We love Summerhouse and this condo on the 2nd floor was overlooking the pool and had great views of the gulf. It was very clean on arrival and check-in was a breeze. Emerald Coast Destinations was easy to communicate with and always replied within 24 hours. We love going to Schooners nearby and seeing the Sea Screamer. Also having the free beach chairs is always a bonus. I would definitely recommend this condo and we have booked it again next year.

Very nice from beginning to end.

Our unit was number 202A but it was really on the 3rd floor as the first floor is office/admin area. The condo wasn't ready at 4pm (check in time) we got the condo at 5:10pm which made for a long day - I think check in time for the amount you pay in peak season is a bit late. Check out was 9am, also a little early. The condo itself was cute and colorful - very beachy atmosphere. The queen bed (in the master) was very comfortable. There were only 2 in our party. I highly suggest travelers bring toilet paper, paper towels, bath soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent and countertop cleaner as very little is provided, if any. The TV in the living room was okay but the two bedroom TV's wouldn't work. Maybe we just didn't know how to use the Roku because it was all Roku and apps - no local news or anything. The condo complex is great with great pools, great beach area and some entertainment through the week. The location is exceptional. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a gorgeous view and nice location. A little unhappy regarding the parking pass FEE and wristband FEE. Those should be included in the weekly fee charged at booking.

We were very pleased with the accommodations and the amenities at summerhouse and the attentiveness of the ECDI staff when we had to contact them. Very friendly and efficient!<br/>We loved the layout of the room! The guest bathroom doors do need attention. Neither one locked and it was very difficult to close them. This has obviously been a problem for a while as evidenced by the paint being scraped off of both doors. A handle to pull them shut would be helpful. <br/>The only thing I would mention as needing reviewing is the housekeeping. It does not appear that the company used for cleaning is thorough at all, mediocre at best. When we arrived, the floor was not clean. We could see things stuck to the floor in the kitchen and under the dining table. After walking around getting settled in, the bottom of socks of those that were wearing them were black as were the feet of those walking barefooted. It seems the floor had not been mopped in quite a while. If we dropped something on the floor, we would use a Clorox wipe to clean it up and every time the wipe was completely dirty. Also, when pulling the couch bed out, we found animal feces behind the couch. I don&#x2019;t know if this is a room that accommodates pets, but if not there has been a pet there recently. One child that was with us is allergic to dogs and cats. He started sneezing almost as soon as we entered the condo. Another testament to the not thorough cleaning of housekeeping. Lastly, the master tub is almost completely clogged. It seems that when housekeeping was cleaning the tub they would notice this and report it. The tub starts filling up immediately after starting the water. <br/>We would definitely rent through ECDI again and at Summerhouse. We would hope that the cleaning company would be reviewed and checked after they clean a unit.

Our stay was awesome. The condo was just like it looked. It was very clean and we love how close we were to the beach. The two pools were great. Everything we needed was there. The ceiling and ceiling fan in the living room do need to be clean. They were both very dirty. Also the toilet in the master bathroom is loose. The flange and seal need to be replaced, other than that it was great stay.

So enjoyed the oceanfront condo !<br/>Very welcoming and relaxing!

summerhouse 202 was a fantastic condo!

Condo was fine ...except for the master shower tub wouldn&#x2019;t drain ..an the broken toilet seat in the spare bathroom ..great view and sliding door needs to be oiled or replaced ...but the view and the beach make up for it all..the red sofa is badly stained ..just get at least slip cover on ...and king bed in the master would make it more like home ..
