The condo was super spacious! I absolutely loved the wrap around balcony! Views were BEAUTIFUL!!! The location was good, far enough for the busy areas, but close enough to take a short drive. <br/>Only thing that concerned me, was the door lock system- it wouldn’t lock from the outside- so leaving during the day and or night, with the door unlocked was nerve wracking. However, with the gated entry- I was okay. <br/>Overall, I would stay here again!

Lots of great things and things to improve. The wrap around balcony is amazing along with the evening sunset. Lots of room. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows. The kitchen is roomy. The elevator was quick no long wait for the 16th floor. Pool and hot tubs are nice and right on the beach . It’s needs a deep clean and update . Bathtubs have mold around the shower doors, fridge has liquid under the shelf that needs to be cleaned. The dryer is about to quit. Need to update pots n pans. Need more towels. Dust in corners and baseboards. Dresser broken.p couch 142 Skyline Ct chai needs cleaning . I asked about the beach chairs and was told they don’t have them but found them later in the week. I read the reviews and brought cleaning supplies and used them. Management was quick to respond and friendly but wasnt really familiar with this unit. Wi-Fi instructions for the unit didn’t work ( hoping it was stronger) was able to use the communal WiFi. This unit has so much more potential.

Our stay was wonderful.The location and view were beautiful. Few hiccups :All the patio furniture was inside the house and we had to move it to the patio. The wash machine was very stinky and musty. The master bedsheets were not changed and were sandy and dirty but we washed them and it was good. Last the ice machine barely worked. However even with this the vacation was absolutely wonderful and we would still come back.

Another great stay at Gulf Crest Condominium 1607. The condo is spacious and has everything including beach chairs that come with the rental. This is our 2nd year and we will definitely going back next year. We were a family of 8 and had plenty of room. The wrap around patio is awesome and the spacious kitchen island is great for sharing stories. The management company really treated us superbly. Overall we give a 5 rating.

Huge balcony with great sized rooms. The complex was very nice and the staff was very welcoming. The room was not the cleanest, there was lots of sand but that is to be expected. Overall very good, and staff is quick to respond.

I spent 2 months in this condo. It is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. I especially enjoyed the flexbrew coffee maker. <br/>the furniture was in good shape for the most part but would have liked more seating are in the living room part as we had to bring in balcony furniture when we had company<br/>Appreciated the comfort height toilet in the master suite but would have liked the same in the second bathroom<br/>The showerheads were wonderful--- I provided suction cup grips as I was apprehension about my older guests being able to step over the bathtub to get in to the shower. Walk in showers would be the absolutely wonderful or at least, grab bars installed<br/>Look forward to a return visit

We have stayed in Gulf Crest 1607 the past 3 years on our family trip & we love it! Emerald Coast is always great to work with as well through the rental process. Everyone has room to spread out & the views are unbeatable. The wrap around balcony is probably our favorite part. We love getting to see the ocean during the day & city side at night. We look forward to coming back every year! Thank you ECD :)

The views from every room and the wraparound balcony were outstanding. This condo gives you complimentary beach chairs. That was great. The counter in the kitchen is huge and was excellent for the family to make plans with everyone included. Very happy and will be back.

Condo was great. The master bedroom needs a new mattress. The one in there is completely worn out and very uncomfortable. Rooms were big, balcony was the best we have ever had. Having the chairs included was a huge plus. Would highly recommend the condo to anyone and will stay at it again.

16 th floor and corner unit..... the best view.... huge wrap around balcony and front row seats to sunsets . Kitchen well stocked. Had an issue with garbage disposal unit... mtnce arrived that evening... very friendly and brought a new disposal unit the next morning.... very professional and efficient. The curtains and sofa in the unit are outdated and need to be replaced to give the unit an uplift in colours. Bed mattress very comfortable. The ONLY thing missing in this property was gas bbq grills. They had a set up for charcoal grilling but seriously... who’s going to use that?!? Super fast speed elevators. Friendly front desk workers.

The unit is as advertised upon arrival we had a smoke detector cheeping and 2 lights out within 1 hour these issues were resolved on a Sunday the condo was clean with minor sand in places (expected your at the beach)the manager was quick to respond and handle the issues very professionally I was nervous to rent this unit after reading reviews but I had no issues and would rent again My only advise is the unit needs updating I’ve stayed in several of theses units at this property and 1607 could use a few minor updates but overall this was a great unit for the price my family had a amazing vacation here and look forward to going back next year

The huge balcony was great, our entire family could be out there at the same time. Everything in the condo was great and worked like it was supposed to. Normally the washer and dryer in rentals are really bad, but the ones in our condo were in great condition. Our kids loved the bar area and would sit there everyday and eat and also have the view of the beach. The location was also great, we were able to walk to several restaurants. I would recommend this to anybody with a large family.

We have stayed in Gulf Crest for the past 10 years, and love the place! The grounds are nice with two pools, hot tubs, and the location is perfect. This condo was great, but needs some updates. The ice maker on the fridge was broken. I would’ve called to have it fixed, but I doubt it is something that can be fixed without buying a new fridge. The button on the outside of the door was broken off, therefor you couldn’t get ice. There were several places paint was chipping off the walls, counters. The counter was cracked in a couple of places. The pillows are not good, bring your own. There weren’t any throw blankets, which would’ve been nice while lounging, but no big deal. That’s just personal preference. The sliding doors have tint on them that is peeling off. The bathtubs weren’t dirty, just dated. There were cracks around the bathtub. The condo had what you needed, but nothing more. <br/>The managers were great! We needed a few things before and after our stay, and they were quick to respond. <br/>The condo was perfect for our stay, but I have stayed in several units nicer than this. If they just put a little care into it, it would be great! I would stay in this unit again even with the minor blemishes.

Upon entering we immediately noticed a few things wrong. The door was broken making it where it would not shut automatically nor open all the way. The tables and countertop not really cleaned either. Aside from those, this condo is wonderful. The view is incredible as well. You get every sunset from the wrap around balcony over the ocean. We had a great time minus the few little things that needed to be addressed, but they did not hinder the overall stay at all. Other those minor issues this place is a great condo for 6-8 people. Will definitely look into it again next time.

Stunning views will be yours as soon as you enter this 16th floor Gulf Crest condo. It has windows all he way around the condo with ocean views.
This unit is a very spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath corner unit with a balcony that wraps around the entire unit. Not many 3 bedrooms in Panama City Beach have a balcony this big. This unit is on the west end of the building so the sunset views are incredible.
The master bedroom is located directly overlooking the water and does have access to the balcony. It has a king size bed and has stunning views of the ocean.
The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed in it and has balcony access also.
The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and also has balcony access.
All bedrooms have balcony access and all bedrooms have tvs.
There is a twin size bunkbed nook in the main area.
The living room has a sleeper sofa that can make into a bed.
The Gulf Crest complex is located on Thomas Drive close to numerous restaurants and attractions. It is near St. Andrews is nearby at Captain Andersons Marina.
*December January and February Snowbird Specials Pets are OK for monthly rentals.
There is a $50 registration fee per condo for parking passes and arm bands.
