This unti was pretty nice overall clean and spacious for a family. The balcony is by far the best feature of this unit. There were a few issues. For one no spices I know they say they don’t have any but this unit was supposed to have some. Some other basic stuff was missing as well no coffee filters all in all I would stay again

We were able to get into the condo early, which was nice. However, we had no patio table whatsoever and four chairs. We did not get a patio table until Thursday and we were checking out on Saturday. The blender was broken so we had to go buy a new blender. The pantry needs shelves. It had little hanging baskets that were so small. You could barely fit anything in there. You could tell that whoever owns this condo does the very minimum to make it nice. The floor was filthy.

I brought my wife to this condo for her 29th Birthday (lol). We had a wonderful time as this condo was very nice. We called our host and she was VERY nice and helpful. The location is great. Our designated parking space was on the end of parking lot next to the elevators WOW. We will try and book this pet friendly room from now on. Very clean and nicely decorated. Thanks so much for letting us stay here!

Had a great time! Will definitely book here again. We didn’t really cook a whole lot, but looked pretty well stocked to cook. Dish soap, a sponge, and cleaners would have helped us clean more. Plenty of towels and bed/sheets were spotless.

The condo has a beautiful view with great location. We chose this condo because it was pet friendly however I do believe $280 is a high fee to bring along a 5 lb dog. The condo itself is decorated nicely. However, there was a strong urine odor when we arrived. I messaged the property rental company who said someone from housekeeping would be over but they never came. I determined it was the living room rug so I just rolled it up on day 3 of our 7 day stay and put it on the balcony and it was much better. The bottom of the bathroom doors show some damage like maybe the condo had flooded in the past. They need to be replaced and the floor in the master bath has water under the floor. You can hear it when you step on the floor so that’s a repair that needs to be done as well. Also the ceiling fan in the living room is about to come disconnected from the ceiling so we didn’t use it. The beds were comfortable and there’s nice space. Overall I would recommend the condo to others if the repairs are done and the rug is replaced.

Great place not to far away from other attractions (putt putt, go carts, arcade etc.) But far away enough to not have to deal with the traffic.<br/>We will be back Great place to just stay and relax and a wonderful view.

Treasure Island 609 was FABULOUS! The room was on the 6th floor which meant we could park up top and not have to use elevators, however, elevators were super fast when we did use them. The room was very clean and the view was breathtaking.

Great location and amenities. Convenient to some great local restaurants, grocery stores and more. The poolside grille makes it so you don't really have to go anywhere else but the beach, your room and the pool.

This room has the best location in the building. Located on the 6th floor right in the middle. This allows you to park on the top floor of the parking deck and walk directly to your room. No back and forth in the elevator! The views from the balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean are spectacular! Overall the room was clean and neat upon our arrival. At least as clean as any hotel you would normally stay in. My family thought the beds were very comfortable and the rooms cozy. It was awsome to be able to lay on the bed in the master bedroom with the patio sliding door open while listening to and watching the ocean! We really didnt cook in the kitchen much but what I saw of the plates/pots and pans all seemed adequate. Anything in the kitchen we used we washed it before we used it anyway. I woukd never use any plate/cup etc in a hotel room without first washing it myself .....if at all possible. Overall we enjoyed this room very much and will be booking it again next year!

The location was excellent! And the view spectacular! The condo was roomy enough for five adults and was well decorated. We would recommend a total restock of the kitchen! The pots and pans were laughable at best. Take plenty of oil as everything sticks to the pans. Take a spatula! Take a blender too! Here is a list of things you’ll need; house shoes as the floors are filthy and your feet will get dirty, dish and laundry soap, a hair dryer, toilet paper and paper towels. All of these things should be provided but aren’t. Oh and room spray to freshen it up. Flush the toilets often. There is black mold in the bathrooms so new exhaust fans would help. The current ones don’t work. We took all of these things so we were prepared. Over all we had a great stay and would stay again!

Condo was right on the beach on 6th floor, you could park on the top of the parking deck and walk right to the condo. Condo had open floor plan giving you plenty of room to move and high ceiling so it felt bigger. Close to restaurants and super markets. I would have give a five but a few things weren’t great, good use new bed pillows, and blankets for beds, mattress very comfortable, baths were good, master bath and closet was huge with a walk in shower, second bedroom’s bath was good size. We didn’t use the hideabed, but it was a king size and sat comfortably, could use more seating in living could only sit 4 people, patio was large with two tables and several comfortable chairs, sliding door was easy to open, but you had to be careful with a step up. There was bunk beds, but only small kids would probably be able to slip in them. We didn’t use pool, so<br/>Can’t comment on that. I certainly would stay there again!

The check in process was quick and easy. Parking was also easy and since our condo was on the 6th floor it was also convenient. The whole building is nicely maintained however our specific condo could use a little touch up work. Nothing major, it won’t ruin a stay, but could use a little work. The front door could use a fresh coat of paint. The 2nd bathroom could use a new toilet seat (come on that’s only like $100 so far) the bathroom exhaust fans are filthy and the master bath ceiling has a small amount of mold on the ceiling. The floors could use a deep cleaning as your feet will be dirty if you walk barefoot in the condo. Overall we found it to be a nice place to stay but we’re a bit disappointed that the owner could toss $2000 at it and make it fantastic! I would stay here again even with. My few complaints.

Great property and location. Would definitely reserve again. Only 2 issues to report.1 the only frying pan in the unit needs to be replaced; old and Teflon coating coming off and into food. Refrigerator drawer not secured at bottom drawer

We love Treasure Island Resort and have stayed there before! The condo was spacious like most there, but there was a definite need for deep cleaning and some maintenance. Things like the bathroom vents not working, light bulbs out, shelves missing from the fridge, etc. Overall a great stay though.

My experience was smooth and easy and we were pleased overall with the rental. Treasure Island is in a great location with easy access to many great restaurants. I did notice the grounds this were seemed to be maintained very well and you always saw workers busy as little bees around the complex. Our unit, #609, was about an 8 out of 10. The unit was pretty clean, however, there were dishes left in the dishwasher and I didn't know if they were actually clean. The shower in the Master looked dirty, but I realize those things are hard to keep clean. I would recommend a little paint here and there, especially on the outside door. I would also recommend new pillows throughout the unit. We loved the 6th floor, beautiful views for sure. I hope by next year the ramp going down to the beach is repaired from the hurricane. I missed having the convenience of pulling my wagon down the ramp. To sum it up, we LOVE Treasure Island Resort.

We had to make a last minute reservation due to a cancellation at another location out of our control. This unit was available for our time frame and the pictures available are exactly as they appear. It was a very good location with covered parking and we had a wonderful week here. The beds were very comfortable too.

We enjoyed our week but the owner needs to fire the cleaning crew that is supposed to prepare for the guest. Floors were dirty. No broom in the place . It is newly remodeled but some of the old furniture was still on the patio. Nothing that interferered with our stay , we mopped . WiFi didn’t work until the 3rd day of our stay , the layout, location , beds were good . The cleaning service needs to be checked on.

From your front balcony you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the beautiful Saint Andrew's park and Saint Andrew's Bay and enjoy watching the fishing boats come in right from the front balcony.
Full glass views across the back of the units will allow you to have a breathtaking view of golden sunsets, emerald water, and sugar white sandy beaches. Enjoy the dolphins and rays playing just yards off the beach. Sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom allow easy access to your private balcony overlooking the beautiful coastline as far as you can see. One of the four high-speed elevators will take you up to this sixth floor unit, or you can park directly on the sixth floor parking and skip the elevators. Your assigned parking is on the third level, if desired.

Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $300 pet fee upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WILL BE MADE, PLEASE DO NOT ASK.
