This 15th floor gulf front condo is one of the nicest condos at the Boardwalk complex. It has a very nice posturpedic mattress on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

It also has high speed wireless internet and a phone with free long distance.

We have a few Boardwalk Beach Resort condos available on high or low floors also. Please inquire to get pricing and availability.

Snowbirds Special Rates Jan & Feb Available at Boardwalk one of the best Snowbird locations on the beach. Lots of planned activities and close to the Super Walmart.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

We enjoyed our stay as always at the Boardwalk Beach Resort. Stress free check in. The room could use some updates ex. furniture was outdated and worn out , but overall the unit fit our needs. We would recommend it to our family and friends.

The condo was as advertised, with enough furniture and room for our group of six. The five elevators handled the building's population well. The pool was great, especially for the kids, and the beach was a short walk away. A couple of small maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently by our agent. Parking was easy. It's a five-minute drive from WalMart (where half the town is buying food at any given time).<br/>The only negatives &#x2014; one of the upholstered chairs had a bad odor, and the drawers in the master bedroom's TV cabinet needed guides to keep them in place.

We loved our stay at Boardwalk Beach Resort. This was our third year staying at this resort. Our condo this year was ok, but some of the furniture needed replaced such as the bar stools. They were either broken or looked as if they had been chewed on and broken dining room chairs in the closets. The curtains were in bad need of replacement. They were very stained and dingy looking. Overall our stay there was great. These minor things didn&#x2019;t stop the fun. Kids up to age 12 had to get out of the pool 10 minutes out of every hour. Great memories were made here! We will be back.

The gate people and pool police were just nasty to deal with. The property is beautiful, the view was great and the restaurant was nice. Beautiful white sand beaches. It takes a few minutes to get over the harassment to get to your room, but once you do, this is a great place to stay.

Beautiful view! The condo kitchen had all that we needed. Definitely bring towels. Both bath and beach. The mattresses need to be replaced especially the sleeper sofa. The balcony needs to be power washed and te painted. Unfortunately that is a Florida issue with mold. Was in a fantastic location. So much to do and see! Love this area!!!&#x2665;&#xFE0F;

We love The Boardwalk! Beautiful complex, pool and location. Centered so close to most attractions, Walmart, restaurants and shopping. The condo itself is nice, however the ceramic floors were filthy! Needs a deep cleaning as our feet were black on the bottom so we wore our flip flops. The furniture in the living area most definitely needs updated as well as the curtains and there are several brown spots on them. In the master bedroom the pillows need replaced. One had blood spots and the other had several yellow stains. Definitely bring extra towels as there were not enough for 5 adults and 2 kids. Bring a blanket to cover the windows in the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms as the lights from the hall glare through. The view from the balcony was breath taking. Parking was easy and had plenty spaces. I highly recommend the complex and give them 5 stars, the condo 3.5 stars and that's because of the outdated furniture, curtains, pillow stains and dirty floors.

Over all the condo was great. It did need a deep clean as there was something splattered all over the curtains. The recliner was broke. The queen bed was definitely way more comfy than the king. Other than that the condo was great and provided for some beautiful views. <br/><br/>Our big complaint had nothing to do with the condo itself l, but the splash park at the resort. It did not work the entire time we were there and that is why we have chose this resort so many times.

Upon arriving we found the floor was very dirty and hasn&#x2019;t been washed in a while. I had to go buy a mop on the first day and wash all the floors. The furniture was old and a lot of chips and scratches. The bunk bed looked like it was broken and glued. The railing on the top bunk was loose and wobbly. The location and view were great. We love the boardwalk beach resort. No other complaints. Just wish the maintenance crew did a better job at cleaning.

The condo was very nice. We did have a few problems, dryer didn't dry clothes, I reported it and it was fixed, thank you. There was sand in the floor, we had to sweep when we got there. And they were working on some rooms next to us, so we were woke up each morning with a grinding noise. And the childerns pool was not working.
