Loved this property! It was clean when we arrived, and was just enough room for us!! Loved sitting out in the balcony in the mornings, drinking my coffee, and taking in the amazing ocean sights and sounds!!! Everybody was so friendly also. I would recommend staying here to my friends and family!!

This condo was great! It looked and smelled incredibly clean. The furniture is updated and clean. The beds were super comfortable. The condo showed its age the most in the bathrooms, which are pretty small, and as noted in other reviews, the showers drain very slowly. But again, very clean. The kitchen was a little sparse, but the coffee maker is a Keurig with a single serve option as well as a full coffee pot, which offers nice flexibility. The condo complex is older, with only two main elevators and two elevators that serve floors 1 - 6. We enjoyed having the tiki bar on site by the pool. The pool and hot tub are both small but clean. Proximity to the beach is great as advertised. This particular unit does not include chair service, but it is available. If you plan to grill, grills are only provided in the parking lot next to the main road, so you would have to carry your food all the way across the parking lot. All in all, a great experience that I would recommend. Be sure to check out Schooners and Outlaws BBQ for great food nearby.

We loved the view. The condo was clean. It is located on the quiet side of the city. We were very disappointed to find that there was no balcony furniture, only a small lopsided accent table and 2 upright chairs, one of them had a broken arm.Also the sliding door in the master bedroom would not kick properly. The pool area was very nice.

Watercrest is a lovely building. Love the pool and deck area. Elevators run smoothly with very short wait. Our unit however did not measure up to the pictures. Found unit dated. Caution tape on railing of balcony. Area rug in common area stained. Would not rent this unit again, but do like the general condo building and location.

Very Relaxing, comfortable condo with large balcony to view sunsets and sunrises. The beach is clean and this beautiful white sand with all kinds is seashells to pick up. There was just a few items like burnt out light bulbs and some of the furniture needed repair or replaced. <br/>

This property is so spacious and the view is amazing. It was well furnished and equipped. We go to Destin or PCB twice a year. We decided this property is our favorite in PCB. Bathrooms are dated but nothing that would keep us from rebooking. Kitchen was also well stocked. Great stay for us!

I don’t want to say too many good things about this unit in fear that it won’t be available for me the next time I visit but needless to say everything went smooth, from booking , to check in , amazing unit( and I have stayed in many places throughout the years) was very clean and well stocked. Awesome balcony with sunset view , if weather permits. I would def do this condo again and you won’t be disappointed if you give a try. <br/> So much for keeping my comments to myself.

The condo was amazing. The location was perfect with a large wrap around balcony, which we loved. Great pool, hot tub, and easy access to ocean. The beautiful sunset was an added bonus for me as the condo was in the perfect location to view the sun going down every night. Will definitely be back!

Condo was clean and comfortable, we liked having a place that was in a quieter section of the beach. There were a couple maintenance issues, and ECD was quick and efficient about fixing them. We really enjoyed the balcony, although not all furniture shown was available. Many activities were closed for the winter and/or Covid, but we enjoyed the easy access to explore the area.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Emerald Coast. Ample space with a stunning view. The pool was clean and heated, never over crowded. The master bed was surprisingly comfortable and the condo was well kept. We would recommend this stay to anyone that wants to be in a quieter area of PCB but still close to several by restaurants and amenities. I do wish they kept coffee on hand for the first night <br/>or two, that would’ve been the cherry on top for me.

The views from this unit are amazing. The balcony is the largest in PCB we have ever experienced. Cleanliness, I would say was average. Nothing terrible, nothing spectacular. There was a bit of mildew in the tub that wiped right out with cleaning spray, which leads me to believe the cleaning crew could definitely do better. This unit had newer furniture, large kitchen and every cooking appliance we needed. We didn’t go out to eat due to COVID-19 so it was nice having all of our necessities right there. I would stay here again.

The master bedroom contains a king bed and private access to the master bath, as well as a flat screen TV. It also has a balcony door with access to the wraparound balcony. The master suite has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico.
The second bedroom is perfect for the kids or whole family with 2 queen beds (huge room!) that comfortably sleep 4. This bedroom also has a full bathroom of it's own and TV.
The living room couch folds out into a sleeper sofa.
