RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

This building is in a well run clean amd friendly condo complex. Security is friendly and efficient. Beach is clean and great to walk. Condo is clean and well stocked. The bedroom furniture is comfortable but the living room furniture has definitely exceeded its best before date and needs replacing.

This was, hands down, the best vacation rental we have stayed at! From the booking to the end of our stay, Emerald Coast Destinations was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt at answering any of my questions! The room was phenomenal, very clean and exactly what was pictured. The pool was amazing and the kid play area at the pool was perfect for our 3 year old granddaughter. Thank you ECD for providing a great home away from home last week, we have made The Boardwalk 0302 our permanent vacation destination!

I thought I sent a review already but I&#x2019;ll do it again. The condo was very nice. The pool and activities for our grandchildren was wonderful.<br/>The master bath shower door didn&#x2019;t close all the way so leaked on the floor. I reported the leak and asked for extra towels 3 different times to soak up the water. Didn&#x2019;t get towels so ended up washing frequently. Black mold was in the shower and on the dripping ceiling vent. This was the first vacation stay in our 44 years where there weren&#x2019;t any cleaning supplies. The vacuum didn&#x2019;t work. No ice cube trays to replace the broken ice maker. My husband and I think that the property gets a good cleaning before the owner comes to stay. There wasn&#x2019;t even a pen or paper to write on! We liked the unit but feel some more amenities should be offered.

From the moment we booked our stay a few months ago up until the end of the trip everything was wonderful! We had to switch dates around before we left and they worked with us moving the dates of our trip to a different week. We were informed with every detail we needed to know! The condo was very clean and everything was what was expected! The only thing we would change is the guest room window covering was very thin so light shined through at night. It was no big deal to us, but we would recommend thicker curtains. However, it wasn&#x2019;t a deal breaker and we loved the amenities of the resort and we will definitely be booking this condo in the near future!!

Absolutely loved the condo, the location, the poolside bar n grill, but not happy with all the rules! Was thinking about bringing my whole family for vacation but the rules are a bit too much! Was not happy that you couldn't have A radio by the pool, no towels can hang off the balcony, kids have to get out of the pool every hour for 10 minutes, people can set their tents up on the beach right in front of all the chairs so you can't watch the beach or your kids play while in your chairs that you pay a small fortune to rent, they need to have a designated area next to the chairs for that. Band has to quit to early because of the noise. bit over the top when storms are near by, pool was closed for two hours one day and the storm was 10 miles away n moving in another direction. Again loved the place n would do with friends again but would not bring the whole family.

We had a good vacation at this rental. A few pros and cons:<br/><br/>Pros: great beach access, pool is nice, plenty of parking, plenty of space for our family of 7. The beds are comfy and the master bed reclines up and down which was nice. Great views from the balcony and the master bedroom. <br/><br/>Cons: you only get 7 thin, small bath towels. Both showers leak so you will use your tiny, thin towels to soak up the water that leaks out of the shower doors every time some one showers. The dryer is old and often takes more than one cycle to fry your clothes or the towels. Basically I spent a lot of my vacation washing towels. <br/><br/>The pool is nice but there are a lot of rules. So just be cautious of that. <br/><br/>Overall, we had a great stay.

Condo is nicely updated. Loved the decor. Balcony is directly over the kids pool so there is noise associated with that which keeps you from hearing the ocean. Not a problem for us but may be for some. No stock pot for the obligatory crab boil. No blender (well not totally true, we had the motor and the lid, just no cylinder) and no bath mat. Primary shower leaks heavily out the door so there will be as issue for the owner soon. Floors in unit could have been vacuumed better but overall I felt clean. Building itself is fine. A little dated but reasonably clean. Very strict on rules around the pool which I get but don&#x2019;t even think about sitting at the pool edge with a drink in your hand. I enjoyed the stay but likely wouldn&#x2019;t return to Boardwalk.

The condo is decorated very nice overall and comfortable. Very nice master bed. A few suggestions though would be, black out blinds in the guest room, fix lock on bathroom door in the guest room, tv didn&#x2019;t work in guest room, there was no blow dryer or iron. These things would have made the stay perfect.
