Gorgeous 11th Floor 3 BR 3 BA 2450 sq ft luxury unit with 10 foot ceilings is located at the Hidden Dunes Beach Resort Complex which is directly ocean front on the Gulf of Mexico, offering plenty of space for up to 12 guests to stay comfortably. The views from this 11th floor condo are amazing. The large spacious private balcony with comfy furnitures is the perfect spot to watch the breathtaking sunsets that PCB has proudly called one of the Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches. You can enjoy the Gorgeous gulf views from the master suite, kitchen, dining areas, and living room through floor-to-ceiling windows.

Master Suite with balcony access and sitting area provides a KING Bed & En-Suite Bath with a separate jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and double vanity. The other two bathrooms are large and very nice as well both with shower/tub combos. These three bathrooms will help minimize congestion. Two QUEEN beds in the second bedroom with private bath and two QUEEN beds in the third bedroom with adjoining bath. The living room has a pull out QUEEN Sleeper sofa.

The spacious fully equipped & stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances will make you feel right at home cooking your favorite meals while watching the beautiful gulf views. The large formal dinning table can seat 8 people and 4 more bar stools will provide more seatings. For casual meal or morning coffee, the spacious balcony large glass-top table and enough additional comfy seatings will provide the stage for you to enjoy your meals while watching the amazing ocean views and listening the waves crash against the white sand.

Monthly rentals available November to February!

Jetski rentals and Parasailing available on site! Heated pool from November to March will let you enjoy reflex swimming during winter season.

The resort charges a one time $50 registration fee at time of check in to issue 2 parking passes and pool ID bands. There is a public parking lot close by for parking additional vehicles and trailers.

Hidden Dunes is surrounded by all kinds of entertainment facilities like deep sea fishing, famous night clubs, golf courses/miniature golf, great water and amusement parks. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, shell and dolphin excursions.
Gourmet seafood dining like Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant and grocery stores within 5 to 10 minutes drive.

PAYMENT TERMS FOR RESERVATION REQUESTS

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Total Amount Due: The "Total" shown will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. The ECDI portion will be charged during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.

- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be automatically sent via email on the same day. Please check your spam folder.

We have stayed at this condo twice and love the updates from 2023. Great layout and lots of space. Balcony well equipped and comfortable. We like so much in 2023 that we stayed 3 weeks for our 35th anniversary. Will stay here again! Wish they would put more shelves in pantry and get rid of wine cooler that does not work.

This unit was amply supplied with everything we needed (except towels and washcloths, bring your own if you want more than one for 8 people). Seating and mattresses were in excellent condition, making for a relaxing stay. We prepared a full Thanksgiving meal inside the unit and had everything we needed. My in-laws missed having a Keirog, but there was a regular old style coffee pot available.<br/><br/>Balcony furniture was perfection, the complex is so well kept and Hidden Dunes is our favorite condo complex in all of PCB, simply due to its sheer size and openness in the unit. Over 2300 square feet to spread out. Even with 8-12 people, you won&#x2019;t feel cramped! We have stayed in several ECDI properties at Hidden Dines and have been quite satisfied (except for those towels: we implore ECDI to please go to Sam&#x2019;s or Costco and splurge on some budget conscious towels. This is a luxury unit and deserves to have towels to fulfill being perfection).

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Hidden Dunes 1103. The condo was beautiful! We take yearly vacations to PCP and have been looking for other condos for our stay. We have now found our favorite and plan to return next year if not earlier. The only thing that disappointed us, was the beach chairs were not included like most condos we have stayed in. Most of them had one set of beach chairs included. We had to pay $40 per day and had to have 2 sets of chairs.

We were amazed from the moment we walked through the door with the decor and overall view of the condo. We have stayed in many places over the years and this was by far the most equipped unit. From the kitchen utensils to extra bedding it exceeded our expectations! It was perfect for our large family and we look forward to renting again in the future.

The rental was fine. However, the cleaning crew was very rude and did NOT clean at all. We had to get management involved and have them come clean again the evening of our first night. That experience was awful. After getting through that part, the rest of the week and the condo was great. I would highly suggest a different cleaning company for your condo - they are rude and don't clean
