We enjoyed the condo at 1-507, it was clean except the sliding glass doors. (Dirty), but we cleaned.<br/>The lock wasn't working too well, needs lubricating.<br/>A very enjoyable week and hope we can get it next year.

Staying at the Grand Panama Resort never disappoints and I highly recommend this condo to anyone. The best part of this condo is it’s on the 5th floor same as the bridge crossing over from the parking deck.

The only issue we had was the door. I believe the battery needed to be replaced on the lock. I called maintenance twice and the issue was never resolved. When we went for beach time, or anywhere else, we had to leave the door unlocked. There was no way to lock it when we left. Luckily, our personal belongings weren't taken.

LOVE Grand Panama for our annual beach vacation. Building is away from all the larger more congested highrise rentals and the beach is much less crowded. This condo did not have the same living room furniture as shown in advertising pics. There is no area rug, no coffee table, and only one arm chair in the living room. Master bedroom king bed was as hard as a rock and incredibly uncomfortable:( Bathrooms were the perfect size and patio furniture was lovely. Curtains to offer privacy for the hallway bunk beds was a nice touch. Overall great experience and would recommend.

Exactly as described/pictured. The biggest balcony overlooking the beautiful beach! Perfect sunset pictures with the pier in the background. We watched dolphins play every morning from the balcony. Such a much needed, enjoyable vacation for the 5 of us. Nice place for kids also. Perfect spot on the strip, close to everything. Can't wait to book our family vacation here next year!

We loved the condo, it was clean when we got there and didn't have any problems all week. Big plus being on the 5th floor with the garage, especially the week of 4th of July and the balcony is huge which I've stayed at other condos at Grand Panama and this was by far the best one. Definitely recommend and will be booking again with ECDI next year.

Our family visits this area every summer. We were all impressed with how clean & well maintained the condo is. Having easy access to the pool and beach were a huge plus. The tiki bar by the pool was great for drinks and snacks. Having the beach chair service was also much appreciated, not having to lug down beach chairs everyday was nice. The only con was the parking. Yes, the condo is on the 5th floor that leads to the parking garage, but actually getting a parking spot on the 5th floor was pure luck. Not that this is a deal breaker, just something to note that during busy season the parking garage fills up quick. There are lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby too! We will definitely stay in this condo again.

We are retired, live in Central Florida, and have stayed in numerous condos throughout the State to enjoy our beautiful beaches. This 5th floor condo was so enjoyable and better than we could have anticipated. It was very clean, well-stocked, excellent location (same floor as the bridge to parking garage), quiet, and the balcony was perfect. We had the coldest weather (17 degrees one night) and the balcony was so nicely covered/protected that we did not get any winds blowing on us as we huddled with blankets (that we brought with us) sitting outside listening to the surf. On the sunny days, we were also able to get afternoon sun laying in the lounge chairs. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. The unit itself was absolutely perfect!!! Also, the management company was very quick to respond the few times we had to ask something. We will definitely stay here again. My only complaint was that there was a 4% convenience credit card fee added onto the costs...which were not disclosed on the original price breakdown when I booked it. We booked just a couple days before arriving so I didn't have time to send them a check so I had to use credit card. Otherwise, everything was GREAT!!!

We stayed with our teenage daughters and another couple. The girls loved the bunk beds. This condo is in an outstanding location. We loved the ease of 5th floor adjacent to the parking garage walkover. The view from the balcony is nice and not directly over the pool. This kept the noise level down while we enjoyed the balcony. Shopping and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The decor is very tasteful( not typical beach decors) Very clean Condo. We will save this location and stay again. Highly recommended.

Before renting this condo, I was skeptical because there had been some previous bad reviews due to cleanliness. I was booking at the last minute and wanted to stay in the Grand Panama (friends staying in same complex), so I had limited options. I emailed the management company and asked if they had made changes to their cleaning policies due to the bad reviews? I was assured that they had, and that the unit would be very clean. I went through with the reservation and am happy we did. The unit was cleaned well. I was completely comfortable with the level of cleanliness of the unit. I will say that there were some stains on the sheets in the MBR, but you could tell that they had been cleaned. We also saw some bugs one day, and I was going to call management for pest control, however, they showed up that day without me calling, for their routine service. Great location, close to restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. We would come back!

We had a great time. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. My elderly mother went with us and the balcony was high enough to enjoy the view but low enough to watch us at the pool from the balcony. We were on the same floor as the walkway which was very convenient. We love the Grand Panama and this room was the best yet.

The condo was very nice and updated for the most part. We enjoyed being on the 5th floor right where the parking deck is located. We also loved how central the condo was to everything in town. Getting to the beach was a breeze and we really liked that as well. There is room for improvements. The bedding needs to be updated because it felt dirty, so we slept with our own blankets. When we arrived, the floors were grimy and filthy and we had to wear socks our whole stay. When I notified the company, they called and said someone would be there soon to reclean the floors, but no one ever did. We also didn’t have enough towels and wash clothes for everyone in the room, so it took multiple requests to get those, we even went and bought a few- along with hand towels because there wasn’t any. The countertops and nightstands were dirty and full of crumbs. We basically had to clean when we arrived. I know it’s not the company or owners fault, but they might want to look into a new cleaning service. I’ve never stayed in such a nice condo that was that dirty. The trash can lid also had food and drink spilt all over it, so it had not been wiped down. That condo deserved more in cleanliness because it’s very, very nice and we loved it overall. I would also suggest some new living room furniture because those pieces smelt musty. I also think the fridge was going out because things did not stay very cold. I would definitely stay here again, if the cleaning was improved. Management seemed nice when they called and caring, but the floors being recleaned never happened. I do appreciate them acknowledging my emails when I told them about the room.

Our condo was excellent and well maintained. Everything worked just as it should. My only suggestion would be to have directions on how to use the lock. We had never seen one like that before and no one there could help us with it as the locks on all the units are different. The maintenance crews were on it bright and early to clean the pool and the grounds. They could use more umbrellas around the pool and Tiki Bar. The beach chairs were awesome, but are only available from 8 - 5 each day. They come around and take your umbrella and cushions. We went right after Labor Day, so I don't know if they are available longer during the more active season. This also might have affected the Tiki Bar as it closed early on most days. The elevator wasn't a problem for us, but can see how that and parking would be an issue during the summer months. The owner gave us great ideas for local restaurants. Highly recommend Patches Pub, Dat Cajun Place (THE Best) and Grand Marlin!

Location is great, the view was Beautiful ! Only had 1 dish towel for dishes, ceiling fans are very dirty, under the beds are dirty, there is paper under the bunk beds, cigerate butts on balcony. Parking can be a challenge, I'm sure this is due to guest that are renting that had property damage from hurricane.

The master BR comes with a King size bed on the water with balcony access (the largest balcony offered at the Grand Panama--20 x 12), and a private bath with a garden tub, custom walk in shower and double vanity. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's.

This condo is big enough for the whole family, with bunk beds in the hall and a queen pullout sleeper sofa.
