Make your magical memories at our luxury three level beach paradise. Guests will be able to spread out and enjoy in our 2-gulf front living room area with spacious sectionals and gulf facing decks on 2 levels.
The layout includes: Ground floor has King Bedroom with ensuite bath, spacious living room with sectional with queen mattress, and twin bunk beds. This living room with its own half bath is a private hang out for children, teenagers and young adults with plenty of board games, puzzles and beach toys. Step out of the living area onto lower-level deck breath taking views of the gulf with entrance to the sands is furnished with comfortable seating and storage bin with needed beach toys, and chairs.
Fully stocked kitchen, dining area and the living room with a sectional and full bed have an amazing ocean view. Laundry and a powder room are on this level as well. Step out of the living area onto upper-level deck to an amazing gulf view.
Second floor has the master bedroom with beautiful gulf view, ensuite bath, mini bar area. Bedrooms 2&3 share a bathroom and are on this level as well. All bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen Roku TV's. Entire unit has been newly renovated and furnished.
Private and secluded with palm trees, you begin to feel like you are on your own private island, and gulf frontage make this home priceless and unusual. If you are looking for a wonderful home on an expansive stretch of beautiful beach, this is the home for you and your family.

If you're looking for great shopping and fabulous eateries, nearby Pier Park will fit the bill! With more than 125 retail, dining and entertainment choices, Pier Park is a one-of-a-kind beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring island-inspired architecture and popular stores. Dillard’s, JCPenney, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Target, and Forever 21 are a but a few. Dine at numerous eateries like Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Rum Runners Tropical Grill, Dick’s Last Resort, and Five Guys Burgers or catch a show at the Grand IMAX Theater. 
Located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, the Russell-Fields Pier sits 1500 feet out into the Gulf of Mexico. Spectators can walk the pier for a daily fee of $2.00. Daily fishing licenses can be purchased for $6.00. Open all year. Fish caught in season: Cobia, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Red fish, Blues, Blue liners, Pompano, Flounder, Hardtails, and other varieties. Rod rentals bait and tackle are available on site.

We enjoyed this rental. There were 7 adults and 1 child. So had the plenty of space and being able to walk from deck to beach was wonderful. However if anyone has a mild/mildew allergy I wouldn’t recommend for you. You can smell it and it is also visible around a/c vents.

The house was amazing. The view was so beautiful we had 10 people and we all had enough space We just wished we could have used the elevator for my Mother that is recovering for a broke hip . We didn’t have any issues at all . We will must definitely be back !!!

We enjoyed our stay at this beach townhouse. It was the perfect size for our large family of 10. There was plenty of room for everyone to move around without feeling on top of each other. We had all the basic kitchen necessities to cook our meals. Easy access straight onto the beach from the back patio was a huge plus. Close to groceries stores, restaurants, shopping, and recreational activities. We definitely would not mind staying here again.

The rental was very spacious , however the floors were very dirty! My 15month granddaughters feet were black every time she walked with no shoes on . The first floor was very musty spelling as soon as you started coming down the steps the odor hit you! It was a good unit as far as the distance to the ocean and the views!

This home is exactly what the pictures show,very clean home,perfect location,close to everything, there was only 5 of us but when I booked it I was expecting 14 of us, there would of been plenty of room and beds for all of us, I have already been telling family and friends about it,didn't have any problems with communicating with manager, will definitely be booking this home again in the future.

The property is in an excellent location and the beach is very quiet.<br/>It is extremely spacious. It has ample private space a many spaces to gather together either inside our out on the beautiful deck!<br/>It is a great place for young families who don&#x2019;t mind stairs! <br/>

The unit was beautiful - plenty of room! Loved the privacy on the beach. The temperature inside the unit is not controlled by the occupant, however, so we had some uncomfortable nights. The dishwasher was broken as well and wasn't repaired during our stay. Only other suggestion for renters is to space out showers - once we learned this we didn't have an issue.
