and not very good pans for cooking. A couple of the door jams seemed to not shut either for the bathrooms but we let the property management company know so maybe these will be worked on. They had great communication with us so we are overall very happy with our stay!

I didn't have any trouble with my rental experience. Our condo was very nice, clean and convenient to lots of places. Our only cons were that we didn't get to enter the condo until 5:59 on Saturday. I know that it is stated on the information that it may not be ready, but we thought that was a little much, especially when on our day to check out the cleaning lady and her children were knocking on our door at 8:20. Our paperwork says that check out is at 9:00, so we were hurrying around trying to get out because they were sitting outside our door. Also, the last night we were there there was some sort of party going on until 3:00 in the morning and they were very loud. Overall it was a great vacation and we enjoyed our stay in this condo.

Hi Melanie Thank you for your 5 star review in every category and your patience on your check in day. As we discussed that day the regularly scheduled housekeeper was in an automobile accident and did not notify the owners of the housekeeping company that she did not have transportation to the condo. So when it was being inspected around 3:30 the owners of the house keeping company found that it was not done and had to put together another crew at the last minute to prepare the condo for your arrival. I am very happy to see that you wrote that " Our condo was very nice, clean" given this situation. Thanks and please come back again! Bob

Very nice. Loved it. Place was nice and clean and loved the balcony. The only downside was parking and the bar codes, that was a mess however that is not emerald as much as the calypso. Emerald was nice to work with!
