Calypso West Tower 16th floor 3 BR 2 BA Unit King Bed in Master and 2nd BR, Queen Bed in 3rd BR, a queen size sofa sleeper. Master bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. No carpet in this unit. It has tile and oak finish laminate flooring in all 3 bedrooms.

Free Wi-Fi Internet provided by the resort, Our unit is non-smoking and we cannot allow pets.

The closest resort to Frank Brown Park. Enjoy breathtaking Ocean-Front views that will provide memories for a lifetime. There are 2 large free form (1 heated) lagoon style pools.

Calypso is located on the west end adjacent to Panama City Beach Fishing Pier and Pier Park shopping and entertainment center with a 24 screen Cinema, small specialty shops and large department stores. Pier Park’s entertainment and restaurants options include Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dave and Buster's, The Back Porch Seafood House, among many others.

Enjoy spectacular Ocean Front sunset views from the balcony of this 1300 sq. ft. unit. Living room & master bedroom have private balcony access.

9 foot ceilings, granite counter tops bathrooms and kitchen, all major appliances, and full size washer and dryer. Walk-in closet in the master bedroom.

Handicapped accessible (NOT ADA Compliant)

CONTACTLESS CHECK IN: NO Front Desk Registration. Calypso HOA charges a $60 per vehicle parking pass fee for up to 2 vehicles obtained online in advance. You will be sent a link to register your vehicles. Parking is in a large secure gated and lighted parking garage across the street. Pool Bands are in the condo.

Sorry No Dogs allowed except documented service dogs.

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:

I love the Calypso location, pool area all bathrooms in outside area are always very clean. Only thing is the apartment need to be better clean inside and need more kitchen utensils. But we loved this time we stayed there. Thanks a lot.

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, only issue was there are no luggage carts available during this time, people were hiding them in their condos.. which isn’t a property owner issue. The condo was clean, all the kitchenware was in good condition and a good selection. Best part was seeing dolphins from the balcony every morning with coffee.

This condo has a great location with two chairs and umbrella reserved in the first line from 9-4:30. Fully stocked kitchen if are a family who likes to prepare your own healthy meals. Condo had all necessities and beautiful views from the living room and master bedroom. Condo was clean overall, but there was sand on the bedding, under pillows and small trash under beds and on the furniture and under. We chose to wipe all the surfaces because they were sandy as well- but I guess it’s the beach feel! :)

This condo was very spacious and attractive. The view was beautiful. We could see dolphins swimming from our room. I loved having the porch off of our bedroom as well and waking up to the sound of the waves. Although we were on the 16th floor it only took a minute to get to the beach. We never had to wait for an elevator. The beach was clean and it was really nice having the reserved umbrella and chairs. I would recommend this condo to anyone!

I have stayed at the Calypso several times now, over the past 15 years. This stay, as always, was thoroughly enjoyable. This particular property, although not as recently updated as some others in which I have stayed, was nevertheless an amazing stay. The price was excellent, especially when compared to similar units, and you can't beat that view from the balcony!

We have stayed at Calypso several times because we love the location. This year we noticed the beach was way over crowded (maybe because of the addition of a third tower?) so this will probably be our last time staying there. You also have to have a card for every person for access to the pool every time you go. This was inconvenient compared to the bracelet they had before. Someone was always forgetting their card and having to go back to the room or beach to get it. The condo was nice enough. It had everything we needed. My only suggestions would be new furniture for the balcony. What is there is rusted and not in the best shape over all. Also, the refrigerator took a couple days to cool off and it was extremely noisy so that may need looked at. The condo was clean and very spacious. We loved having access to the balcony from the master.

Clean, well maintained unit. Comfy beds. Beautiful gulf front view. Walking distance to Pier Park. Smooth check in process. The only complaint would be that there is no hot tub on the premises. There is one at the other Calypso tower but you aren't allowed in there. It would be nice to have access to that area. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!

Thank you Cheryl I am glad you found the condo to be clean and well maintained. The tower locatre4d across the street is a separate building not associated with the 2 towers located right on the beach. Guests in that tower do not have access to the pools and amenities on the beach side. Please do come back and stay with us again. .

Overall experience was great. The place had been cleaned (could use a little paint here and there) the view from the balcony is beautiful! There are places to eat nearby. The condo is very sparsely supplied, but you are made aware of this before you go. We had to buy TP, Paper towels, hand soap, etc... All of the beds were very hard. Note that if you go after 10/31 the tiki bar is closed and all of the nearby restaurants closed by 9PM.

Everything was according to the plan starting with the garage code, door code and the place was great. It was very clean and was exactly as described.
