The Calypso Beach Resort East Tower – 3 BR 3 BA Condo 3 KING SIZE BEDS & Queen Sofa Sleeper All Tile Floors, Ocean Front 1/2 Block East of Pier Park. 9th Floor Corner Unit Large two sided balcony Sleeps 8 Comfortably Ocean Front .

The Master Suite has a KING size bed and is directly overlooking the water. It has balcony access and a large flat screen tv hanging on the wall. A beautiful private En-suite bathroom is attached. Equipped with a tile walk in shower with a shower panel tower.

The 2nd master bedroom has a King size bed and a window with Gulf front water view which is very unique. It also has a large flat screen tv hanging on the wall. A private bathroom is attached with a tile walk in shower.

The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed. A bathroom is attached with Jack & Jill access from the hallway and bedroom.

Living room has a Queen Sofa Sleeper.

A TOTAL OF 3 KING SIZE BEDS AND SOFA SLEEPER - WILL ALLOW IT TO COMFORTABLY SLEEP 8

There is travertine tile in all rooms, crown molding in the living/dining and kitchen area and granite kitchen counter tops.The open oversize balcony directly overlooking the water is big enough for your entire family and friends.

GREAT kitchen with granite counter tops, tile back-splash, seating for 4 at the bar and ready for you to prepare a you may just want to walk down the beach or enjoy Calypso's Pool Side Tiki Bar for drinks!

All rooms have cable tv and free Wi-Fi. Come to Calypso and experience the stunning views of the emerald green water, fabulous sunsets, and the comforts of your home away from home

GREAT 1/2 block east of Pier Park on Front Beach Road, the open-air, upscale shopping, dining and entertainment center! We are close to lots of great restaurants, shopping, golf and Frank Brown Park recreational area!

Calypso has a huge beach to relax and have a wonderful time with family. We have taken pride in making this unit the most desirable in Panama City Beach and we appreciate all the feedback our guests have given us. Note: Calypso HOA charges a $60 per vehicle parking pass fee for up to 2 vehicles obtained online in advance. You will be sent a link to register your vehicles. Parking is as convenient as it gets in a large secure gated and lighted parking garage across the street

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

The condo was great! Very roomy for 5 adults. Nicely appointed. 3 Kings, 3 bathrooms - that is a tough one to find. The balcony had marvelous views of both the sunrise and sunsets. The property had all that we expected. Everything was as described. Communication with the manager was top notch! We would definitely stay again and recommend it to a family, or up to 3 couples traveling together.

Absolutely gorgeous condo, updated and decorated really nicely. We have stayed here for a week two years in a row. The only negative thing I can say is they were re-tiling the pools, so we only had one day use of the pools out of the week that we booked. They were closed for the re-tiling. I would call the condo directly before your stay to make sure there are no renovations going on.

The condo was really nice and clean. The amenities were simple. The view was very nice. The bathrooms and rooms were a nice size. The shower in the master is amazing! They need to fix the shelves in the fridge because they were broken and we were unable to store too much in the fridge. They could put a small table outside on the balcony. Overall it was a good choice! I would rent again! Plan to rent the same unit next year! Thanks!

Overall a great stay and would recommend and stay again.<br/>Highs: great 3 bedroom unit with 3 king beds and 3 bathrooms at the Calypso. Unit is nicely decorated and furnished. Nice TV's throughout. Extra nice master shower with his/her dual showers! Great views being an end unit.<br/><br/>Lows: Could only get 2 parking passes when we had 3 couples staying... big problem! About 3 ceiling lights not working in master bath. Ceiling fans w/lights must be controlled by remotes and a couple of them weren't working (probably batteries) so unable to use. No blender in unit so we bought our own. Check-in is late enough as it is at 4pm but then it was delayed further as the cleaning crew was just arriving at that time so we didn't get in until about 5pm. One of the bi-fold closet doors in the 3rd bedroom was off and laying on the bed when we checked in; not a huge deal but would expect that to be caught in a last minute inspection by cleaning or maintenance. Outdoor furniture was just some basic plastic chairs and no tables so not so great for enjoying the balcony. No cable TV, streaming apps only on the smart TV's. Just having some local channels via over-the-air antenna would be an improvement.<br/><br/>Again, it was overall a great vacation and I'm just pointing out items owners/management could improve upon, especially improving the check-in time and ability to get 3 parking passes with a 3 bedroom unit.

I was nervous after reading some of the previous reviews so I emailed ECDI and listed out each of my concerns. They responded very quick and addressed each concern. They assured me living room furniture had been replaced. They were right. Living room furniture is new and the unit was sparkling clean. There were plenty of dishes, towels and extra sheets for 10 ppl. We were so happy with our stay in this condo and would definitely stay in this unit again!

This condo has a good layout. We loved that it was an end unit. (Lots of windows and natural light) There were 9 of us(3 were children) and we never ran out of hot water. We had to call maintenance once and our issues were taken care of immediately. Overall the condo seemed clean upon arrival however, the floors weren&#x2019;t. We didn&#x2019;t feel sand on the floor but the kids feet were dirty after running around barefooted. No one complained about the beds being uncomfortable. There&#x2019;s a broken table and lounge chair on the balcony that could be hauled off. With a little TLC from the owners, this condo could be top notch. I do recommend it. We understand it&#x2019;s a rental but I it met our needs. We love that we could walk to pier park to shop and eat!

We were told we had early check in(2:00 pm) but the cleaning staff did not get the message so we couldn't get in until 4:00. The unit was not cleaned well. We also had a need for several items but it was resolved quickly. I wanted to discuss with a human voice about booking next year but could never talk to someone personally so booked with another company for next year.

We rented unit 1-901at Calypso July 4-11, 2020. I admit I was a bit nervous based upon a negative review I had read stating the condo was dirty, electrical issues, etc. I contacted the owner and he immediately addressed all of my concerns. When we arrived, the unit was very clean and ready for us to start our vacation! We had no issues at all during our stay. We loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with king size beds. Speaking of beds...if you dislike firm mattresses, this is not the unit for you. I have a bad back so firm is better for me. I would definitely rent this unit again. The wrap around balcony is great and all the windows have great views. Overall, I would give this unit an excellent rating.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo was great could have used a few more washcloths and the sofa sleeper was not usable had to buy a air mattress to sleep on. The restaurants would not take reservations and the wait was over two hours everywhere we went. The beach was great.

Everything was great. If I&#x2019;m being picky I would let the condo owners know that a pizza cutter would be beneficial in their condo as well as a coffee pot. There were two coffee makers but neither came witha pot. We were very pleased and would definitely stay again.

Views were spectacular from this end unit on the 9th floor. We had plenty of room in the condo and it was very convenient to walk to restaurants, shopping, etc. Only complaint was the mattress on the pullout couch. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall it was a great place to stay. We only had 1 issue and that was upon arrival the floors had not been swept or mopped. If you took your shoes off your feet would be black. We called the rental company and they promptly returned our call and sent their cleaning crew out the next day. However, we had already went and bought a mop and took care of the floors. The smaller bedroom had about 6 inches of dust on the valance which we didn&#x2019;t mention we simply bought a swiffer duster and took care of it. Other than those housekeeping issues it was great.

We loved the condo and had a great time. It was an easy walk to shopping and a quick drive to grocery stores. The only thing we found lacking was silverware. There were only 4 forks so until we bought some we ate in shifts. We would definitely stay here again.
