Free Internet Service

PARKING FOR 2 VEHICLES MAXIMUM per reservation. $20 per vehicle, per stay. If you need parking for additional cars, you must contact a rental agent prior to arrival at Seven days prior to your check-in date, you will receive your Virtual Rental Agreement and Check-In Information request, which will provide instructions to register your vehicle(s). You will receive your gate code and Welcome Information on the day of your arrival.

*The remaining final payment balance is due in our office 30 days prior to your arrival date. Or within 7 days if the check in date is between 14-30 days from booking date.
When paying there is a 4% convenience fee when using a card. We also have a no cost option of sending a check.*

This unit was clean and the decor was modern and beautiful. It was well stocked for my stay. The Aqua condos are a fantastic place to stay. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants in Pier Park.

This our second stay at this lovely condo and would definitely return again. Centrally located to many things and if this is your first visit to the area it is close to Pier Park with lots of shopping. The beach chair service is a huge bonus staying here. Don&#x2019;t have anything really negative to say except checkout is pretty early but we don&#x2019;t mind due to a long drive back to Texas.

It was a nice room! I loved the view. The only issues I had was the light switches were pretty confusing on what they went to and some of the lamps didn&#x2019;t work. Also, when trying to cleanup mid week there wasn&#x2019;t very many supplies to work it. Would&#x2019;ve been nice to sweep the sand up after swimming. The condo had plenty of cups, dishwater and nice appliances!<br/>If you&#x2019;re looking for a peaceful place I&#x2019;d recommend a place further down the coast we were right next to shuckums and they have karaoke and seemed to be a &#x201C;party&#x201D; place so I didn&#x2019;t really care for that and there was a lot of traffic. However the condos were insulated very well I didn&#x2019;t hear a peep from the other surrounding rooms! The parking situation was strange because you have to get a parking paper to leave in windshield otherwise resort will leave warning on your car. I don&#x2019;t believe that was communicated with me when booking. It said you had to buy one but not that I had to print it out.

Beautiful condo! Well-kept, nice furnishings. Up to date appliances, the kitchen has about every gadget one would need! Plenty of sleeping room for the family. The condo grounds are kept up nicely. Will stay again!
