4 bedroom 3 bath luxury condo at the highly sought after Boardwalk Beach Resort.

The master bedroom on the water has a king size bed and cable TV plus a great view of the ocean and access to the ocean front balcony. THE MASTER BEDROOM HAS A PRIVATE BATHROOM WITH A JACUZZI TUB.

The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed and flat screen cable tv on the wall.

The 3rd bedroom has a twin over full size bunkbed and flat screen cable tv.

The living room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean, with access to the oversize private balcony and a queen pull out couch.

The 4th bedroom or the lockout suite sleeps 4 and has a king size bed and 55 inch flat screen cable TV, an ocean view and its own private balcony over looking the ocean. The lockout has a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. It also has a kitchenette.

With nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, tile throughout, granite counter tops, ceiling fans throughout and garden tubs and showers this condo has it all! From this 22nd floor balconies, you'll overlook a 1,700-foot expanse of sugar white sand beach.

Located in the Boardwalk Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, the community offers a 2,500-foot heated pool and waterfall, children's swim area, and sun deck! Spend afternoons at the private beach just a few feet from the resort and unwind at night thanks to two community hot tubs.

Beyond your luxury abode are water sports galore! Spend days kayaking, surfing, or jet skiing, or walk to the pier for an afternoon of fishing. Relax with a book on the resort sun deck, or plan family-friendly excursions at nearby Gulf World Marine park or Shipwreck Island Water Park.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be automatically sent via email on the same day. Please check your spam folder.

This ism our 2nd year at the Boardwalk. It is a superior facility maintained very well. Its location is perfect; near needed shopping, restaurants and with a golf course right across the street.<br/>Unit 1711 is spacious and well maintained. It is starting to show its age but Emerald Coast responded quickly to our request for a vacuum.<br/>We would definitely rent this unit again next season.<br/>The best part is the view of the beach and the Gulf. What a perfect spot. The swimming pool and two whirlpools are very well kept and the little pub and food hut are great when in season.

1711 is exactly as advertised. It was very clean and ready at check in. We were there when hurricane Helene impacted the coast and the staff kept us informed and provided information about what to do if we lost power. Most importantly one of our party left their laptop behind and the cleaning staff had turned it in to be returned. I wish I knew the person's name so they could be recognized. The ONLY negative was there were no pot holders. This was only a minor inconvenience and we made do. We will definitely stay in this condo again.

Such a wonderful property! this property was more than expected. Very clean!! roomy and lots of space for 11 people. Will be staying at this location again. Only issue is no pot holders for the oven other than that the kitchen has everything you need.

This was a replacement room since our original booking was being remodeled. From the reviews I read I was worried, but this condo was greatI and truly very clean. The tv in the bunk room (which is a full and a twin&#x2665;&#xFE0F;) didn&#x2019;t work. There are 2 sofa beds which was awesome.

The view from the huge deck was fantastic. The condo is huge and comfy furniture. The beds were comfortable. There us everything you need. It was very clean. No beach towels provided so bring them with you. Each bathroom had a hair dryer. Only one roll of tp provided in each bathroom. There weren't any coffee filters or hand soapbin the kitchen and only one garbage bag. I know this is pretty standard and I'm not complaining. There's a Walmart super close and we picked up groceries and the necessities the first day. Overall the condo was perfect.

We had a great experience staying here over March break and would defiantly go back. It was spacious, and clean with all the amenities to fit four adults and five kids. The kids loved the pool and the beach was stunning. We made some great memories here and look forward to returning.
