Loved this place. Shared with family and it was perfect. Location was convenient to everything needed. Convenient to the ocean and pool area. Everything was very clean. Loved the huge balcony and having the full baths. Rental included everything you could need in kitchen, bath etc. would rent again. Bonus was walking distance to Schooners restaurant.

We always enjoy a stay at Treasure Island. The view is spectacular, and my fur baby can stay with me. 1902 is a very nice unit, although the mattresses in both bedrooms are in dire need of replacing. The first morning was little rough as the Keurig was not functional. We did find a drip pot in the cabinet. After a trip to the store, the coffee issue was fixed. We did let management know so they could replace the Keurig. Treasure Island is our go to place.

Great condo, from check in to location. We were able to get in early always a bonus, clean, well stocked of silverware, dished and cookware average for rental. Justin with maintance came by to fix an issue they knew about ice maker, he was extremely polite and helpful. I pointed out that the remote for the livingroom was chewed up and unuseable, and that there were no hangers in any rooms<br/> Justin wenr out got us a new remote, programed it to the TV and came with packs of hangers for both bedrooms!! Saw him later during my stay alon the property and he stopped to unsure I didn't need anything else.

The views from the 19th floor were beautiful. Unit was good sized. 2 bedrooms/2 baths. Built in bunk beds as well as a fold out couch. We were very comfortable here. Could have used a few more kitchen items (plates, cups, silverware, etc.). One thing of note, there appears to be some form of mold in the master shower. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

I can not brag about the resort enough. The resort areas are very clean. The view is amazing from the balcony. Condo was clean and tidy. Cooking items and kitchen utensils were sparse but that is to be expected from most rentals. My only main complaint is the upkeep issues. The master bathroom has quite a bit of mold on the ceiling and in the shower area. The mattress in the master bedroom badly needs to be replaced. There is a huge lump in the middle. Would I stay here again? Probably not in this exact condo but I definitely would stay at this resort again. I did not have any issues with the rental agency and would not hesitate to rent through them again.

Treasure island condo 1902. We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was beautiful. The only thing was the freezer was broken and we didn’t have any ice for the week, other than that it was GREAT. We will be back and stay in the same condo! Beautiful View of the ocean and beach

The property was in great shape, great location. My particular condo was not clean, had not been dusted in weeks, found dog toys, empty water bottles under the bed, floor had sand from not being swept. Condo itself and furnishings were very nice. The view is beautiful. The problem lies with the cleaning company.But dont expect to find any extras in the condo, it is stocked with the bare minimum except the three coffee makers.

Condo was beautiful and very spacious. The views were spectacular and the condo grounds and resort were very nice. I loved that there was a little shop down at the pool that you could go and get refreshments and snacks instead of going back up to the room. I will definitely be staying here again.

Even with days of rain, best view we've had yet in # 1902. A couple of recommendations:<br/>1) we could smell cigarette smoke anytime we opened the patio doors... coming we assumed from those we saw smoking on their balcony's. This was a HUGE problem for us. You should always let guests know this could be the case.<br/>2) Freezer in the refrigerator was not working properly and some small appliance issues - need some newer kitchen gadgets, plates etc for such a nice condo.<br/>3) having to part on the 5th floor and transport luggage and other items up or down a floor to an elevator was very inconvenient. <br/>

The sunsets were breathtaking. It was nice being at the beginning of the Public Access's. Less problems with traffic and everyday congestions. So many places to see and do. Love the State Parks. Never had a bad meal.

Place has lots if room and master shower has to shower heads. View from balcony is awesome. Location of property is so close to saint andrews park. Cleaning crew just doesn’t clean floor, thats my only complaint. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay in this condo. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Plenty of room and nicely decorated. Great view. Liked having a designated parking space and plenty of carts available to transport luggage to and from the Condo. Pool and hot tub were also nice and had a great view of the Ocean as well. Great location away from the busiest part of PCB.

Would recommend that the owner change the blinds in the bedrooms. They are see through and one of our girls was changing in her room daily before we realized you could see straight in from the walkway. Also master shower had some issues. But none of this stopped us from having a good time! The store by the pool is a HUGE bonus! Kept us from having to go back and forth upstairs for food and drinks throughout the day! ****THIS CONDO IS LOCATED AT THE TREASURE ISLAND RESORT WHICH IS DIRECTLY ON PANAMA CITY BEACH.
This condo has KING SIZE beds in both bedrooms.
Come enjoy our beautifully redecorated 2 bedroom condo located right on the Gulf on Thomas Drive. We can sleep up to 8 with 2 bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa and built-in bunk beds that are recessed into a hallway alcove.
The condo also features 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, a brand new washer/dryer combo, and a balcony that overlooks the Gulf. The condo is open and airy and features ceramic tile throughout. This condo is very spacious at almost 1,400 square feet, not including the balcony!
The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest has a king also and the master has a newly installed 55 inch LCD TV on the wall with cable. The Master bedroom has its own full bath.
The Treasure Island front office charges a $35 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.
Treasure Island has implemented a new parking policy that affects extra vehicle parking. If you bring more than 2 vehicles, the resort now charges a $100 parking fee per extra vehicle where space is available. If you have questions about parking availability or this fee, please contact the resort directly.
TREASURE ISLAND PET POLICY
Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $300 pet fee upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WILL BE MADE, PLEASE DO NOT ASK.
