This 16th floor Boardwalk Beach Resort condo is located at
9450 South Thomas Drive PCB FL 32408. Directly on Panama City Beach.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort is one of the most family friendly complexes in Panama City Beach. It has one of the best pool areas of any condo complex. There is a very large lagoon pool, 2 hot tubs and a childrens play area.

There is a Tiki Bar here with live music on weekends.

This is a very large and spacious 2 bedroom. It can comfortably sleep 8 people.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a spectacular view of the gulf with access to the balcony. It has ceiling to the floor windows with ocean view.

The 2nd bedroom has 2 QUEEN size beds.

The living room has balcony ocean view with balcony access and a pull out couch with a 55 inch flat screen tv on the wall.

The kitchen is fully stocked.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:

Splash Zone children’s pool area with interactive water toys
Lavish pool deck
2,500 square foot zero entry pool (heated during winter months)
Two hot tubs
High-speed elevators
Covered parking

PAYMENT TERMS FOR RESERVATION REQUESTS
Thank you for choosing to stay with Emerald Coast Destinations Inc. Please review the payment terms for your reservation below:

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be automatically sent via email on the same day. Please check your spam folder.

View is excellent and condo is clean. Beds were falling apart tho. King bed felt like it was gonna break if you rolled the wrong way and both queens were so sunk in the middle our guest had trouble sleeping. Other than that our stay was great would definitely rent again if beds were replaced

While I loved the location, the condo itself was kinda run down. The toilet handle kept falling off, the were a lot of of fingerprints and dirt on the doors. We had 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people,2 dishwasher tablets, and one kitchen wash cloth. For a week!

Renting the unit was very simple and straight forward. The company answered all the questions I had. It was an amazing experience. The condo was very large and spacious. We absolutely loved it. The huge balcony was a plus. We spent alot of time out there. Thank you all for a well deserved vacation with no hassles.

The rental was super clean and very homey. We loved the pool and the closeness to the beach. Staff was very nice also. The only complaint is the smell from neighboring people from their marijuana.

Condo was ready earlier than planned, which worked out better for us, since we wanted to unpack & spend it on the beach! Condo had an awesome view & was quiet at night. Bar was open for a quick drink or snack, which was great for a quick snack. No issues, other than the King size bed needs a new mattress. Loved the Condo & it fit our beach vacation, would stay here again.

We had a great time our Condo was nice and clean when we arrived. We went straight to our room since we had our key code. I love not having to wait on someone to call to let me know the room is ready! We had a great view right on the beach. I didn’t not have any problems with the condo, very pleased. Also, communication with the rental company was great.

We had a great long weekend in Panama City Beach. The condo was spacious, clean and well-stocked. Amazing view! Never waited for an elevator and parking was easy and plentiful. Excellent location. Enjoyed pool, on-site tiki bar, beach chair rental and water sports.

Overall the condo was great! Minor issues below that need attention:<br/><br/>1. Smoke alarm near front door needs replacing. Chirped every 15 mins. Contacted the person who checked on us, was told they would call maintenance. no one ever came. <br/><br/>2. Bed in master bedroom has one side that has collapsed. read a review that a mattress pad was added by a guest. But the entire week we had to sleep as close to the middle as possible or you would roll to the edge

The building and actual condo were very nice. The toilet in the master bathroom was broken and wouldn't flus upon our arrival. We called and spoke with someone and it was repaired within an hour while we were out doing our shoppin so that was great. The next day we noticed that the condo only had 2 spoons. I emailed this concern and a whole new set of silverware was delivered later that day. We appreciated the quick response. Other than those things, the areas of opportunity were that the comforters were not of great quality. Two of them had rips in them. The bed in the master was very uncomfortable. One side of the mattress was extremely broken down and forced me to sleep in the middle of the bed. There was not a functioning DVD player in the living room or master so we had to watch movies in the second bedroom. Multiple remote controls were missing the covers for the batteries or the batteries all together. However, on a positive note, the condo was very spacious. The other beds and the kitchen and living room furniture pieces were very comfortable. Again, the building itself was very nice and well maintained. The entertainment at the cafe and the hermit crab races were a big hit.

Awesome weather, great condo and location. Storm damage and Condo Building painting made some things inconvenient. Overall a great trip. Bring your own pillows.
