The entire backside of the town home is windows with gulf views.

Only 1 designated parking space. only a few spaces at the road which are first come first serve parking. There is no other public parking near this unit.

We had an absolutely amazing time staying here. I loved the peaceful atmosphere and beach and Gulf right outside our door! The condo was great and I am so glad we picked this place to stay! We enjoyed Laguna/Panama City Beach area and we will be back! Hopefully soon

When we arrived, we found maintenance items that needed to be addressed. This is not uncommon for beach rentals. I called and also used the electronic format they sent me (very convenient) and listed what needed to be addressed. The maintenance team showed up and did a fantastic job! Very pleased! The Townhouse was great!

Absolutely love Sunset Villa. Steps away from the beautiful beaches of PCB and the townhouse is beautiful! We needed early check-in and they worked quickly to grant our request. Almost don’t want to leave a review because I want it all to myself �� in fact, I will buy it if it ever goes on the market!

This was a very peaceful and comfortable place to stay. Out of the hustle of town but still close to everything u need. Townhome had everything we needed and plenty of room. Would stay there again.
