The view is absolutely gorgeous, and that's ultimately why you're renting this property. The property is spacious - we had six adults and two little ones under age 4 - and had plenty of room. There were a few issues with the property when we stayed. The bed in the master bedroom actually collapsed when I sat on it. The repair crew came quickly to fix it, but this bed has been cobbled together before. While the mattress was comfortable, the bed itself was rickety. Also, the dryer didn't completely dry clothes, so we wound up with clothes that smelled mildewed. The WIFI was almost non-existent, so we used a hot spot to access anything web-based. That's rather minor, though, as we really didn't stay on our tech much throughout the week. Again, the property itself is beautiful, with easy access to the beach just steps away. We'd stay here again.

Our unit was absolutely perfect for us. We had three families for a total of 10 people and our unit provided plenty of space for us all. The rooms were spacious and the ocean view from the balcony was perfect for watching the ocean and the sunset. We definitely plan on making this trip again and would love to get the same unit.

Improvements needed for parking. 4 family's. 3 vehicles. You get 1 at the condo and 1 across the street. We paid for one parking space 2 blocks away $89. Need a step by step guide on how to operate TV.need to know how to adjust fans. Need more towels please. Other than those the Condo was clean, beautiful decor, easy access to beach, fabulous beach with wonderful beach company staff. The views from Condo and the beach were perfect. The building staff were excellent. I would rate 4.4 out of 5.

My siblings and I, and our spouses spent a week at Marisol 705. It is a very nice place. It's a small facility, so there aren't too many people, comparatively speaking. Having 2 sets of chairs was exceptionally helpful. Upon arrival, the dryer did not work. I contacted ECDI, and they explained that the part had been ordered, and it would be fixed later in the week, which it was. It would have been nice to know that in advance. However, the condo is very spacious; plenty of room for 8 adults. We had to wear socks, because the floors were not clean; however, I'm not sure how you keep floors clean at the beach, so that's not such a terrible thing. I would recommend this condo without hesitation.

This condo was an amazing beautiful place right on the beach. This is a must stay condo. My family had the best time sitting and listening to the ocean on the balcony. This is definitely a condo we would stay in again. Very easy access to all the places in Panama City without having to deal with all the traffic that occurs.

We had a wonderful, 4-week stay at Marisol 705. The sunset views from the balcony were marvelous. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The condo's kitchen was well equipped. There were a few games and puzzles available for guests. Everything worked well when we arrived except the wifi and the laundry room light. These things were quickly fixed when we informed management. We did need to provide our own hand towels and pot holders.<br/>While we were there, a great deal of maintenance was being completed on the windows and parking area sprinkler system, but it all had minimum impact on our stay. Elevators worked great and were always readily available as were several luggage carts for moving in and out. The building was well maintained, though it would have been nice to have a heated pool.<br/>The condo is well located with restaurants and stores nearby. Walmart is a 10 minute walk.<br/>We very much enjoyed our stay and would rent from ECDI again.

This Condo was as advertised. Amazing views in a great location. Walking distance from public parking. Hard to find a negative at all.Only knocks were main master bathroom door don't lock from hallway or bedroom, jets in master bedroom don't work, overall a really wonderful place with enough room for our whole family!!!!

Our family has been coming to PCB for decades and this is the nicest place we have stayed! Tons of space, with the large kitchen, allowed us to do a full Thanksgiving meal! You are minutes from all the PCB spots and easy access to the beach! We will definitely be back!

The condo was in a great location. The views were amazing. Lots of room & the kitchen had everything you would need. We emailed the manager during out stay to report some damage we had noticed, to ensure they knew we didn't cause it, and they were very responsive. Actually came & fixed one of the issues while we were there even though none of it was anything that would have impacted our stay. The beach chairs are great! And the place was very clean.

Super clean, beautiful condo. Owner communicated and very helpful after spending Day 1 and morning of Day 2 trying to determine parking spot across the street. Long story short, Sarah finally relayed that any spot in GREEN area was acceptable. That should be noted on the GREEN pass to avoid confusion. Great location and having the two sets of chairs beachside was a huge plus. We were a bit impacted by the pandemic but no fault of owner.

Loved that there is a washer and dryer. The balcony was nice and big. The condo seemed very very clean. Now for the CONS. We did find a roach crawling in the bathroom that's by the kitchen. The patio furniture needs replaced there is one chair broken and the metal on the tops of the chairs scratched my arms a few times when they brushed against them walking by them. The couch could probably be updated as well, when you sit on one side of it, it makes alot of noise like wore out. All in all, this was a beautifully condo and my family was very happy there. Beautiful big condo. I would stay there again !

GREAT Condo! Beautiful, very spacious. Great place for large parties to stay. The toilet broke the first day we were there, but they were quick to come fix it. Also, the condo says that chairs come with the condo and we did not recieve chairs. The beach chair rentals did not have our names down for chair rentals. Other than that, beautiful patio, spacious living area and plenty of beds. Would definitely stay again!

The condo worked out well for a family vacation with our two married children and their families. The pool was small but the kids had fun. It would have been better if it was heated. The last week of March was a little chilly. The ocean was great and the beach chair setup was perfect. The only complaint was the cleanliness of the unit. The floors felt dirty and if anyone walked around without flip flops, their feet were FILTHY. Bedding and towels were adequate. Management was quick to respond when we had trouble accessing the wifi. The provided password was missing a character. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware for a large group. The fridge ice maker was great. We never ran out of ice and the dishwasher was amazingly quiet. We had a great time and loved the location of the property. It will be better when the road construction is finished in front of the building.

The Marisol Complex is a low density complex. ****THERE ARE ONLY ABOUT 20 RENTAL UNITS IN THE ENTIRE COMPLEX*****. Therefore this is one of the least crowded pool areas on the beach. You almost never have to wait on an elevator your entire stay. During the summer at some complexes you will spend 30 minutes waiting on an elevator every time you try to go to your condo.
Includes 2 FREE sets of seasonal beach service 4 padded lounge chairs (4 chairs total) and 2 large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, up to a $80/day $480/week value for no extra charge. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.
MariSol 705 is a roomy 4 bedroom beachfront condo that provides a great backdrop for a family fun vacation. There are no other 4 bedroom condos in Panama City Beach with the size and layout like this one.
But let’s start with what makes this the perfect spot. Step out on the balcony and the first thing you’ll notice is the breathtaking views of the Gulf. MariSol is built close to the beach so you get stunning views of the beach and water. You'll want to spend all your time here because you have wonderful views of the beach and gulf. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west. A great spot at the end of a great day.
Every room in MariSol 705 is special. The living room well appointed. It features a comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper. The photos show how roomy and comfortable the living area is. Plenty of room for the whole family. It has a large flat screen 55" HDTV.
The open gourmet KITCHEN area is well equipped and gives you great views. Plus, it features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and stainless steel appliances. It’s fully stocked so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing mac and cheese for the kids you’ve got everything you need to please the family.
The DINING AREA comfortably seats 8 plus 3 at the breakfast bar and offers beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.
The MASTER SUITE features luxurious KING bed and private bath. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious closets. You’ll notice the large 40” flat screen TV that makes for great viewing when you’re relaxing after an activity filled day in Panama City Beach. You can step out onto the balcony from the MASTER SUITE which is really nice.
The SECOND MASTER is equally well appointed with a KING as well. And plenty of space for everything you’ve brought to the beach. This large bedroom is a great hideaway with lots and lots of room. There’s also a large 40” flat screen TV in this large SUITE.
The THIRD BEDROOM is equipped with a full size bed with a twin size bunk over top of it. PLUS an additional QUEEN SIZE BED. This bedroom can sleep a couple in the queen size bed plus 3 kids in the full/twin bunk bed. It has a 40" large flat screen tv.
The 4TH BEDROOM or very large efficiency suite has a KING SIZE bed. It has an en Suite large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. It has a 49" large flat screen tv.
The Washer/Dryer is conveniently located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
These bedrooms along with a pull out sleeper sofas allow the unit to easily sleep 13 comfortably including 3 complete baths.
Condominium is right on our pristine white-sand beach
