This resort sits on the quiet end of Thomas Dr within walking distance to St. Andrews State Park. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath is conveniently located on the 6th floor which gives you easy access to the pool or beach without waiting for elevators. Tile floors throughout, large bedrooms two which feature king size beds, and one with two queens. The gulf front living room offers a flat screen TV and a sleeper sofa.

The Commodore is a smoke free resort, including on the balconies!

*There is a $40 (Plus Tax) Resort Registration Fee added to each reservation. This fee is mandated by the resort and includes parking for up to 2 vehicles.

We’ve stayed in several different units at this complex, and this one is by far the nicest and most comfortable one! We go to Panama City every year and this one will be the one we request from now on. Itje furnishings, while not brand new, were nice and comfortable. The updated kitchen was nice and functional and the bedrooms had very comfortable mattresses. The wraparound balcony is awesome with the most beautiful views. It was very clean but there was not a broom in the unit, which would have been helpful to clean up sand that ultimately makes it way in every time someone walks in the door. Overall, this unit was above our expectations, we will be going back, and we highly recommend it!

Condo has great views, very spacious, very nice location on the beach. The resort staff is non existent, so finding help is next to none. Security shack is a joke and cannot/will not help with anything. Our room was dirty, floors leaving your feet black, dirty bed linens, and needs some things updated. Other than the local staff, and dirty room, we loved every minute of it.

This condo was perfect. It was on the 6th floor with a large balcony. It was a small walk to the beach. The elevators were good- we didn’t have to wait at all.
