We totally enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and being right on the beach was great! The sunsets were gorgeous right from the balcony. We enjoyed it so much, we reserved the condo again for next year.

We come to Pinnacle port yearly for our annual fall vacation and have stayed in many of the condos from the tower to the mid rises and this condo is one of our favorites it is very beautifully decorated and makes you feel at home we have stayed in this particular one for the 2nd time and will definitely look forward to staying in it again for future vacays to pinnacle port

The experience and convenience from booking until the day we left was absolutely fantastic! The owner, Patti was always just a text away if we needed anything and she made our anniversary trip extra special with her personal touches during our week long stay.

An absolutely gorgeous condo. A FULLY stocked kitchen! Everything you need. Lots of space to snack at the bar or have dinner at the table. Comfortable living area. Stock-piled with games for those rainy days. The balcony furniture includes tall, sturdy chairs and tall table for viewing over the railing watching the water and viewing sunsets. Bedrooms have so much storage space! Beds are on the firm side and have lots of pillows. Bathrooms, too have a lot of storage and quality linens. Washer/dryer works well. Passcode entry is so much more convenient than keeping up with a room key. We will definitely rebook!

Everything was perfect. As always. We have been vacationing at Pinnacle Port for over 10 years and I have never been disappointed. See you next year!

We try to stay in this particular condo every single year. It’s always great. Clean, not cluttered, and the perfect location. The owner is very nice and accommodating. She’s gone above and beyond for us in the past and we haven’t forgotten! The condo itself is fabulous! We love it. The location and view are unbeatable and what keeps us returning. The beach and pools are wonderful. You will feel very safe here. However, the resort itself is a little dated and could use a few updates. In particular the lighting in parking areas, public areas, and stairwells. Also, the elevator was very hit or miss this time. That hasn’t been an issue for us in the past. It didn’t pose any huge issues as we are perfectly capable of taking the stairs but not everyone is. These issues have nothing to do with the owner but I do feel it is worth mentioning due to the cost of renting here as the rates continue to increase. At over $4000 for the week it would be nice to have these updates considered. Also, this year we had to pay an additional $35 for a car pass in addition to our rental fees. In my opinion this should have been included...along with beach chair/umbrella service as some of the others offer here.

My family and I had aw wonderful vacation! The views were amazing! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to make a meal. The property is in the perfect location. We will definitely stay again.

I almost don't want to provide a review because everyone will want to stay at here! We have been staying in the same condo for over 5 years and LOVE IT! Everything was perfect and the owner Patti is incredible!!!

From check in to check out we were relaxed by the direct view of the Gulf , its sunsets and breezes. We slept well in comfortable beds listening to the sounds of the surf. The confit was clean and comfortable. There were ample utensils dishes and glassware. The owner provided a dual coffeemaker for drip or K cups. The appliances were new and worked well. The owner and the rental company were responsive to any questions. Pinnacle Port on Carillon Bech is our favorite Florida vacation location. It is protected from high volume traffic even though grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants are nearby.

We had a great week and enjoyed all of the amenities provided by this owner. I felt like I was in a place that I would have decorated myself with fun vibe. The appliances were great and we had zero issues. The shower water pressure wAs amazing - odd thing but we looked forward to our showers!!

We have been staying at Pinnacle Port every year for our summer vacation. It’s the perfect location for a family that doesn’t want the activities that come with staying on the east side. The property is beautiful and our condo was gorgeous and well equipped. Definitely recommend!

We have been coming to Pinnacle Port for 11 years now. This is the nicest condo we have stayed in, and the owner really seems to know what you will need.

My family of 4 stayed here and had an amazing stay! The location was perfect to the beach, playground, pool, tennis courts. The condo was the perfect size for 4. To top that off, You can’t beat the sunsets every night! Patti was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating! We will certainly be coming back to stay.

We have stayed at multiple units at Pinnacle Port over the years, and this was our favorite!! The kitchen was very well equipped, and the upgraded remodels were comfy and attractive. The beds were comfy. Couldn’t beat the view, especially for the sunsets. This unit is at the end of the property which made for a more secluded, less busy beach area. The owner was very responsive and wonderful. Will definitely be back!!

The owner went above and beyond to ensure our condo was clean, that our stay was comfortable, and nothing short of perfect. She allowed us early access when she was finished cleaning and was super easy to communicate with during our trip. She even mailed my shoes back that I had forgotten. The condo itself was spectacular with amazing views and was just steps from the beach. We will stay here again for sure! The convection oven was a little tricky and took some time to get used to but otherwise no difficulties. The furniture and beds were comfortable. We loved the master shower and love that the second bedroom has two beds rather than one for the kids. Everything we needed was available including a sweeper, kitchen/cooking supplies, plenty of storage/closet space, etc... There was plenty of space to walk and was not overly crowded with decor. The only suggestion we would have is to replace bedroom carpet with solid surface/easy to clean floors. The carpet appeared clean but we always appreciate noncarpeted units when renting. Just a personal preference and certainly not a complaint. There was literally nothing to complain about as far as the resort/condo goes. We loved everything about C3-503 and hope to stay again soon! The one comment we did have was that communication with the rental management company was difficult and less than stellar once we were booked. It was not easy to make contact or get a reply back once we had secured our trip. I was honestly a little uneasy and worried during the trip down fearing that maybe it was a scam or we would not have the room we had booked. Everything turned out excellent and there were no hiccups with check-in or out...but better communication by Emerald Coast Destinations and a little reassurance would have been appreciated leading up to our trip. 5 stars!

We were super pleased with this condo. It was super clean and looks like the photos. Kitchen is well stocked (bring paper plates and cups for easy casual dinning). The shower in the master is BEYOND AMAZING! The view is breathtaking and its quiet but close to everything. 100% recommend this location and condo for your vacation.

this was a perfect condo to stay in if you are wanting to get away from all the crowds, condo was older but very well updated and clean and a comfortable bed! unfortunately the elevator was out due to the hurricane so 5 flights was a bit hard but totally understandable. <br/>you have to enter from carillon beach homes so the entrance is gated which is a plus, the 6 stops signs going back to pinnacle port is a bit much but understandable as well. the condo is very well stocked and I was happy with my stay, so close to the beach and next to a lake so felt out of the crowded condos. very much liked the location, the owners take very good care of their unit and were pleasant to work with. we will not be renting through VRBO again, to many fees. property management company was not the best either in fact they were rude when we got there and discovered the elevator was out. condo was very nice though

It was such a great getaway. The area is quiet and very clean. Our condo was very very clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again.

Having stayed at Pinnacle Port several times, we must say this is the nicest unit we have ever vacationed in. The condo was top-notch and didn&#x2019;t lack any amenities. The views were breathtaking and we saw dolphins and sharks!<br/>The location is perfectly safe being a gated community. The only downfall for us was being used to a sleep number bed, the mattress in the master was a little well-used. Other than that, the property is well-maintained and clean. All you need to bring is your bathing suit. We f you like to cook, the kitchen has everything you&#x2019;ll ever need. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent in C-3 503 and hope to stay here again.

The beach is not overcrowded at all which we enjoyed (again thanks to the reserve next door). <br/><br/>The condo is stocked with everything you could possibly want - including well-sharpened knives which is unusual but very appreciated. The agent was informative and courteous as was the owner. <br/> This is a gated community so make sure the agent gives you an authorization form to get your parking pass.<br/><br/>There are 2 pools and an on-site outdoor restaurant. The restaurant has a limited menu but what they have is very good and reasonably priced. <br/><br/>Because it is a condo, you will not have a private grill at this unit however there is a community grill located nearby - it is not gas so bring your charcoal and starter. <br/><br/>You can rent umbrellas, chairs and other beach toys from a vendor right in front of the condo.<br/><br/>Shopping, dining and major grocery store chains nearby as well as specialty stores. We enjoyed Bayou Bill's Seafood Restaurant and Destin 10 Marketplace which a huge selection of fine wines as well as fresh seafood.

From the beginning of vacation planning, doing business with Emerald coadt was quick and easy. The condo was beautiful with all the amenities of home (or better)! We loved staying there and hope to go back again every year! Thank you, Emerald Coast for an unforgettable vacation!

My Daughter and I stayed at this Condo in May. It was absolutely perfect ! So comfortable, beautifully decorated, perfect location and Breathtaking views ! I especially enjoyed waking to the beautiful ocean view from the comfortable King bed in the Master. We've stayed at Pinnacle Port before, but this Condo is by far the best one. Since the condo is in the last building of the complex, the beach was never overcrowded. We are already trying to plan when we can come back !

Steps to beach ! &#x201C;NOT CROWDED &#x201C; and we loved that! Carillon is a wonderful community and we have stayed alll up and down PCB as well as 30A conevienent and safe!
