The condo was great! Communication is easy! Great people to work with! The view is amazing. We loved the building and location! Will be back! My only suggestion for the future would be different patio furniture. Maybe a table so multiple adults can sit together.

Absolutely beautiful and perfect place to make memories to last a lifetime checking off mom’s bucket list. Age(94) white sand, dolphin sightings daily from room. We felt comfortable and cozy, safe, and welcomed from all staff. Great hostess trip was above our expectations.

On the beach !! Fantastic location !<br/>Did not have to even walk across the road. <br/>Hoodie weather end of Dec but heated pool & hot tub a plus. Dog-Friendly, roomy, 2-bedroom & well equipped. Parking is across the street in a parking garage with a skywalk on the 5th floor to Tower 1. Tower 1 is directly on the beach. Tower 2 is across the road w/parking garage. Elevator handy, along with garmet carts for unloading supplies. Very nice vacation spot!

We had a great time at grand Panama resort. It’s a beautiful condo in a perfect location. We loved being right on the beach, the tiki bar the pool. We had enough space for our whole family and our 2 service dogs. Some things that could be improved on... there wasn’t a proper broom or vacuum to clean up sand. The floors were dirty and sandy when we got there. There were some things we needed in the kitchen that weren’t available including a pizza cutter and a liquid measuring cup. They also shut the pool down several times mid day because they said a storm was coming. It would be closed for hours and there was no storm so that was a little frustrating. Otherwise, it was a great vacation and we really enjoyed the stay!

Stayed here last year too and came back because we have a dog. The condo has a great view and Grand Panama is a good resort. That being said the unit needs improvement. I mentioned last year that the shower head should be replaced because when you try to turn it to change the setting the whole pipe turns & I thought that could be bad. Also a light or better yet a ceiling fan needs installed over the table for better lighting. The stand up lamp that was there last year was moved to the utility room because it was missing it’s globe part. The couch & chair in L.R. needs upgraded, very uncomfortable! Dealing with ECDI was very easy and I recommend using them for your vacation needs!

We had an amazing time. The condo was nice but it definitely could’ve been cleaner. I feel the floor hasn’t been mopped all year. I walked around for a few minutes barefoot and sat down and realized my feet were black. The mattresses were horrible though and need an upgrade. Very uncomfortable and I had a spring in my back. In an amazing location close to everything and a few shops were in walking distance. Beautiful view of the pool and beach/ocean.

I was very happy with the place, spacious, cleaned and very beautiful. I love the ocean, so every morning I had my breakfast in the balcony with my yorkie lol.<br/>Property management were excellent, I called about garbage disposal, and they came right away, respectful, descent wonderful staff.<br/>I know I will be back next year.<br/>I recommend this wonderful unit, you will enjoy every minute, everything was excellent.<br/>PS. Loved our stay! Condo has one of the best views we’ve ever experienced! Un-obstructed view of the pier! Would recommend to anyone traveling with a small dog. A couple of suggestions though(not complaints). The shower needs a shower head type that you can remove & hold in your hand. It’s possible when you adjust the spray setting with it mounted on the stiff pipe it could loosen or break in the wall. Also the TV in living room needs to be mounted on a scissor type wall mount so you can pull it out a little and see it from kitchen and table. There’s an electrical plate above table, a light or ceiling fan combo should be mounted here for better light over table. Lastly we would’ve felt a lot more secure if the bolt lock on front door would’ve worked. Otherwise everything was great and and would definitely stay again!

It is a nice condo just needs furniture replaced, we covered it with sheets, pulled the rug up because it was awful, the shower head was broken in the 2nd bedroom, there was still hair on the nightstand in the 2nd bedroom and the sheet on the bed was covered in something sticky so we threw that in the washer, need to add pots and pans very limited. I did clean the floors because it was very dirty but I do realize this is condo that is rented all the time. Chris from ECDI come by took pics of the shower head but didn't hear back from anyone, we all just used the master shower, not a big deal. Besides the furniture and shower the condo is bigger than what I thought and we love the location. None of the these issues ruined our vacation, we had a great time. I would rent this again if the furniture was replaced and it does really need a deep cleaning.

Beautiful condo! It had two bedrooms. The master with a king size bed. It had its own bathroom with a huge bath tub and shower. The other room had a queen size bed. There was a bunk room that had twin size bed and pull out trundle bed. All the beds was comfortable. The other bathroom had a huge bathtub and shower. The kitchen was nice but could’ve used some extra pans. The view was amazing and the resort was wonderful. Highly recommended. I was a little leery due to other reviews but went ahead and booked and I am so glad I did. It was amazing.

It was an ok experience not the greatest. First impression was the condo had a musty smell when you walked in. There was a dirty old mop in the closet with mold on it and in the master bath there was mold on the wall. From previous reviews it looks like the mold has been that way for a while and they don't care to fix it. Floor could have been cleaned better, socks and feet get dirty easy but that's a lot of these condos. Everything else was good with the condo. If they would clean it better and fix mold it would be really nice. Nice pool area and short walk to beach.

While you are in your unit you will have your choice of 2 bedrooms. A master with King size bed on the water with balcony access, and a guest with a queen size bed . In the hall there is a trundle bed that sleeps 2, as well as a pullout couch. This is a 20th floor unit with a terrific view of the gulf. Watch one of the 3 flat screen TVs in the condo, all with DVD players. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Also, high speed wireless internet is available.
Relax on the balcony table and chairs, sun yourself on the outdoor lounge, listen to the surf, sip a glass of wine, and gaze at golden sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

ABOUT Grand Panama

From our upscale condo, you can walk right out onto our pristine snow-white beachfront. Lay out and swim in the crystal clear emerald waters of the gulf.
Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (one is heated), kiddy pool, Jacuzzis, and fitness center..
Guest Registration is completed online prior to arrival. There is a $50 flat resort fee, which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle as applicable and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $30. Motorcycle parking passes will remain at $15.
