Edgewater Beach Resort is one of the best Panama City Beach rentals available. Customers find that an Edgewater vacation creates wonderful memories for every member of the family.

The large entryway welcomes you and gives you all the space you need to park your clubs, flip-flops and beach toys The décor makes a very clear statement that your going to enjoy this resort. As soon as you walk in you can't help but be awestruck by the beautiful views of the blue water and white sand you will see through the floor to the ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that lead you to the expansive balcony. There is truly not a better view available in Panama City Beach. The afternoon sun and breathtaking sunsets are the perfect end to an exciting day - - - or the beginning of an enchanting evening.

The living room features a comfortable sofa that opens into a sleeper. The living room contains a flat screen television that is equipped with a cable television package that allows you to access dozens of channels, or if you like, surf the web on the high speed internet that’s available through Edgewater. If you want to truly enjoy the beach experience wander out to the balcony through your floor to ceiling sliding doors enjoy the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green Gulf waters.
The master suite features luxurious king sized bed and private bath with access to the balcony overlooking the gulf. The room is beautifully decorated for your relaxation and enjoyment. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious closets. Your master bedroom offers a large TV with dozens of clear channels. You even have high speed internet access that’s accessible from the master bedroom. You’ll also enjoy the tiled bath with shower and garden tub where you might can relax and re energize after a day full of beach.
This property has an age restriction of 25+ to book. Edgewater Resort charges a $50 registration fee which includes one parking pass. You may resgister another vehicle for an additional $30 via the registration site. The link to register will be provided once the reservation is paid in full.

Loved the room and the location. Loved the view. Noted the room needed more cleaning. Noted sand in bed upon arrival and in shower. Noted food under couch it was ok we just cleaned it all prior to our stay. Need some hangers on things to hand towels or wet swim suites on after showering. Overall very pleased.

It was a wonderful condo with a lot of space that fit our immediate family, one set of grandparents and a great grand parent with plenty of space. The location was amazing due to being able to walk right out to the beach, they had an amazing splash and multiple pools that we enjoyed and they had activities every night for families,I'm not sure if the activities are seasonal or all year long so I'd ask if that is what you're looking for. Overall our family had an amazing time and we are definitely coming back and hopefully we'll be able to rent out the condo again!

Great stay! What was inside the cabinets was very disappointing!! Sleeps 8-10 and 3 butter knives, 4 spoons, horrible frying pan ext. ! Still, if you don’t cook it truly is a very large and clean space. Beautiful!

Our family had a great time while staying at this condo! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to visit and great restaurants. The view was AMAZING! We took full advantage of the large balcony. The condo does need some TLC which has been mentioned in other reviews. Only a couple of the sliding doors could actually open but we did see maintenance replacing other condos sliding doors so maybe that issue would be solved soon. There were some other small issues with the condos appearance/function but nothing that would stop us from staying again. Overall we loved our stay.

Loved the location and condo in general. The security was a great thing to see. Beds were very comfortable. There were several downsides though. Before renting, I looked at the previous reviews. Seeing some concerns, I emailed to see what if anything was done to correct the issues. I was told the condo went through a renovation during the down season, everything was fixed. Upon arriving and after inspecting things, those things hadn’t been addressed. I emailed again stating that the balcony railings were still broke and made terrible noise during the wind. We ended up taking a bag and tape to try to keep it quiet. One door facing the south was VERY hard to open. We didn’t use it. The other door was completely broken! Frame was not even in. I could tell that there has been duct tape in it because the glue was still on the glass. Not useable. After emailing again, I was told it would be passed to maintenance. Never heard anymore. I did take pictures so I wouldn’t be held responsible and told them I could supply therm if needed. Thankfully the dining room door was operable. The master bath faucet leaked constantly. If the shower curtain wasn’t closed completely the water got all over the floor. There were ceiling tiles not set so you could see up there. There was a bow and crack in the living room ceiling. The knob for the dining room light was missing also. The condo wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. While sweeping the kitchen, I picked up broken glass, fronts of cabinets weren’t clean, and I didn’t clean under the master bed but some sort of bag and a lot of dust was under there. These things didn’t stop us from enjoying our time with family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay @ Edgewater. The condo is beautiful, even better in person - the pictures really don't do it justice. Windows everywhere and the wrap around balcony was amazing! My only complaint is the property management is very hard to reach. When we 1st arrived we tried to contact them to let them know of a small issue with the master bedroom door, and we never received a call back. I stated on the call that it wasn't an emergency, but still left my number for them to return my call. We also tried calling again before we left, and still was not able to reach them. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation and the amenities at Edgewater are by far better than most condos we have rented in Panama City. We would stay her again!

Love this room, from its home like beach decor to its modern new floors and great size rooms it was the best room yet in 20 years of staying at Edgewater Resort. We were staying with our only son before he left for overseas in the Army for the first time. Very happy memories with his new wife were made with us and his only sister thanks to this great set up and awesome views of the beach and ocean thank you Edgewater thank you
