Description

**2020/21 updates include new sleeper sofa, new AC system, new bedding, new appliances: microwave, stove and dishwasher.** Enjoy your vacation on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast, including Gulf of Mexico water views from the minute you walk in the door.

This beautiful condo sleeps 8 and features a large 29’ long balcony overlooking the pool and beach.

King sized beds in both bedrooms. Additional sleeping available on twin bunk beds and the sleeper sofa. See the water as you wake up and enjoy the beautiful sunsets each night! Visitors will enjoy clean and luxurious furnishings and upscale beach decor. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, cooking gadgets, cookware and serving dishes. Linens and towels provided.
(BYOBT-Bring your own beach towels).

The unit also has 2 full bathrooms, living room, large dining table, plus breakfast bar area.

Full size washer and dryer included.

The Resort amenities include a large heated pool, hot tub, fitness room, snack bar (in season) and several restaurants within walking distance. What a great place to stay for your vacation! FAMILIES WELCOME!

TREASURE ISLAND PET POLICY
Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $300 pet fee upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WILL BE MADE.

The Treasure Island Resort front office charges a $35 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands. The Treasure Island Resort’s parking policy allows for 2 vehicles. Each additional vehicle over 2 will incur a $100 parking fee if space is available. If you have questions about parking availability or this fee, please contact the TI Resort directly. Our rental group is not able to override or negotiate the parking fees. If this beautiful condo is not available for your selected dates, we do have other low, middle, and high floor condos available at Treasure Island Resort. Please inquire.

The condo was beautiful. Comfy beds in the bedrooms. We had a 2 year old that slept on the bottom bunk. They’re fine for kids but an adult migh find the uncomfortable. We didn’t pull the couch out. There are 3 tvs. Only 2 worked. I asked the owner for help but never heard from him. The ECD people said they’d come but never showed. No biggie. All appliances worked. There’s a floor fan, which is nice. Plenty of beach and pool toys. The comforters could use a nice wash. Plenty of plates, bowls, knives, forks, and spoons. Could use some snack bag clips (I left one) and maybe a lighter for a candle. Also, I designated a drawer beside the bunks as a lost and found. There were several things left by others. The elevators were fast and since we went in September the crowd was down. Parking is convenient. Pool is soooo nice. Beach access is great. Views were amazing. I hope to return soon. Overall it was great!

Our first trip to PCB. The condo was clean & updated. Living room furniture well used, but was clean. Mattresses were hard and the only negative of the unit. The view from the balcony & quietness of the unit was the best! The location was quiet and not a lot of traffic. We would stay here again on a return trip to PCB.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo!! This was my second stay at this condo this year! We came in May and back in October and it was just the same both times. Very nice, comfortable and very CLEAN!! Will definitely will book again!! Property managers were very easy to book with!

Was very happy,made the reservation in 2019 and wasn't able to make the trip in 2020 from being shut down from covid, ECDI called and changed the reservation till this year. Have heard some horror stories from other rental companies that did not honor 2020 reservations. Thanks 1206 and EDCI

It was an overall great condo but it could have been cleaner. The condo is well equipped and the views are amazing. Two king beds are an added bonus. The drawback was the cleanliness. Our feet were literally black after 10 minutes. The floors need deep cleaned. The balcony wasn&#x2019;t cleaned well so I ran the vacuum on the rugs myself.

This was a beautiful condo right along the beach with great views! The home was well stocked with kitchen supplies, and the Decour is modern and very tasteful. My only complaint is the linens. The towels were very small and not of good quality. For a 6&#x2019;2 man and a 5&#x2019;8 woman...I couldn&#x2019;t even wrap a towel around me, and I&#x2019;m not a large person. They were scratchy and stained. We ended up using our own beach towels after showering.

We didn't have much beach time, to enjoy the free beach chairs, or much pool time because of the weather. It wasn't our best week at the beach, but we made the best of it. We had one issue that we had to call the management company about. They sent maintenance over quickly. Restaurants were not operating at 100% capacity due to Covid-19 so we actually had some long waits that we weren't used to when visiting PCB. We enjoyed some great food at Scampy's, The Shrimp Basket, C-Level, Pier 77, Andy's Flour Power & David's Sno-Balls. We're looking forward to our visit next year!

The condo was beautiful and had a wonderful view of the gulf. We really enjoyed our stay. The only small issues with the unit was the garbage can had a broken &#x2018;pedal&#x2019;, and there was a hole in the wall near the door. A white &#x2018;patch&#x2019; would not stay on it. Other than that the beautifully decorated condo was very comfortable and enjoyable.

Wow!!!! What a great stay and condo. I have staying in this same unit for many many times. The new owners have done a great job. Condo has everything needed to enjoy your time at the beach. Property management was always quick to answer any question. Even checked in to see how our trip was going. The owners should be very proud of their unit. We had an amazing week in PCB. We love staying at Treasure Island. Love the location on the quiet end of the beach with easy access to the marinas for our fishermen.<br/>We have stayed at Treasure Island at least six times and 1206 is the nicest unit we have rented. It had everything that we needed and was very clean. It was beautifully decorated and seemed to have recently been updated. We also liked the unit location in the middle of the building with easy access to elevators.<br/>Only downside is that our vacation is over and we have to wait a year to get back to Treasure Island.

We loved staying here. This was such a beautiful place to stay. The view was beautiful, the rooms were gorgeous, clean and comfortable. When we walked in I was blown away. The building itself was also very nice. The elevators worked well and fast and everything was convenient! We would definitely stay again!
