The condo has tile in the foyer, hall, kitchen and baths, crown molding in the living/dining and kitchen area and granite kitchen counter tops.

1st master bedroom King size bed overlooking the water. balcony access flat screen TV.
2nd master bedroom King size bed window with ocean view flat screen TV.
The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed.

Living room Queen Sofa Sleeper (Please bring your own air mattress linens pillows and blanket if required.).

The open oversize balcony directly overlooking the water is big enough for your entire family and friends.

GREAT kitchen granite counter tops, tile back-splash, seating for 5 at the bar and ready for you to prepare a you may just want to walk down the beach or enjoy Calypso's Pool Side Tiki Bar for drinks!

All rooms have cable TV.

The condo fit our needs perfectly! Beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Loved the extra windows due to it being an end unit. The contact people were great to work with. Responded quickly!

We love Calypso! The location is great, and the Emerald Hub located at tower lll is the best. Calypso employees kept the bathrooms and hallways very clean. <br/>The condo itself needs some TLC. Mold/mildew over the master ceiling and master bathroom. Master shower has mold. There were outlet faceplates broke. The floors appeared to have not been mopped in a very long time. The mattress were very worn out. The pillows had queen sized pillowcases in king sized pillows. The walls are in desperate need of paint.

The place was great! Loved the view! Could have been cleaner. Shower head were all old and faucets need to be replaced. Instead of having 2 electric can opener maybe have a Keurig single cup. Furniture was a Lille big for the unit. Overall it was great! Just needed a good cleaning!

This condo is well maintained. It was a bit of a maze to navigate the location of elevators to the rooms and beach but once we figured it out we were set. We had an issue with one of the showers our first night there but it was fixed the next day so we appreciated the prompt service. The master bedroom bed was too broke down for our comfort. The two sets of beach chairs were a wonderful perk. The ocean view on the nicely furnished balcony was relaxing for morning coffee and evening beverages. The walking distance to Pier Park shops and dining was very convenient for our family. We were also in walking distance to Diego&#x2019;s, on of our must eats which was a nice surprise. We would choose this location again and this specific condo if the master mattress were replaced. The condo was fancy, but had what we needed for our weeks vacation.

Great corner unit. Great views stayed in calypso many times. Within walking distance from pure park. Many restaurants, things to do. Smart TV had no regular stations Or local, Bedroom ones did.

Most of the living and dining room furniture was updated with new while we were there, new sofa sleeper, end tables and coffee table, new lamps New dining table and chairs and new bar stools. The balcony furniture was also replaced with all new chairs and lounge chair. We had a great time and will rent this condo again.

Loved the size and location of this unit. The unit was pretty dirty as far as the floors, items from previous guest were found on the night stand and on the floor. The unit also needs some repairs. Shower valves loose and not working properly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect location for the ironman

This condo was nice and clean. The location is great on the 6th floor which is not too high and still has a great view. We&#x2019;ve been staying in the Calypso for 14 years. And we&#x2019;ve always bragged about it. This year we took friends with us and we&#x2019;re frankly embarrassed. The condo itself was fairly clean although the master bath required more cleaning when we arrived. The transition between the flooring was loose in the living room and literally taped down between the bedrooms. The furniture on the balcony was a mismatch of plastic chairs. Again, it was a decent stay for the price but we were very underwhelmed compared to other condos in the same complex.

Very nice condo. We couldn't figure out all the lights, but that did not effect our stay. Very spacious and welcoming. Calypso resort was great as well. No issues with elevators. Definitely recommend this place!

Rental company very good. Very easy check in. Condo was a great size for our family of 7. 6th floor was just right. Very quiet during our stay. Loved the big tub in main br. Plenty of bath towels. Could use a few more for the kitchen. There were only 2 hand towels and 1 wash cloth. No scrubber. The skillets were old and very hard to clean. Housekeeping in general wasn&#x2019;t too bad, other than when we couldn&#x2019;t find the tv remote and went feeling in the cushions. Found lots of stuff in the cushions and under the chairs. Master slider tracks were terrible so the door was very hard to open and made a lot of noise. The hall toilet was very loud also. Maintenance came to check on something the previous renters called about. While there we told him of the curtain rod bracket coming loose from the wall. He fixed it no problem. Overall we had a wonderful family vacation.

The kitchen cupboards and doors could be cleaner. To keep the sand down in the room we use the entry bathroom to wash our feet before walking in.<br/>2. The beach chairs are great. FYI the spots are first come first serve fore the week. I would suggest get out there right away to get a spot. Not available on windy days. We had a lot.<br/>3. The elevator problem at the resort is real. First 3 days down one elevator. Had to take the elevator up to get a ride down. If you didn't, it would be full by the time it got to the 6th floor.<br/>4. Close to all kinds of places. Note the wait times at the restaurants were long. Needed to check in at 3:30 for a 7pm seat. Download apps and check in makes it simple.<br/>5. Order all kinds of extras as they state like toilet paper, etc. Kitchen had no Tupperware. I hate that. No place for leftovers. I bought Tupperware and left it behind.<br/>6. Parking was a challenge upon arrival but doable. Long waits some times on the main road and the road to Walmart.<br/>Overall, close to a great stay. I said good because we had no umbrellas 1/2 the time, elevator issues, and some kitchen items. We would go back!!!

The Condo was nice, but a large property. Not the best choice possibly for smaller children. We found out the hard way that you are not allowed to used any amenities in building 3 even though they share parking and the beach area.. That was the biggest downfall. Close enough to walk to most places.

It was a great place, loved the location.just a few little things though, recliner could be replaced it had some big tears in it and would grab your hair when you leaned back on it,refridgerator didnt get very cold, and the right sink in master bath wouldn't drain. Other then that it was nice place.

The room was efficient. We loved having three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The living room furniture was in bad shape. I thought the reviews read the couch was replaced but it wasn't. Overall it worked for what we needed.<br/> It was a good location for area attractions. We enjoyed our trip. <br/>This owner was quick to respond to concerns. <br/>The owners have no control of the elevators but they were horrible. Most of the time we had to take the stairs.

Great Location, great views, plenty of room... was just very disappointed in the furniture of the condo and the condition. Furniture was in very poor condition and looked nothing like a luxury beach front condo. The stove was old and scratched badly, the pots and pans were in poor condition, the master bath toilet paper holder was ripped from the wall and the seat on the toilet was faded and cracked real bad. Just not what you would expect from a $4,300 a week beach front condo.

Condo was very nice. Since it was ending of Bike Week when we arrived, and Spring Break 2021 has ended too, I hope the wear and tear on the living room &amp;amp; dining room furniture was due to that. Could use replacing, but was usable. We had a very enjoyable week!! Thank You!!

The condo was very clean and was just as nice as the pictures made it look. Was worried about going because of the Virus, but was not at all worried while we were there. Plenty of room on the property to social distance. Had trouble the first night with the air conditioner, called the next morning and it was taken care of by the time we came back from the beach. Nothing major was wrong with it. Very pleased with the Customer Service person that I talked to.

Well a nice condo, but very large resort. The closet doors were still off in the back bedroom. Elevators take forever, especially on check in days. People who bring their own umbrellas and chairs are way up on the beach. One can hardly find a spot to walk into the ocean. This is an end unit which is right next to the helicopter rides. So very noisy. The third bathroom toilet is super loud. The condo could use more cups. Pictures make the living room appear much larger than it really is.

The condo was nice seized for three couples. The beds were very comfortable and the location is great. However, the condo was not cleaned before we got into it. Chips on the floor, dirty dishes had been put away in the cabinets and oven, the table was sticky, one of the bedroom closets was just leaning on the wall, no fixtures in the bathrooms etc....This is the first time that I have ever had to give a negative review.

This unit was perfect for our family! 3bdrm, 3 bath!! Lots of balcony space with seating. Only complaint unit needs a little love with paint, closet doors were broke, A little more detail with some cleaning, which I didn&#x2019;t mind cleaning as I am a clean freak. Also, beach chairs weren&#x2019;t available but that was due to a contract dispute. Overall more than happy with unit, will recommend and definitely be back!

Yes the views from this 3 bedroom 3 bath condo are great with Master Suite bedroom King Size bed directly ocean front and the 2nd bedroom King size bed has a large window with a view of the beach to the east. The dining area and living room both have large windows with a view of the beach to the east and the there is also a large set of windows with sliding glass doors that are oceanfront in the living room. We had a great time overall. We arrived early thinking we could use the facilities and go to the beach however the parking passes will not allow you to enter the property. We realized the room would not be ready but disappointed we couldn&#x2019;t even go to the beach or use the pool. Calypso is not the best place I&#x2019;ve ever stayed but this is no reflection on the company I rented from overall they were courteous and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay! The Condo was very nice, clean and had all that we needed for our weeks stay! Would definitely stay here again! And perfect location, near Pier Park and didn&#x2019;t need to drive anywhere.
