This 2nd floor condo can either be rented as a FOUR bedroom OR a Three bedroom and one bedroom efficiency that sleeps 4.

The master bedroom on the water has a king size bed and cable TV plus a great view of the ocean and access to the balcony. THE MASTER BEDROOM HAS A PRIVATE BATHROOM WITH A JACUZZI TUB.

The 2nd bedroom has a KING size bed and flat screen cable tv on the wall.

The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed and flat screen cable tv on the wall.

The living room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean, with access to the oversize balcony and a queen pull out couch.

The 4th bedroom or the efficiency has a king size bed, a twin size bunkbed, 55 inch flat screen cable TV, an ocean view and its own private balcony over looking the ocean. It has a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. It also has a kitchenette.

With nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, tile throughout, granite counter tops, ceiling fans throughout and marble garden tubs and showers with shower massages, this condo has it all! From this 2nd floor balconies, you'll overlook a 1,700-foot expanse of sugar white sand beach.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

This unit is perfect for a large group. It was roomy and cozy at the same time. We had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The large balcony was a popular spot to take in the Gulf views and to play cards. A few suggestions: More towels in each bathroom and in the kitchen. Replace the missing shelf in the refrigerator. Replace the mattresses for the bunk beds. We loved the location! Easy to get to the beach and pool area! We loved getting ice cream at the Corner Market downstairs and enjoyed the live music on weekend nights at the Boardwalk Bar and Grill. <br/>A nice place to call home for a week! I would stay here again.

This was our first time renting this condo and loved it! The condo was just as it's pictured. Check in and check out was extremely easy with keyless entry and helpful information from the on duty security at the entrance. My only issue and it's not even a complaint was the blue surface in the kiddie. It was hot for even adult feet. Hopefully the next time they update that area they come up with a cooler solution. Water shoes were a very simple solution for the baby. So again, it's not even a complaint because we loved our stay. Also, the location is away from all the craziness of the strip so the beach wasn't packed and driving around was a breeze.

The condo was very nice.<br/>However the cleaning stuff was bad to say the least.<br/>If they would have noticed ECD of the fact the air wasn't wrong or the dryer those issues could have been addressed and fixed instead of me having to deal with them. <br/>The main sliding door out to the balcony was not usable because of so much dirt and sand in track which we cleaned ourselves so we could use the door. The balcony was full sand and the furniture needs to be replaced (very rusty).<br/>The refrigerator had to be cleaned before we were able to place our food in it. Not sure what they were doing in there from 9:00am till 4:00 ( not cleaning) or drying anything .

We absolutely loved the location of this property. The staff were all friendly and attentive . <br/><br/>The unit it&#x2019;s self was just ok . For what I paid it wasn&#x2019;t a huge deal. The furniture in the living room isn&#x2019;t the same as the photos. It has 2 very old leather sofas that were extremely uncomfortable. The refrigerator only works intermittently, it will cool/freeze for a few hours then every will completely thaw , then it freezes again . When it stops working all the ice melts and water runs all over the floor . The kitchen faucet needs to be replaced as it won&#x2019;t run hot water . Overall, the units just need to be updated as it has a good bit of wear through. <br/>This is the 2nd year in a row that we have booked through ECDI and we will likely book through them again next year , just not this unit unless it gets updated.<br/>We really enjoyed the resort. Great location, very nice beach area , and the Tiki bar had good food and drinks . <br/>Overall we had a fantastic time and enjoyed our stay . For what we paid for the week it wasn&#x2019;t horrible and when we contacted ECDI about a few issues after arriving they quickly replied and sent someone out that took care of the inoperable TVs and a molded shower curtain. The lady we spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. If you can rent this unit for a reasonable price it&#x2019;s probably worth it , otherwise I&#x2019;d suggest renting one of their more updated units .

We had a great stay. The view from the condo balcony is amazing. Although February is a bit chilly in PCB, the balcony is sheltered from the wind enough to make it quite cozy to drink your morning coffee and evening cocktails on.<br/><br/>There are a few things future renters should know: <br/> Only the master bedroom has dressers. Two of the other three have linen closets, which we were able to use as makeshift dressers. <br/> The fourth bedroom, which is just big enough to hold the bed, has no closet and no dresser. It also has a weird window, that overlooks the common area hallway.<br/><br/>Our only issue that was never resolved during our monthly long stay, despite several requests to management, was that the cable box in the living area didn't work.<br/><br/>The pool area has two hot tubs. But, one of the hot tubs was not operational periodically throughout our entire stay. And, there was some construction around one of the large planters.<br/><br/>When in the unit, you feel like you're miles removed from everything. Once you leave the complex, your within a mile or so from everything you might need.<br/><br/>Overall, we would recommend this unit to everyone.

Check in was easy! Door code info sent to email and armbands and parking pass waiting for us inside condo at arrival. The condo was large and had plenty of space for my large family. We ate in a lot because of the pandemic and the kitchen provided everything we needed. The condo was clean, the balcony was large and the view was amazing. I was able to watch my 15 year old twins in the pool from the balcony. The pool water was warm and the hot tubs were hot. All staff we encountered were very friendly! We would love to return next fall! 5 stars! Awesome location!

Great stay overall. The 2nd floor location is very convenient & close to elevators. Easy to come and go with small children. Overall the condo was in great condition, but the floors were filthy upon arrival & we had to mop them ourselves before we felt comfortable. There are also no drawers to put away clothes, except for master bedroom, not even in the efficiency. With four children it's hard for me to leave things piled in suitcases. Also, two times during the week we stayed a garbage truck came at 3:30 in the morning and emptied a large garbage container that is directly under the side balconies of the efficient. It woke us up (including my small child) both times and the commotion lasted about 8-10 minutes. It was VERY loud and I do not wake up easily. The management company was responsive and helpful. We would probably stay again.

There were 9 of us that stayed in room 211 of the Boardwalk Condos. This property was exactly what was described. To be honest, it was even better than what I expected. The property was clean and very well maintained. We had an early issue with the refrigerator and immediately Emerald Coast had someone out to look at it and then sent another person out to fix. The person we talked to on the phone was great. I would recommend this property to anyone (especially if you are traveling with a group).

The condo was very spacious. I would recommend the owner put up the bath mats and use the towel style so they could be washed regularly. Plenty of dishes! Very convenient to get to the pool, beach and parking lot. Unfortunately when we were there the resort was repairing damage from the hurricane and there was noise and dust. The resort is very nice with large pool and beautiful beach access.

The condo was extremely spacious and met the needs of our large family. The attached efficiency condo was perfect for our children and grandchildren. It was well furnished and laid out very well. The location was perfect on the 2nd floor allowing us to avoid the busy elevators. The location is perfect. We love the Boardwalk and always try to stay there on our annual visits to PCB. The only complaint that I have is that we had traveled 9 hours with small children and arrived at our check in time at 4:00. The cleaning crew had barely started cleaning the condo. We waited for a while but the children were restless. My daughters and myself had to end up helping to clean the condo, empty refridgerator, clean the kitchen, take the garbage out so that we could get the children situated. This was very disappointing after such a long drive. Other than this our stay was amazing!

We had a great time. The location was the best. Minus no onsite lobby/guest help for the Boardwalk Condos. Our only complaint was housekeeping and onsite security. We arrived early and told that housekeeping started cleaning at 9:45 a.m., we couldn't get the bracelets so we took the kids to the beach. We got in the condo around 4:30. Shocked that it wasn't spotless. Under the bed, a animal shaped balloon from the last or several guest ago. For the money, it should have been in better shape. Security staff were basically drill instructors. Again, we enjoyed our stay. Panama is our favorite place. It's the first time in 10 years that we stayed outside our normal rental area. Get with the housekeepers, ask security to lighten up at the pool area and all can have a marvelous time.
