We rented this beach home for our family vacation, and it could not have been more perfect! This house is more beautiful than the pictures posted online. There was plenty of room for our family of 15, and the pool was a bonus! The time it took to walk to the beach was similar to what you would encounter waiting for an elevator at a beachfront condo. We did have an issue with the outdoor hose bursting from the heat, and maintenance was there almost immediately to resolve and replace the hose. This was one of the best beach houses I have ever stayed at. I recommend this home to anyone bringing a large group of friends or family. The perfect location, beautiful home, & attentiveness of the owners were spectacular!

We stayed a full week for a group of 11, the bedrooms and bathrooms are great but the kitchen was just OK. There were plenty of glasses, plates silver but the pots/pan were few and not good. There were also no paper products or even salt/pepper. As A family that likes to cook even on vacation we had to purchase a lot! Great location though really short walk to the beach.

The house was beautiful and clean, and this is a great location. The walk to the beach is very short. The kitchen does not have an air fryer or Keurig. The alarm on the back door leading to the pool is a great feature if you have little kids, but is annoying if you don’t...it’s an easy fix, just unplug it from the wall. Owners are very responsive to messages and great with communication. Overall, the house is great and we would definitely stay here again.

The location of the house was great, easy walk to the beach close to stores and a quick drive to restaurants. The only issue we had was some of the locks on doors didn’t work or were broken and would get stuck. A few people got locked in the bathroom. The pool was cold until Wednesday when a pool man came out and cleaned it and fixed the heater. Be prepared to bring extra toilet paper trash bags etc you are only supplied one roll per bathroom and with a large group of people it goes fast. Would definitely recommend this rental and would rent again.

The house was gorgeous and just like pictured. It was a short walk to the beach with beautiful ocean views from the balcony. Plenty of room for a large group. The pool was nice. Overall an amazing place to stay and would definitely stay here again.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Location of this property was perfect for our family, only takes approximately 3 minutes to walk to the beach, which is great for small kids! House is nicely decorated, roomy, and comfortable. We were able to spread out and not be crowded. It was advertised to have 3 pull out couches, however there are only 2. The 2 are very close together, making it a bit difficult to pull them both out. We ended up only using 1 as a pull out so that worked for us. Beds were comfortable. Loved that it has 4 full bathrooms and plenty of hot water. Kids enjoyed the bunk room! TVs in every room is great after a long day to unwind. Kitchen is well equipped and roomy to prepare meals. Pool was cold but kids loved it! Few issues we had upon arrival were taken care of promptly and Justin was awesome. Super responsive and helpful! My only issues you may want to check the drier as it is very slow to dry clothes and the ice maker did not work. We didn’t call on those because we made out fine. The property was overall clean, however, may want to remind cleaners to check in couch and sweep under furniture as we found several bottle caps left behind. Also, do not park across the driveway as one of guests had their car towed while packing up. However, other people’s cars were parked there all week and we never saw anyone get towed. Overall, wonderful house and would definitely recommend staying here. We had a great time!

This house is in a great location if you want to be close to downtown PCB, and it's a nice house newly built. Lots of room for sleeping guests ~ many pull out couches so even though it was a tight fit for 18 people, it was doable for the week. We had some issues with the house when we first arrived, because it had been empty for a few months before our group showed up. We were able to get most of those issues taken care of quickly. The other few problems we had during the week were mostly due to communication with the management company, but we were able to discuss those after the trip and I am confident that moving forward the house will be a good option for large groups/families wanting a nice house in a terrific location.

- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
