This large condo comfortably sleeps 12 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

* 2 Master suites – Each with a KING size beds and on-suite bathroom.

The oceanfront master offers a Jacuzzi tub.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 QUEEN size beds and a large flat screen TV.

The 4th bedroom has twin size bunk beds with a flat screen TV.

The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.

All bedrooms have large flat screen TVs and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay.

This Condo is on the 2nd floor (not too high like many units, but still with a great view of the ocean & you or your kids are never hostage to the elevator in this Condo!), a perfect height to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, watch the dolphins, or listen to the relaxing ocean waves on the extra-large balcony, or from the living room and the master bedroom. The additional wrap around balcony also overlooks the outdoor pools and the Majestic's H20 Bar & Grill located on the pool deck!

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and all of your cooking needs should you choose to stay in and cook.

Majestic Beach Resort offers the most amenities of any resort on Panama City Beach:

This unit is professionally and locally managed, and the owner has placed his trust in us with this being his 3rd Condo in PCB under contract with our management company! Many condos are managed by out of the state owners that cannot respond to immediate needs. The Owner CARES and we CARE!
Every turnover provides new sheets, linens and towels. So you know you will be staying in the cleanest best kept unit!
You will be hard pressed to find a newly remodeled 4 bedroom unit with all of these resort amenities anywhere else on Panama City Beach, and this unit is going to book up quickly!

***Starting Jan 1st 2024: For Parking, guests will need to register via a link we will send you. There is a registration fee of $40 (plus a transaction fee) per vehicle. If you cancel the transaction fee is non refundable. During peak season (MAY-JUL) only 2 parking passes are permitted per condo***

Unit is on the 2nd floor with easy access to stairs so don't have to wait on busy elevators. Great view of the beach and pool. Plenty of space to spread out in 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Good family vacation property.

Perfect, 2nd floor means no elevator, this was our 3rd time renting. The rental information like door codes etc, was smooth and with no issue.

We loved the location close to everything and being on the 2nd floor was nice. Could use a new shower head in 2nd bathroom and a new vacuum. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful experience! Condo was fantastic! Great location, decor, plenty of room. Grounds were immaculately clean! Wish tower one pool would have been warmer like tower two’s. Noisy clothes dryer was only concern. Will book again for sure!!

Condo was nice. Did have several kitchen chairs that were broke. Not handicap friendly. Long walk from parking garage to room. Would be nice if they could have a shuttle service for people with disabilities. Security personnel was friendly. We were shorted arm bands. Suppose to have 12 only got 8. Outdoor pools were too cold to swim in.loved the balcony area. Overall nice room for a large family. Kitchen came stocked with plenty of cooking supplies. Overall nice condo

We were overall satisfied with our stay. It was nice to be able to see the family in the pool from the balcony, but wished the palm trees did not obstruct the view of over half the balcony from the beach. The only complaints we had were the furniture on the balcony was very rusted and old. The balcony was not cleaned and very dirty and sandy. The second bedroom tub did not drain so there was mold all over the shower curtains, and the tub stayed filled w sand for the lack of drainage. The master bedroom tub cold water was not working. We were missing a dustpan to sweep with, and the floors were already sandy when we arrived. Everything else was very nice and up to date. The space was very roomy, and we had adults in every room along with children.

Great location easy access, close to everything! Very clean condo, comfortable beds and living space! 2nd floor is great if you are okay walking up a couple small flights of stairs the elevators were always backed up! We used the stairs and it was perfect! The only true thing that was not good was the blocked view of the ocean and beach-due to the palm trees! They blocked a big portion of the ocean view! There was a side area you could look and have a decent view, the best straight on view was blocked, wish they had advised or shown that in the pictures. It was still a great rental easy access to beach and pool our family of 11 had a great time and enjoyed the stay! I was pleasantly surprised with how busy it was the onsite restaurant / bar was fast and easy to get good and drinks!

The unit was updated and in great condition. We loved the 2nd floor and the wrap around balcony that gave us views of the ocean as well as the pool. Overall clean unit with almost everything we could need (except oven mitts:).

We came with our 5 kids (15-1) and my parents. This unit accomodated us wonderfully. A few recommendations I would give to people staying here; if you have sound machines, bring them, you will be fine without them but there was noise from the unit above us and the trash compactor outside. Nothing that I would say should push you away from staying here. Also, last recommendation would be beach chairs as renting them can be pricey.<br/>We did has some reservations about renting this unit based off previous reviews, and after going back and forth with the owners/management on questions we had we felt good about this booking. It has been recently renovated, they have gotten a new cleaning crew. There wasn't any mold. We are pretty picky people and we were satisfied. Yes, sand is easily tracked in, that can not be avoided-you're on the beach. If sand really bothers you, you may want slippers for inside the condo(we just swept daily). The convenience of being on the second floor hugely outweighs any little noise we heard. Our kids loved seeing movies in the theater. We made use of every hot tub and indoor pools were great when we had higher winds or a double red flag. We had one issue with a Hot tub not being up to temp and the resort was in it with in a couple hours. We were overall very pleased and if we come back to Panama City, this is where we would stay.

I loved the size of the condo and the location within the property was ideal. There was access to the pool and beach and being on a low floor meant we rarely needed to take the elevator which was great. The one negative we had was that the property wasn&#x2019;t cleaned well. There was still sand on the floor when we arrived and it looked like the floor needed mopping. One shower had muddy footprints in it. And the blender was left dirty on the counter.
