When we first arrived I thought the place was going to be cramped for our family of 11. But really it was exactly perfect. The place was extremely clean, furniture was comfortable. Even with 2 under the age of 5. The property had a heated pool to make up for no hot tub, my thoughts of with a heated pool more could enjoy it. The condo had games and puzzles available that made the cooler days of our stay more enjoyable. The drive to the different attractions made the place have an ideal location. The property managers were great with communicating with us. We had no issues at all for during our stay.

We loved this condo! It feed our needs perfectly and was the cleanest condo we have ever rented! The only issue we had was that the WiFi password we were given was incorrect and we didn’t receive the correct one until halfway through our week. We would definitely stay here again!!

We absolutely loved this condo. Only one thing keeping it from being perfect for our family is that it does not have a hot tub. We usually spend a lot of our vacation time in the hot tub.Some of my adult children whined about that . But other than no hot tub,it was wonderful. it was Soo private and relaxing .Great beach area also

This was our 2nd year staying in this exact condo and it's very roomy . We have a group of 11 8 adults and 3 small kids !!! The view is phenomenal and 1 of the pools is below the balcony and they are hardly ever packed usally we have 1 to ourselves. They describe the condo the way it is.. the beds are hard to me but it's not home so is what it is !!! Overall it's a great place for a large group and easy access from the stairwell or elevator

This was the best vacation this far. Absolutely loved the location and the fact we had plenty of room for our whole family. Definitely looking to book for next year. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful condo but only complaint was the living room furniture needed replacing

We had a great time! Love the location and being close to the bottom and not having to take the elevator, I have to be honest and say that the condo was not very clean, The floors were dirty and not just from the sand, There were no dish cloths or dish towels so I purchased them and left them there, The living room chairs really need to be updated or add more seating for the size condo it is! <br/>Would love to stay there again in the future!

Our first time vacationing to PCB. This was a last-minute booking because our cruise was cancelled, and I&#x2019;m glad we found this condo. The pictures don&#x2019;t do it justice! There was so much space for our family. The condo was clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were huge. The living room and kitchen were also very spacious. The view from the balcony was the best part- the sunsets and sunrises were amazing. The beds were firm, but comfortable. The unit stayed nice and cool.<br/><br/>The resort, Coral Reef, is located within walking distance of several restaurants and other top-tourist spots- just 5 minutes to St. Andrews State Park and less than 9 minutes to Pier Park. The beach and pool area were not over crowded. We were surprised to find 3 beach chairs (metal) and 2 umbrellas (we could only get one to stay up) in the unit. There were also sand buckets and floats. You can rent wooden lounge chairs/umbrella on the beach for about $30 a day (which we did for everyone to have a chair and access to shade). <br/>Recommend restaurants: Barracuda, Off the Hook, and Pineapple Willys<br/>(We ate at others but these were our favorites)<br/><br/>Make sure to pack additional supplies, such as garbage bags, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, etc, as with any condo rental. We did end up buying more towels (Wal-mart) because there was only one towel and wash cloth provided for each person. The resort is undergoing renovation but didn&#x2019;t hinder our experience. <br/><br/>The only complaint I have is the locking of the emergency stairwell doors at night. I find this to be an extreme safety issue. If an emergency would occur during the night and elevators are not accessible, guests would be stuck because the stairwell doors are locked. I&#x2019;m sure the reason is because of past mischief, however, if the emergency exits are going to be locked during an extended time, keys should be provided to guests for emergency access. <br/><br/>Given the opportunity, we will

The ease of check in was appreciated after a very long drive from Michigan. The pool(s) were clean. The kids spent every day in the heated pool and beach access was also nice. We did max out the number of allowed guests and would have appreciated a bit more seating. :)

We had a great time in condo 206 was big and spacious for our group which was 3 small kids and 8 adults. The view was phenomenal , stairs and elevator close , kitchen had everything u will need .. ppl always complain about beds and yes these didn't sleep like mine at home but they never do ... my only complaint would be is that seating gets tight in the condo but we just used our chairs . We have been trying different condos over the last few years and corral reef and condo 206 has definitely impressed us and are now in the top 5 of our list !!!

The condo was nice would stay again plenty of room for everyone.The only problem was the washing machine would not work and when you have 10 people it was not good, we did get to stay an extra day because of the problem with the washer.Overall was a good place to stay I would recommend it.

When we checked into the room, we found trash and women's panties under the bed. Also, bed linen for two of the beds were obviously not cleaned prior to our arrival. (Hair and candy wrappers)

We loved this condo! The were a few things that could have been better (latch lock on door, deep cleaning) but was great condo for the price.

This is the perfect spot for vacationing families. Very clean and well maintained facilities. Everyone was super friendly. Not overcrowded like a lot of condos. Plenty of parking but you have to pay $10 for each parking pass even though the website says free parking. Our condo was clean and well stocked, but had a few details that were overlooked. There were several bulbs that were blown throughout, so we just bought a pack from the store to replace the ones we needed. Also, the previous guest pretty much destroyed the microwave, so the handle and front cover were just sitting on the counter when we arrived. I emailed to let them know when we arrived, but they didn't fix it until the day before we were leaving, 6 days later. The only other problem we had was most of the information we received in our reservation email was incorrect. <br/> The internet password and the gate code to get to the beach were both incorrect. That was easily fixed by going to the front desk and getting the correct codes. Also, we received 3 different times for checkout. Our reservation email said 9:00, our email from VRBO said 11:00, and the note on the refrigerator said 10:00. Other than these few problems, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed out time on the beach.

This place was fantastic! We had a family of 9 and it accommodated perfectly! The balcony was a lot bigger than expected and the view from it was incredible! The property manager was extremely nice and helpful with any questions we had. Will definitely be a place we return to!
