RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:

Condo was very nice and in a perfect location. Condo was clean with all the necessities as described. My only issue was communication between me and the owner. I had to ask for the code to get in to the condo the day of arrival and more than once. I had to ask about payment details etc. the condo is well worth renting again. Hopefully communication will improve.

Balcony is fantastic! Layout is very good! One bedroom didn't feel like it was getting much AC...even with curtains closed. Need some curtains in living room to block out sunlight when watching TV. Floors could have been cleaner! Furnishings need to be upgraded!

The whole experience was wonderful! the location can't be beat along with the check in and check out process. The only complaint we had was there a couple of cleanliness issues but minor overall. The washer being in the kitchen closet had mildew along the rim and with a smell. We cleaned it with what we had but it obviously isn't able to leave the washer door open as a front load washer should be. Aside from this though we were happy with the cleanliness and accomodation.

We have stayed here several times. The only issue this time was the rental chairs on the beach. They lined the chairs so close to each other that there was only one path to the ocean.This made it very difficult to get the ocean. I may choose a different location because of this. The facility is nice and the staff are friendly.

We absolutely loved this condo. Has Ana maxing view of the water and sunsets, walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants, a beautiful pool, and large beach area. We really enjoyed our stay!

Have stayed in many units in this resort. This one was fine, but not at the top. Light on dish ware, the two queens in the gulf-front master was strange, but the most odd was there were no lamps in the living area. Had to leave a kitchen light on to see what we were doing. The unit was fine in general and would consider staying there again.

The first night there my 2 year old grandson walked through the hall way comming from master bedroom and the heavy globe fell on him. Thank GOD it missed his head but got his foot. We were all a bit traumatized. Whoever changed the light bulbs last did not screw in the screws tightly and it was just hanging on. Called and complained but never really got an apology. We have pictures if you would like to see.

One of the nicest beach places I have stayed. A lot of amazing views, the place is very spacious, clean and well stocked. Having 2 beach front bedrooms, living room and dining room was a very welcome surprise! I've already made my booking for next year!

What an amazing place. So much room and the amount of beach front views were unbelievable. Two of the 3 bedrooms face the beach which is so hard to find. The Condo was clean, well stocked and in excellent condition. The Aqua is the best place in Panama City beach by far. So close to Pier Park and all the fun things to do. We already made a booking for next year!
