Our professionally decorated condo is a large 2 BR 2 bath unit on the 7th floor. Huge ocean front balcony. This unit features a Master Bedroom with King Size Bed and En-suite bathroom with balcony access, TWO (2) Queen Beds in 2nd Bedroom with attached bathroom along with a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The kitchen, dining, and living areas are all diagonal ceramic tile. Square footage of the unit is 1146 square foot with a 247 square foot large balcony. The furnishings are exceptionally beautiful and the unit is tastefully decorated to enhance your vacation experience. The living room and both bedrooms have Flat Screen TV and DVD players..

EMERALD ISLE offers a Gulf-front indoor/outdoor heated pool, an outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and Gulf-front exercise room along with a pool pavilion that features BBQ grills for you cooking enjoyment.

This is a 'NO SMOKING' unit except outside on balcony is permitted.

Emerald Isle Charges a Resort Registration fee of $40 (per condo per visit up to 7 days) to issue 1 parking pass and up to 6 armbands. Additional Parking Passes are $40 each and additional armbands are $1.50 each. This fee is charged to all guests checking in and is not in any way affiliated with us. Monthly renters must renew parking passes each month.

PAYMENT TERM For RESERVATION REQUESTS:

30 DAYS OR MORE IN ADVANCE OF CHECK IN DATE : A $300 Reservation Down Payment is charged to the credit or debit card you provide to take this condo off of the rental market. Final Payment must be received 30 days prior to your check in date or will be subject to potential cancellation.

LESS THAN 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF CHECK IN DATE: The total amount due will be charged to the credit or debit card you provide including a 4% Convenience fee.

Until confirmed rates are subject to change without notice.

Extra person charges may apply if the total number of people are increased after the initial reservation.

This condo was very spacious, clean and attractive. The view was beautiful. We could see dolphins swimming from our balcony. I loved having the balcony off of our bedroom as well and waking up to the sound of the waves. We were on the 7th floor and it only took a minute to get to the beach. We never had to wait for an elevator. The beach was clean and it was really nice having the reserved umbrella and chairs. I would recommend this condo to anyone!

As a first time family using something other than a hotel, this condo knocked it out of the park! We had everything we needed and the direct access to the beach from the elevator was fabulous. The grounds were clean and had no issues with anything. Parking was easy, no waiting for elevators, great beach chairs and set up! Everyone was super nice from the chair set up person (sorry forgot his name) to all the security that roamed the property. The unit itself was great! Used the balcony, kitchen, and all the rooms!! We went shopping and cook meals and had coffee every morning over looking the water! We will definitely come back to this property and hopefully the same unit! Thanks

The unit is nice and spacious with an incredible view and balcony. Some items I. The unit needs a few items repaired/replaced (broken slab of glass on coffee table, shower rod in master, dummy door knob on hot water closet and toilet paper holders fall off, and terrible mattress on sleeper sofa). Great amenities if security would just let you enjoy them. No people skills with vacationers. They make it non family friendly. The staff on the beach are awesome! The pool area hours are no fun

Wonderful condo and location everything was clean and we had plenty of room for our family. Having front row beach chairs was nice too. Everyone we ran into was friendly. Only thing I'd like to see different was condo doors to the balcony don't lock. It's 7th floor so not a big deal for us but anyone staying with small children might be concerned not having a way to lock those doors when not in use. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Very pleasant experience! Great location for a week away. A short elevator ride down to the ground floor has you on the beach within a minute. Company was very accommodating when USPS was moving slowly with our deposit check. We loved sitting on the balcony in the big chairs and enjoying the view. The sand and water in PCB is like going to the Caribbean without all the extra travel and added costs! Highly recommend this place! Just a few bits of feedback - plan to use K-cups because the drip coffee pot has a really weird filter and doesn't work well. Maybe it was user error but we had grounds all through our coffee and the filter was falling apart. The floors were kinda sticky. It is probably hard to clean them with all the sand so just plan to bring a pair of indoor flip flops or slippers if you would prefer to not walk on those floors. They also give good instructions for how to prepare for your trip and I wish I had looked at that list more extensively. You need to bring supplies for the kitchen especially. There isn't salt or pepper or ANY spices so don't plan on a taco night without bringing cumin! lol -- They do have a great assortment of tupperware containers to borrow and plenty of cooking utensils. So the unit doesn't have the most up-to-date furniture but it was comfy and did the trick. Staying here one extra night was still a pinch cheaper than staying one less day in Destin. We had a great time and would absolutely go back!

We were thrilled with our stay in PCB. We have not chosen to stay in PCB for several years. But, Emerald Isle was the perfect location (on the west side of PCB). The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Clean and exactly as advertised. Everything was a smooth process, from renting to check-in/check-out, parking, etc. Being on the 7th floor was perfect... not too high up, but still amazing views from the spacious balcony. The elevators were always available and fast, the ramp walk to the beach was super short/easy, and the pools and hot tub were great. The front row beach chairs and service were amazing. Office staff/security were all very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Condo was clean, and everything ready to go. Bob was great to work with and communication was easy. Instructions, check in and check out were a breeze. 1/8 mile walk to the pier, just far enough that you can eat lunch or breakfast their and walk it off for guilt free eating!

We have stayed at Emerald Isle multiple times in the last few years staying at different condos in the complex. This was the first time in this condo. With the COVID-19 protocols, the condo still had the proper kitchen amenities to cook whatever we needed. The furniture was comfortable and the decor was nice. Our master bed needed some additional supports that had been previously fixed (I reattched the few supports) and our master bath toilet (newly replaced) needed to be fastened properly. It was wobbly. The patio furniture wave very nice with a lot of variety. We would stay here again. Only issue we had with the complex was the beach chair service. They were not customer oriented and we did not have chairs pads and umbrellas for 2 of the days because they thought it would rain.

We stayed for 12 glorious nights in a beautiful Emerald Isle Condo. We try our best to come every year and usually stay 2 weeks. We have never been dissatisfied at any of the rentals. We stayed in condo 703. It was beautifully decorated with a nice king size bed in the master and two queens in the other bedroom. The condo was perfectly clean and nicely furnished and decorated. In the kitchen, we wanted for nothing as the cabinets were fully stocked with dishes galore. We cooked breakfast there every morning and enjoyed our food on the balcony with a perfect view of the snowy white beaches and beautifully clear ocean. We got to see dolphins one morning! We would sit on the balcony til we were ready to hit the beach. And talk about a good place to view the sunsets!! And Panama City Beach has the most beautiful sunsets. Wish we could stay here forever!!!

This is a really nice condo. Whoever decorated it did an outstanding job. It is well furnished and "all of the beds" have good mattresses on them. Out of the several condos I have stayed at this has been the nicest. My compliments to the owner.

This is a really nice condo. Whoever decorated it did an outstanding job. It is well furnished and "all of the beds" have good mattresses on them. Out of the several condos I have stayed at this has been the nicest. My compliments to the owner.

The only complaint we had was with beach service. We were told on first day only thing we had to do for our free beach chairs was to put down a towel on spot we wanted. During the week as we came down and asked them to put up our umbrella they were slow to come do that even though they were just sitting in hut. We noticed they were that way with other guest as well. On last day for some reason we were told we had to be on back row of chairs even though we were on front all week. There were plenty of front row chairs available that day and the guy was rude in telling us. Other than that we were well pleased with the condo an will consider staying again. This was at least our 3rd or 4th visit there.
