Emerald Beach is a True Vacation Resort, not just a condominium complex. It has some of the BEST amenities In PCB. Featuring multiple pools. One pool area is very family oriented with 2 pools and hot tubs. 1 pool is a walk in pool with a Kids Splash Zone and a snack bar located between the 2 pools. There is a large Tiki Bar by the large Beach side pool and hot tubs. Starbucks & The Sky Bar are great for adults.

Beautifully decorated and spacious one bedroom two bath 10th floor unit! Sleeps 6 comfortably with a king size bed in the master, bunk area with 2 twin beds in the hallway and a pullout queen size sofa sleeper bed.

Come sit on the balcony and take in the ocean front view of the beautiful emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico, 700 feet of sugar white beachfront and breathtaking sunsets.

Emerald Beach is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, walk to restaurants and shopping. The resort is very family oriented. Be our guests in this comfortable family friendly unit.

There is a Starbucks Coffee Shop and Deli, The Sky Bar Cocktail Lounge in the walkover above the street from the 2 very large parking garages. Hot Tubs, sauna, and steam room are on site that you don't find in other complexes.

PAYMENT TERMS FOR RESERVATION REQUESTS
Thank you for choosing to stay with Emerald Coast Destinations Inc. Please review the payment terms for your reservation below:

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be automatically sent via email on the same day. Please check your spam folder.

Great location and clean. Remodeling elevators made it hard to get places. Don’t see the need in wearing arm bands all the time. Was nice to not have to check in and just go to our room. Cleaning employees need to not be using the resident elevators, makes for the waiting of elevators even longer. Directions on how to get into garage need to be updated. After entering all the numbers # must be pushed, that is not in the check in email.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this rental! Everything was so nice and clean that we were literally shocked. You'd think that you'd be able to find something but, it was top notch! The furnishings and decor were very nice and up to date. The view was amazing! <br/>The only thing I'd suggest is blackout curtains in the bedroom to block some noise and light, and better lighting in the bathrooms. Overall, if we ever go back to Panama, I'd definitely book this rental again!

This was a great stay. The balcony and beach were my favorite places to be. There was an issue with some cleanliness of the living room counters and dishes, but nothing we couldn't take care of ourselves. It was hard to leave. We will for sure be back!
