This 7th floor condo at the Boardwalk is one of the nicest 4 bedroom condos in all of Panama City Beach.

The master bedroom on the water has a king size bed and cable TV plus a great view of the ocean and access to the balcony. THE MASTER BEDROOM HAS A PRIVATE BATHROOM WITH A JACUZZI TUB.

The 2nd bedroom has a King size bed and flat screen cable tv.

The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen cable tv on the wall.

The living room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean, with access to the oversize balcony and a queen pull out couch.

The 4th bedroom or the efficiency has a king size bed, and twin size bunkbed, large flat screen cable TV, an ocean view and its own private balcony over looking the ocean. It has a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. It also has a kitchenette.

With nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, tile throughout, granite counter tops, ceiling fans throughout and marble garden tubs and showers with shower massages, this condo has it all! From this 7th floor balcony , you'll overlook a 1,700-foot expanse of sugar white sand beach.

We stay here every year. We love it. The only complaint I have is that the little faucet to wash your feed and beach equipment off was not working. This forced us to go inside the pool area and wash off our feet and beach equipment.

It was a great week in the sun and the sand! The condo company was very quick to respond to my emails with questions I had throughout the week. They were very accommodating during check in as well. Parking security was nice and helpful.

The condo is amazing it has everything you need. Very clean place with lots of room. The pool and beach are perfect easy to get to. 5 elevators makes it very easy to get up and down pretty fast. The 2 level parking is great if it’s raining when you check-in or out you can stay dry this was our third time staying at The Boardwalk we love it.

Thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Everything was as pictured in VRBO. Property employees were friendly and helpful. Single/Double Red Flags all week so we spent a lot of time in the pool. Condo location is great with stores and restaurants close by, plenty of activities for all ages. Traffic is light on this end of the beach. Will definitely be back!

We love Panama City Beach and visit a couple times of year. The Boardwalk Resort was our favorite vacation rental by far. Very clean and organized. Everything worked and was just as described. The staff/security on day shift were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely book another vacation and stay at Boardwalk Resort.

We had a great stay! The space was fabulous! We would like to suggest something to cover the window in the bedroom without the bathroom. The light outside the window was blinding while trying to sleep. Additionally, the couch was very uncomfortable. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.
