The room was ok but I expected so much more. There were no curtains in the living room so it was a challenge to watch tv during the day. The washer smelled very musty and moldy. One of the guest doors was broken so you had to pick up on it to shut it. But over all it was a good room. The view was amazing and the balcony wrapped around to all bedrooms. Beautiful view.

First what we loved, the size, the rap around view and the mattresses. Now what we did not like....when we got there, we cleaned up previous dog pee and puke, the area rug was disgusting, the showers were so slick they were a fall hazzard, dirty sheets on one of the beds, the coffee pot leaked, the washer didn't work properly. I emailed the property manager and shared all except for the washer as we didn't know this until the day before we left. I have several emails as proof. I was shocked that no one came to address the issues. I asked for a vacuum to clean the rug myself and I was delivered a new vacuum in the box that I had to put together. I vacuumed the rug and got a canister full of dirt and hair. Once I purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the unit, we had a good time. The unit has so much to offer, but it was disgustingly dirty. We will stay at this resort again but will try a different unit. I feel the cleaning fee should be returned as I left the unit better than I found it.

The location is perfect and very family friendly. Plenty chairs around pool. The condo itself is decorated very pretty However the kitchen and bathrooms could use updating. <br/>We had issues with the pullout mattresses being covered with mildew. They immediately sent an air mattress and professional cleaners the next day. The rental company immediately tried to fix the issues we had and met all requests. <br/>The dog walk area needs to be sprayed down and cleaned due to a strong urine smell. I requested this from an employee we met on the elevator but it didn’t get done.

I was surprised how dirty my socks got walking around the unit in the first couple of hours. The kitchen was well equipped with plates, glasses, silverware and pots and pans, plus cookie sheets and muffin pans. The ice maker in the refrig overflowed into the freezer and coated shelves and food there with ice. Several attempts to contact the management company were unsuccessful.

Our vacation was perfect in every way possible! This condo just made our time so enjoyable. The views from the place is just AMAZING! The comfort and layout of this place is awesome! I wish it was MINE!! LOL This is perfect for families. It would be perfect traveling with other couples. Every room has access to the wrap around balcony! I wish we could stay there forever! The stay was pleasant and enjoyable. We were going to cook some breakfast only to learn that the cookware wasn’t fit to cook on due to the YEARS of use, so we contacted the management and there was new cookware in the unit when we returned from the days events.<br/>The entertainment system is in dire need of many updates, so we made the best of it.<br/>Not sure to return next year.

This condo has incredible views, very spacious and great wrap around balcony with sliding doors in each bedroom was nice. The location was great too, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Definitely check out Patches Pub only 3 blocks away with great food, cheap prices and live entertainment every night. The condo does need more outdoor furniture. There were no regular chairs, only loungers and high top table and chairs. I can’t say enough curtains, curtains, curtains! They need to get curtains because you can’t watch tv anytime of day without glare. You can’t stand in the kitchen around 4-5p without the sun glaring in and blinding you. Curtains would solve the biggest problem this condo has. It definitely needs to be thoroughly cleaned. The ceiling fans had dust overhanging the blades, the corners of the rooms had dirt in them, some of the tables had so much dust we wrote in them for the next renters. I would rent again because for the views, the size of the condo and the location, we were very happy with it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Treasure Island 1901. The bed was very comfortable and the space awesome. The Condo was pretty clean but there were a few crumbs of food left in the microwave and some hair in the shower. That being said I would definitely stay here again - the view was amazing! My only other recommendation would be if the owner could put curtains in the living room because during the afternoon sun it's so bright you can't see the TV. Schooner's was fun and just a short walk away - I highly recommend the Voodoo Punch! Dat Cajun Place was amazing for Sunday Brunch - Highly recommend the Scrambler with the Sausage Gravy and the Mimosa and Bloody Mary was good and cheap. We were able to watch dolphins, Manatees, Sharks, Sting Rays, Turtles, and Jelly Fish from our Balcony - BEST BALCONY EVER!! At night, we would go to the front and watch the traffic and enjoy the night lights.

I rented this unit for a family trip to PCB which included myself, 3 other adults and 2 babies. The condo was very spacious and perfect for a large group, especially if you were accommodating 3 couples. We loved there were 3 king bedrooms and plenty of space for a 2 year old to run around. The unit seemed fairly clean and updated and the balcony was large and each bedroom also had a private balcony. There were a few things Worth mentioning but I wouldn’t consider complaints. One was, for a large unit accommodating a large group, there should be more than 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and more than the 1 trash bag that’s in the can. I have rented many condos and cabins and there was at least enough for the stay and group size. Other toiletries the renter should be expected to purchase but a entire package of trash bags is ridiculous. Also, with the amount of extra fees for cleaning and such which totaled almost $1000, outside of basic tidying up and loading the dish washer, the renter should not be expected to strip the beds/pillows upon departure. There was someone directly near us smoking a lot of Marijuana which wafted directly onto our balcony facing the ocean and into our condo the entire week. Normally I wouldn’t complain about this but my two grand babies being there, it was an issue. I did call down to the manager of the complex who said it shouldn’t be a problem or be wafting into our space but regardless, they can’t say anything to anyone bc it “could be” medical marijuana and there are laws. He did say if the unit smells once we leave the property owners could charge us but that’s up to them regardless that I reported the issue. So, in short the complex management or the property management really care about issues or renter happiness. Although I had a couple minor concerns I would possibly rent this unit again if I want to stay on the far end of PCB but be ware that it is quite a drive to get t

There were few things needed to be fixed. The bathroom by the 2 bedrooms the toilet seat was broken and needed replaced. The ceiling fan in the bedroom by the washer and dryer needed replaced. Makes a sound and would only go one one speed. The lights over vanity in master suite needed updated you can't see to get ready. The cost for the condo for this time of year needs to reviewed.

The size of the unit was great. The overall layout and furnishings were great also. Had a problem with the A/C and they responded immediately and had someone out in less than two hours. <br/><br/>My biggest issue was how dirty the place was. We spent a great deal of time cleaning when we first got there. Please get a new cleaning service! Especially since we pay such a big cleaning fee.<br/><br/>Also lacking in towels, but we had read another review about this first so took extra. <br/><br/>The beds were very comfortable.<br/>

The beds were amazing! Large screen TV's in all 3 bedrooms and living room. Victor was very responsive when notified about our concerns of too few towels and linens. Kitchen could have been better equipped for food preparations. We ate all our meals in due to Covid.

Great vacation destination with amazing views from the wrap around balcony. We saw dolphins, stingrays, and schools of fish from the balcony every day. We even saw manatee and a small shark! The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable beds and furniture. Conveniently located but not in a super busy area. The condo complex was beautiful and great pool and hot tub.

This is our second year coming to Panama City, and our second year to stay at Treasure Island Condos. We absolutely love everything about staying here. It’s a great location. It’s not crowded with other condos, but yet near to so many activities and restaurants. <br/>This particular condo was absolutely beautiful. The view is something that is honestly not fully captured with the pictures. It’s something that one must see in person to fully comprehend the beauty. The balcony was huge! <br/>I did dust a good bit when we got there, but I’m pretty OCD and don’t like seeing dust when the sun hits it. And the only other downfall was that we were under the impression that beach service (beach chairs & umbrellas) was included because this is a luxury unit. So that was an added surprise expense, but well worth it. <br/>Overall, I can’t describe how beautiful this condo truly is!! I hope we are lucky enough to stay in this one again!

Pros: beautiful view, New Ferniture, very big TVs in all rooms, very clean, great beds that were very comfortable, love the wrap around balcony. We come to Treasure Island At PCB at least two times a year. It was the best room we have had there. Would stay again! Treasure island condos are the best in general anyways, they have friendly staff, easy to unload your car and get carts, free gym. <br/><br/>Cons: the living room needs to have curtains so there isnt a glare on the TV during the day. Other than that excellent room!!!

Pros: beautiful view, New Ferniture, very big TVs in all rooms, very clean, great beds that were very comfortable, love the wrap around balcony. We come to Treasure Island At PCB at least two times a year. It was the best room we have had there. Would stay again! Treasure island condos are the best in general anyways, they have friendly staff, easy to unload your car and get carts, free gym. <br/><br/>Cons: the living room needs to have curtains so there isn’t a glare on the TV during the day. Other than that excellent room!!!

This unit has been meticulously updated!!! New décor and some furniture along with new lighting. This Treasure Island 19th floor 3 bedroom 2 bath has one of the largest wrap around balconies overlooking the ocean of any condo in Panama City Beach.
This condo is probably the nicest 3 bedroom at the entire complex.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large flat screen tv and ocean view and balcony access.
The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen tv and balcony access and a view of the lagoon and Treasure Island Marina area.
The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen tv and balcony access and a view of the lagoon and Treasure Island Marina area.
The living room has 2 pull out couches and an 80 inch , an 80 inch flat screen TV on the wall and balcony access and ocean view.
The wrap around balcony from this 19th floor provides probably the very best view in all of Panama City Beach. From the front of the condo you can see the ocean and down the coast to the West including the sun set. From the East side of this condo including the wrap around balcony you have the best view of St andrews State park and the Jetties and the pass where the boats come in everyday. Almost all other condos only have the view of the ocean straight ahead.
The Treasure Isalnd front office charges a $35 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.
Treasure Island has implemented a new parking policy that affects extra vehicle parking. If you bring more than 2 vehicles, the resort now charges a $100 parking fee per extra vehicle where space is available. If you have questions about parking availability or this fee, please contact the resort directly.
TREASURE ISLAND PET POLICY
Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $300 pet fee upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WILL BE MADE, PLEASE DO NOT ASK.
